The hairdryer in the room was absolutely terrible – you'd think a five-star hotel would have Dyson as standard by now, wouldn't you? And for four of us, they consistently only provided two hand towels 🙄

Chad's translation skills were incredibly professional and detailed, and he was very charming too! He and Johan even helped us buy souvenirs. The hotel itself was clean, tidy, comfortable, and spacious

Both the cleanliness and service made my family and me very happy during our stay. There are also plenty of restaurants inside, so you don't have to worry about not finding food during holidays.

Right in the city center, super convenient for shopping. The room was spacious and the breakfast was excellent.

The staff were all warm, patient, and attentive. I'll definitely be booking this hotel again next time!

The hotel itself was clean, modern and comfortable, with a youthful vibe that matched the area perfectly. The room was well-maintained and the bed was very comfortable after long days of walking around Seoul

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay as well. One of the biggest plus points was how easy it was to get around from here, especially if you’re planning to explore places like Myeongdong, Seongsu

This hotel offers great value for money. We checked in quite late, but it was a smooth process thanks to the incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The room was spacious and well-equipped

Stayed at L7 Hongdae and honestly had a really great experience

When I arrived to stay the 1 night, the staff were so unaware of how to do service recovery - they know that I paid almost SGD1000 for 1 night, perhaps they could have upgraded the room or just provided breakfast

But no, they say they can’t change anything in that booking. Like seriously, you guys shouldn’t be in the service industry! I laughed when I saw that welcome message from the hotel GM in my tv screen

I had to cancel 1 night and even though i submitted the request within the amendment period, it was conveyed to the hotel and by the time the hotel responded, it had past the deadline

I felt that I was caught in between trip. com and the hotel, the time taken to communicate the amendment was delayed because of the communication time between the 2

And trip is not blameless too. You should always set deadlines taking into account response time between hotel and trip

The dust in the room's wardrobe was super thick, and the top surfaces were also dusty. The tissues in the room ran out on the first day and were never refilled; we went without tissues for the next three days

Towels had holes and were rough. Bins were not lined not sure if clean. Linens were not changed daily when we stayed for 6 nights and there were marks on the pillowcase

Location was alright, near many cafes and bakeries and bbq. Convenience store right opposite. Mammoth Coffee across the road was cheap and good. Service was responsive but not outstanding, befitting a 3 star hotel

nevertheless they provided extra pillows and a change in mattress pad to a softer one on request which we appreciate. there was a plumbing issue that was quickly resolved

I had a pleasant stay at Ibis Ambassador Seoul Insadong. Upon check-in, I requested to change my room from a twin to a double, and the staff were very accommodating and handled it smoothly, which I really appreciated

Hotel room was as expected in the photos. Location is pretty central, granting you good access to cafe. Only downside is that the train station is a little far away. Would stay still if the price is right.

I love this hotel with their sincere hospitality, the tall gentlemen at the service desk checked me in and gave me a room although the official check in supposed at 2pm

The room facilities have been renovated, and the hotel's location is pretty good. The luggage storage staff can speak basic Chinese, so communication isn't an issue

I booked a one-bedroom suite and stayed for five days. The soundproofing in the room was excellent. However, I noticed some front desk staff treating Korean and Chinese guests differently, with varying attitudes

Even if there's a language barrier, the front desk staff patiently use translation software. There's a 200,000 KRW deposit, which is refunded upon check-out

For two adults and one child, an extra blanket came with an additional charge, calculated daily, which amounted to about 200+ RMB per day. Over five days, that's enough to buy a whole new blanket 😂

It's a great value-for-money star hotel in Seoul's Gangnam district. The hotel has an overall old-money and vintage vibe, and staying during Christmas created a wonderful atmosphere

The shower door leaked a bit (water pooled outside after showering), and since the room wasn't very big, this was a minor inconvenience

Aside from that, everything else exceeded my expectations! The photos on the booking page actually do this hotel a disservice; the service and hotel environment are easily 5-star standard!!

Altitude lounge and pool were closed for the winter season and no air conditioning in the room (only heat) which meant we needed to sleep with windows open

Managed to get a late check out of 12pm when we tried again the night before leaving the hotel. Hotel has a little mall,a coffee bean, CU, some expensive restaurants

5 hours from Incheon to the hotel (if there's no traffic) and costs 17,000 KRW per person

Linens were changed daily, and they provided complimentary combs, cotton swabs, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, and shower gel (no toothbrushes or toothpaste; the hotel states this is for environmental reasons, and if needed, you have to pay extra)

If you're going to a concert at Olympic Park, it's very convenient – a direct line with no transfers needed! ~Surrounding Amenities: Downstairs, there are several cafes, GS25 and CU convenience stores, and many small restaurants

Every day when I returned, the room was spotlessly clean. Mineral water was provided daily, and the housekeepers I met in the hallway were all very polite. I had a very good impression of the room attendants

Because it's next to KBS, many small eateries have been visited by idols. Many owners speak Chinese, but some small shops don't accept Alipay or WeChat, so you'll need to bring cash or a credit card

All my questions were answered, but they weren't overly enthusiastic, and I didn't see much of the 'expected' smiles from service staff. Additionally, check-in at 3 PM felt a bit unreasonable

A little old but provides everything you need in the room and spacious enough. Its clean and the location is great. One thing though, there is a gym in B1 but its chargeable to use.

It feels like an established five-star hotel with comprehensive amenities, including a gym and a pool. The surrounding area is also great, with many delicious food options

Great value for money, excellent location, well-equipped rooms, and good service. The hotel is conveniently located for getting around, making it a good choice for business trips. I'd likely choose to stay here again.

There's a GS25 convenience store right across from the hotel, which was great for a quick breakfast.

The room was quite small; with a small round table and two chairs, it felt very cramped, especially on the side where it was right up against the bed, making it impossible to get out of bed from that side

The location is excellent, right in the Myeongdong shopping district. The hygiene and environment are great, and the service is very good. They even have staff who speak Chinese

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Myeongdong. Check-in is on the L floor, and it's very close to the subway exit, making it convenient to get anywhere

Facilities: Quite new, all amenities are in great condition. They even proactively brought my luggage to the room. Cleanliness: There was an issue. A bottle of drink in the minibar had been opened and wasn't removed

The rooms offered great views and excellent facilities. I booked two rooms in total, and one had a view of N Seoul Tower. The room without the tower view had a fantastic ambiance. Highly recommended!

The service is fantastic, and the hotel's location is impeccable – it's super convenient for getting to Myeongdong, Gangnam, and Hannam-dong. It's only a 5-7 minute walk from the subway station

The facilities, hygiene, and environment were all top-notch. The building is the tallest in the area, so even if the navigation is off, you can still find your way, which is a huge plus

This hotel is very new, with excellent facilities and an artistic decor. It boasts its own Chinese restaurant and a Michelin-starred restaurant. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the gym is also top-notch

I highly recommend the steak jjajangmyeon and the galbi-jjim (braised short rib) rice! The hotel restaurant is incredibly difficult to book; I tried nearly a month in advance and still couldn't get a reservation, so those planning to go need to book much earlier

Traveling alone to Seoul for some shopping and beauty treatments. This hotel came highly recommended, and it certainly lives up to its reputation. I've been to Korea many times, but Josun Palace is definitely my favorite

The room service was incredibly delicious – a must-try! When I arrived, there were about four or five handsome guys opening the door and greeting me with 'Hello/Welcome,' which really made a great first impression

This is my second stay here, and it's still very comfortable and quiet. It's super convenient in Gangnam. The heating was incredibly warm, and they even upgraded my room. The dryer in the room was really useful!

The Incheon Airport bus goes directly to the hotel. The breakfast is rich with a diverse selection of food. The hotel facilities and environment offer excellent value for money.

Since I was on a business trip, I didn't pay much attention to the distance, but the Jimmy Choo store in Ginza is about a 2-minute walk away, just turn out onto the small street and you'll see it

This is a really great hotel, honestly the best one I've stayed at in Korea. I loved the decor and cleanliness, and the facilities and tea bags were all excellent

It's very close to the subway station, and the airport shuttle bus stops right in front of the hotel, which is incredibly convenient! The staff, both the men and women, provide excellent service! Definitely worth frequent visits!

Although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities inside are very well-maintained and modern. The room size is moderate, and the soundproofing is good

The hotel is excellent; you can tell from the装修 materials alone that it's much more thoughtfully designed than the Fairfield Inn I stayed at previously. The wooden room doors are thick and provide great soundproofing

The hotel's location is great and convenient. The front desk staff speak good English. However, for the same room type, the amenities vary slightly; the 8th floor had a universal adapter, but the 6th floor didn't

nearby bus stop with services to City Hall and Hongdae areas too but my stay coincided with the bus strikes unfortunately… bath amenities smell great and room size was pretty good although no power sockets next to the bed

Room is quite tight (we had 2 medium sized luggages) but the location was great, having the subway station connected right below with other shops made it value for money but definitely a no fuss kind of stay.

My standard hotel when I'm in Seoul. It's at Gongdeok which has 4 subway lines. Buses that are direct to most attraction spots. So convenient, and even an airport limousine bus right outside the hotel

there was quite a distance to walk to line 2 and getting to hongdae took about 15mins even though it was 1 stop away. i would stay here again because of the connectedness of the subway ☺️

Whether you’re heading to COEX Mall for some shopping or checking out Garosu-gil in Sinsa-dong, it's all easily accessible. Plus, the bustling Gangnam commercial district is just a 15-minute walk away

Location was great - near train station (just round the corner) and walking distance to Gangnam (if you enjoy leisure walks, about 15 minutes walk)

There’s a convenience store right across which is helpful and plenty of dining options. Room is clean, bed is comfortable and helpful that the toilet and shower area is separate

AC Hotel Seoul Gangnam, a Marriott gem – my top pick for Seoul! Choosing this hotel for my Seoul trip was definitely the right decision! The AC Hotel Seoul Gangnam, part of the Marriott family, boasts an unbeatable location right in the heart of Gangnam

The room isn't huge, but there's enough space to open a large suitcase. There are plenty of restaurants just across the street from the hotel. I didn't get a chance to use the public bath this time

Although the hotel is right by Samyook Station on Line 2, and you have to transfer to get to most major attractions, it's still quite convenient. The front desk staff can speak English

Breakfast was the highlight, and the complimentary snacks in the minibar were delicious – the front desk even gave us extra. A special shout-out to the room manager, Mr. Park, for his incredibly prompt service!

Swimming pool requires exorbitant 15,000 KRW for swimming cap so best to bring it along

Compared to other hotels in Seoul, this one is pretty new, quite modern and youthful, which is nice. This was my first time staying at an Ascott, and it feels similar in style to an Indigo – both are younger brand lines

Beautiful hotel near gimpo airport! Super convenient shuttle service to the airport as well as nearby lotte mall. The pool and gym facilities are beautiful too!

The hotel is very nice with a great gym and pool for swimming. The location is pretty remote and it takes you 30 min by foot to next subway station

The swimming pool and golf course are both great.

This hotel is very quiet and elegant, and it even has a swimming pool. The only downsides are that it's a bit far from central Seoul and breakfast is a bit pricey. It's perfect for those with a layover at Gimpo Airport.

Stayed here 4-5times. Very kind staffs and good buffet. Wish they renovate the indoor pool.

Location of Mayfield is perfect for short term visitors of Korea. It next to Gimpo airport, but Incheon airport is just a short taxi ride away. The hotel has nice modern room with excellent breakfast options

Motorcycles and buses were especially loud, making it very noisy at night, which made it hard to sleep. The hotel's main entrance is on the main road, so you have to use the back entrance for pick-ups and drop-offs

The hotel is near to 염창역 station exit2 and also easy to get to the airport bus. You can take airport bus near the station or walk to the Niagara hotel. U can The bus schedule at the airport bus station

very clean and big and nice hotel. need to walk quite abit to reach, but its not super far, still convenient afterall. toilet is clean but there isnt hair conditioner provided, so do remember to bring your own

Every time I visit Seoul, South Korea, I make sure to stay at L7 Myeongdong. It's a stylish hotel with a comfortable atmosphere and an excellent location, right next to Myeong-dong Station (Line 4)

Hotel L7 exceeded my expectations! The room was stylish, spacious, and very clean. The rooftop amenities and lounge area were amazing — perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing

Excellent location! The subway entrance and airport shuttle stop are right downstairs. It's super convenient for shopping and getting to N Seoul Tower. Definitely a recommended hotel

The hotel lobby is on the third floor and provides complimentary coffee from a coffee machine. There are also cafes on the second floor and in the immediate vicinity of the hotel

The living room is spacious, and both bedrooms have 1. The master bedroom comes with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and everything you need to cook your own meals

It is good but still has high noise early in the morning because of construction work and they didn't let me check out late as I wished even though I was checked in late at 19:00

The only odd thing was that my charging cable from home wouldn't work, even with an adapter. It just didn't seem to be compatible. In the end, the hotel staff kindly provided their own cable for me to charge my devices

The hotel's location is excellent. The Incheon 6015 airport bus stops right outside the door, and Lotte Duty Free is directly across the street. There's also a night market and tons of shops nearby

It was convenience near by Myeongdong 2min. walk and between Airport bus no. there was everyday cleaning the room. There are Wasing machine room. We can deposit and went to Ski resort

The front desk had a young man who spoke excellent Chinese and was very patient and attentive. For the price, it's a great place to stay, and it's also very quiet. It's right next to Lotte, which is incredibly convenient
