So convenient and good location but no staff at lobby but ok next time I will book again

No body appeared at front. No body answered on phone, but after lunch time.

Hotel staff are always available downstairs. Room was very clean upon check in. Only cons would be the low lighting in the room, and the lack of outlets available for us in the room.

If breakfast and service were better, it was a hotel with a good location.

it runs 24 hours unless you manually stop it. you have to call a landline for a service, and no interphone is provided. If you purchased internet-only prepaid sim, then there is no way of asking for a service

I always added ice to my hot black tea and drank it cold! The regular buns are the best I've ever had. It would be nice if there was a menu where you could have just the buns

Very good business hotel in Seoul. The hotel itself is located in the upper floors of that building. Lobby and restaurant is at top floor. So you have a very nice view over the city already at your breakfast table

The hotel is in good conditions, the rooms are very good from a layout point of view. The hotel is linked direct to a big mall where shopping and dining is possible. At night are good cocktails served at the bar

The service personel is speaking international languages and super friendly and helpful as we expect from Asians. Down side a bit - around the hotel is nothing

The hotel is located in the suburbs, quite a distance from the lively areas, so you'll need to take a taxi. Housekeeping starts cleaning at 9 AM, and the vacuum cleaner noise is quite loud, disturbing your rest

Breakfast offers a good variety of dishes and is safe and hygienic. The 6012 airport shuttle bus stops right downstairs, making it easy to catch a flight

The public transportation is really convenient, and it's close to all the major TV stations. The airport shuttle goes directly there. It's perfect for catching music shows, although the room itself isn't particularly big

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was extremely convenient for my meeting with a TV director, as many film and TV industry companies are located nearby. Transportation was also excellent.

This hotel seems to accommodate a lot of tour groups, and with only three elevators, you often have to wait a long time when it's busy

Location: Super convenient, just 200-300 meters from subway lines 2 and 3, and only three stops to Gyeongbokgung Palace. You can also take bus 6015 to a stop near the hotel and walk about 200 meters from there

The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, and there was even a Chinese-speaking staff member who meticulously explained the shuttle bus and airport bus schedules. We also had a balcony with a view of Namsan Tower

Lotte Department Store is about 1 km away, a 30-minute walk. Overall, the price offers good value for money. I stayed on a weekend; it would be even cheaper on weekdays. From the window, you can see Namsan Seoul Tower

Breakfast is decent, though more Western-style and not quite comparable to hotels in China. The toilet has many buttons, but it doesn't have automatic heating or flushing; you still have to use the knob to flush

The room was quite spacious, and the front desk offered Chinese-speaking service. The triple room with three beds is perfect for a family with an older child. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower

There's a decent-sized CU convenience store nearby. Facilities: The double room is quite spacious, with an entryway/foyer, a full-length mirror, and a balcony with views of Namsan Tower

The hotel was very nice and quiet. They had a 7/11 that was opened at night time inside of the hotel which helped a lot. Will book again

The hotel is exceptionally luxurious, and the view from the window is stunning. The front desk staff might not speak Chinese, but they are very fluent in English, and the service was excellent

There are many cafes and convenience stores behind the hotel, and it's very convenient to get to the bus station. The airport shuttle bus 6007 drops you right at the hotel's front door, which is super convenient

From check-in until check-out procedure was good. Food was good in lounge ( Also Staffs were so kind and helpful).  Hotel facility was good enough. I stayed for the Seoul Marathon it was so close to finish line

The hotel front desk staff are very welcoming and speak Chinese, which is really friendly for us Chinese travelers. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated, as the rooms feel quite new

The only minor downsides are that the beds are smaller compared to hotels of the same caliber in China, and all rooms have bathtubs instead of walk-in showers. I would still choose this hotel on my next trip to Seoul

Skygarden Hotel Dongdaemun I is in a great location, making it super convenient for sightseeing and shopping. It's just a 5-minute walk from Exit 6 of Subway Line 4

We arrived late and there wasn't a Chinese-speaking staff member, but we managed to communicate smoothly using English and my phone's translator! Plus, the location is super convenient – literally three steps out the door and you're at the subway station (seriously, just three steps! 😀)

His Chinese was not very good, but he was good enough. When he was free, I approached him and asked him. How can you help so many people on your own? He answered like "It would be helpful if I could speak more Chinese

The hotel is located just right beside the Exit 2 elevator, very convenient with big luggage, and to travel around with access to Line 2, 4 & 5. It provides luggage storage for free (first 24 hrs)

The front desk guy was great! We wanted to stay on the same floor as our friends, and even though it cost a bit extra, he really made an effort to put us together and accommodated our request not to be at opposite ends of the hall

There's a convenience store right outside, and the subway station is downstairs. For the price, I'd say it's quite reasonable. After all, practicality was key for us since we were exploring Dongdaemun every day

It's away from the bustling crowds, the rooms are incredibly spacious, and there's a huge bathtub perfect for a relaxing soak. There's a subway station right downstairs, and you can easily walk to COEX

The Park Hyatt Seoul offers Aesop products which differs from the Le Labo ones in the US but are great too! The hotel may be a little hard to find as it is not as prominent as compared to other 5 star properties in the area but some may prefer this more discreet entrance and feel

I listened to the forum. Inconvenient location if you don't have a car, Free bus runs every 15 minutes. Problem solved (near Gangnam Station Exit 1 and Gangnam Station Exit 2)) PS The lunch box is neat.

You can also schedule a shuttle (limo) to and from the airport for $45USD per person which we thought was well worth it. The amenities including pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, and others are remarkable

Breakfast is served early morning, has everything you needed, downstairs of the hotel has famous coffee chain, Twosome cafe, which make it a plus for staying in the is hotel. Highly Recommended for families or couples

This hotel is a true gem! It's right outside Exit 6 of Sungshin Women's University subway station, and there are bus stops nearby, plus the airport limousine bus is close, making transportation incredibly convenient

Sitting on the little sofa by the window and watching the snow was so romantic! And! The hotel's soap is fantastic! It's a high-quality Moroccan essential oil soap! The attention to detail is superb! I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Seoul!

It is great to see temple through window. One thing makes me down is the sewage pungent from bathroom as soon as step into the room, so I checked the bathroom immediately but was wicked clean

They even upgraded me to a spacious room! As soon as we entered, my son loved it, saying it felt like home. It was truly so comfortable, warm, and pleasant

Facilities and service were all great. The elevator was under renovation, so there was a bit of construction noise during the day.

Small room but great location! Super easy to move around as the subway is 100m away from the hotel. Amd Myeongdong street shopping is just at opposite Street. There is no toothbrush and toothpaste

In the evenings, there's a row of street food stalls just across the side road, and Myeongdong is just a short walk further in. The location is absolutely fantastic!

My mother and I stayed at Crown Park for a short visit to Korea before we headed back to the US. The pricing for the room as well as the facilities we saw pictures of online was what really sold us

Only downside was the aircon is centrally controlled and it turns off when the set temperature is reached, so it can get a bit stuffy at times. Otherwise, it was a rather comfortable stay!

The location is perfect across from Coex mall. You can easily take a direct bus to the airport too! The room was a little small and laundry charges were additional, but apart from that I had a great stay!
