Room clean, bed comfortable, good bathroom (great shower), air conditioning superb, staff friendly / helpful, self service laundry was great, and wifi was excellent. Overall a great experience - location is brilliant

I really like the hotel concept about sustainability! There are different initiatives from the hotel to promote sustainability and the mascot of the hotel is special as well! Hotel room size just fit two huge luggage

Honestly, everything was pretty subpar. It's really not suitable for guests traveling with pets. The room was tiny, couldn't even fit my suitcase. Pets aren't allowed on the first floor or the 17th floor

It was not what I was expecting given the pictures on the website. The entrance in the room is very narrow. There's not a lott of room to store your luggage if you have big suitcases

We checked in at 3 PM, and even getting a coffee on the first floor with my pet wasn't allowed. Seriously, it's ridiculous; there's nowhere we could go with the pet

Great location, but cleanliness is subpar, the provided towels smell heavily of bleach. For anyone staying here need not have high expectations for the gym and breakfast spread either.

Stayed one night. Room was nice and clean. Plenty of avail parking . Room had small kitchenette which is nice if we were staying longer. Would stay again septic on a longer trip

The soundproofing wasn't great, but there was a guy at the front desk (an 'oppa' as we say in Korean) who was exceptionally good

This hotel is great to choose when u want to have a piece of the stream. It’s right in front of the hotel. Very great location since it’s very near Myeongdong where you can shop til you drop

We stayed at Hotel Venue G in Seoul for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, it’s close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops, and very convenient for getting around the city

The hotel is centrally located, but the area immediately around the hotel is not chaotic; I found it rather peaceful because of the stream. The room was comfortable and cozy and the wifi was decent

The location of this hotel is perfect. It is directly on Chyeonggyecheon Stream and close to many subway and bus lines, including one bus stop (173) that is right in front of the hotel

There are many restaurants around the hotel, and it's quite close to Myeongdong. The hotel environment is also good, and the room is spacious, but the bathroom is a bit small.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that there are no outlets close to the beds, but I suppose that’s healthier. I would definitely stay here again

My husband and I like the location only few min walk to Gangnam station by exit 5. It has a kitchen with gas stove which is very cool. The size of the room is decent. If you just need a place to sleep this is a good one

The hotel is located near Sinsa Station subway exit. If you're coming from the airport, take the bus to Sinsa Station, then walk back about 5 minutes to the hotel. For the subway, it's Sinsa Station Exit 5

The Incheon Airport bus stop is right downstairs, which is super convenient. The first room we were assigned had a really noisy air conditioner, but the front desk was great and switched us to another one

Awesome enough for a short stay with my friends, juz visiting for 3 days with my friends after our trip in japan, easier to get here, juz 3-5 mins walking from Janghanpyeong Station (forgot the name ardy), super convenient place to stay, right next to this hotel got CU Mart, and 7E

the hotel location was great, and with a free parking spot! only thing is they didn‘t provide toothbrush and toothpaste… but there‘s a CU convenience store right at ground floor so no big issue

  We walked to the hotel from Namsan Park after trying to see the cherry blossoms, even it takes 10 minutes and need to go up to the mountain. We still think it was a really good experience

I booked this room for a colleague on a business trip and received no complaints. The hotel is conveniently located and easily accessible. The staff were polite, courteous, professional, and enthusiastic.

The hotel's location is great, very close to Sungkyunkwan University and Daehangno, and you can even walk to places like Bukchon Hanok Village and Ikseon-dong

Also, contrary to what was stated on the details page, there isn't 24-hour hot water, but there's still hot water for showering, just not super scalding

Plus, with subway lines 1, 2, and 5 nearby, getting around is super convenient. There's also a convenience store and a food street right downstairs

Towels and bath towels are provided, but disposable toiletries like toothbrushes are not; you need to bring your own, which is a standard regulation in Korea. The slippers are not disposable but are disinfected

Very strategic location, exactly besides northface cafe and 12 levels daiso, right infront of Myeongdong subway exit 3. Just across Myeongdong street market. Very very convenient for traveller

Unfortunately the room was not warm the whole week of our stays. They called us on our 2nd last day before the stays end informing us that they’ll fix our room warmer

The location is great, the room is not too small but not too big. I really like this location, it's very convenient when you want to reach to the transportation and it's just 500 meters to Myeongdong night market.

The main draw is definitely the location. It's right across from Lotte, and the hotel shares a building with a Haidilao hot pot, so it's always lively. Myeongdong is literally right downstairs

The hotel is clean, no chair provided. Resonable price in Myeongdong. My air conditioner can't distribute cooled air, just heated air came out which I don't know whether it is normal or not

It's been very cold in Korea recently, with snow, and I caught a cold after showering. The AC temperature really needs to be improved; those who are sensitive to cold should definitely take note

The hotel front desk staff were very welcoming, and they responded even when contacted late at night. There's an airport shuttle stop about a 10-minute walk away, but parking was a bit inconvenient

There was construction going on but did not impact our stay. Room was of good size with fridge washing machine. But there was no clothe washing supplies or cutlery

The facilities are definitely not new anymore; the toilet seat kept falling off. But the location is great and easy to find, with a subway station across the street and Dondaemun just a quick walk away

If you want a very quiet area, can consider here for short trip or business trip. For families, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel especially during winter season due to location far from both stations

It was quite chilling cold to walk all the way to hotel and also have to avoid underground exit 7 (strong smell of urine) coming from Seoul station

Hotel was good for the price paid. It was clean and there were no issues with housekeeping. All the basic amenities are available, except there were no hooks or hangers for towels and clothes

However, do note that due to its proximity to the train station, it is also susceptible to noise going on into the night

The amenity’s are good only if you book a deluxe room. If you don’t, it’s average. My room stinks like cigarettes and even had ashes of it. We claim and with help of Trip, they change it.
