Nearby metro which is a 10 minutes walk like 5 . Friendly stuff and clean room . But need to get on the metro to find some fun activities to do . The area is quiet. No smell in the room which is perfect .

A little confusion upon check in but overall, everything was smooth. Little restaurant in the alley next door was really good. Subway close. I would definitely stay here again.

The facilities are definitely not new anymore; the toilet seat kept falling off. But the location is great and easy to find, with a subway station across the street and Dondaemun just a quick walk away

The good thing is there is a bathtub, but the design is bad because water will come out from the side of the tub and your clothes will be wet if you put it there. No hooks provided in the bathroom

The hotel room was rather old and looked different from the pictures. The bed is very small for the twin room, so if you are a bigger size person, you might want to think again

The room was small compared to normal hotel, but understandable that it’s more like a boutique hotel. Staffs were very helpful and can speak English. Room was warm due to winter which is good

Bath towels were old and slightly torn on the first night, the next day after room service, they replaced with good condition bath towels. So far no complaints, not for fussy

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Manu. It’s centrally located, very close to the Seoul station for both subway and airport railway. It is also a short walk to Myeongdong

Tv with basic local channel, I just wish that they provide toothpaste & toothbrush sets thats all

If you want a very quiet area, can consider here for short trip or business trip. For families, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel especially during winter season due to location far from both stations

It was quite chilling cold to walk all the way to hotel and also have to avoid underground exit 7 (strong smell of urine) coming from Seoul station

Hotel was good for the price paid. It was clean and there were no issues with housekeeping. All the basic amenities are available, except there were no hooks or hangers for towels and clothes

However, do note that due to its proximity to the train station, it is also susceptible to noise going on into the night

The amenity’s are good only if you book a deluxe room. If you don’t, it’s average. My room stinks like cigarettes and even had ashes of it. We claim and with help of Trip, they change it.

My group love the ambience of the hotel. Location is great. There is a direct bus from Incheon airport to the hotel 6002.

My room had two computes and it felt like a gaming room, which may be of interest to some couples who want to have a fun time. The mouse and keyboards were sticky and seem to be coated with a white substance

Hotel has the friendliest staff. Very close to night market and mrt station. Will book again

Our room was cleaned daily including changing sheets, towels, etc. We would easily stay here again on our next trip

Location is excellent with spacious and comfy rooms. The facilities are a bit outdated, but that's probably why the hotel offers a lower price. Complimentary breakfast was adequate and convenient

We had an issue with heating but they provided an alternative heater. The staff polite and responsive

I stayed for 6 nites in Dec 2022. Location is near city hall subway and walking distance to myeongdong. I spoken to Mr Koo and another bigger size staff

The room is well designed with a very nicr view of the Gwanghwamun palace, bathroom is nice, the lighting in the room is very nicely lit, you can read or write something without extra desk lamp, and later you can turn off a few lights to dim the room

They were v helpful to my enquiries on transport, food and hotel facilities etc. It was a pleasant surprise that they offer free simple breakfast for all staying guest during that period

Facilities: Average Cleanliness: The room attendant did a great job cleaning. Environment: Average Service: Pretty good. The main reason I chose this hotel was its proximity to the KBS pre-recording for 'Lachica'

The location is great, convenient for taking the subway and airport bus, with many dining options nearby. The room is clean, quiet, and comfortable. You can get to Myeongdong directly by subway

Check in and Check out process was easy, the room was nice and the TV screen was big and nice to watch stuff on. Okay for it’s price, but I enjoyed my stay overall

Great location, walking distance from train station and airport limousine stop. Spacious room, allowing 29-inch suitcases to be opened completely.

It is a pretty comfortable and well located hotel. It was clean, and had loads of big shopping malls a few bus stops away

The subway entrance is within a 5-minute walk, and the National Assembly building is right across from it

As for the hotel itself, there are both positives and negatives. Starting with the downsides: maybe I was just unlucky, but the shower head was in very poor condition and barely worked. Hopefully, this will be fixed

There’s also no option to open the window for some reason — it has a strange four-layer window system, which is… okay. The tap water is quite hard, but as far as I understand, that’s common across most of Seoul

On the plus side, in addition to the usual amenities like toothbrushes and basic hygiene kits, each room has large bottles of body lotion, cream, and something else I didn’t even have time to figure out

Staying here allows you to experience the rhythm of daily life alongside local Seoul residents and really feel the city from the inside. Plus there's also many convenient metro stations nearby

Another downside is the poor sound insulation from the corridor. When the Korean and Russian cleaning staff start chatting in the morning, it works better than any alarm clock

A very good option for staying for a week. Spacious rooms, an elevator, good in-room amenities, and pleasant staff. First of all, the area is excellent

Our rooms are new, clean, quiet, and thoughtfully equipped such as electric heating mattresses (outdoor temperature at night is about 8 degree Celsius), heated toilet seats, UK/Singapore type G power plug sockets, etc

It’s one of the best hotels I ever stayed in my life

we needed to go to the American embassy, we took the car, and if we leave at 7am, it takes 10 minutes to get there, but we went for breakfast and so the traffic increased, it took half an hour to get to the embassy

but breakfast was worthy to go to. it was very comfortable to sleep, even though we slept a little but had time to rest. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I would like to go back there again

This hotel was even better than expected! The room had great amenities and was very clean. There's a convenient store downstairs for easy shopping, and it's only about a 5-6 minute walk to the subway station.

It's incredibly convenient to get to popular areas like Myeongdong, Hongdae, and N Seoul Tower. The staff are friendly, and the cleaning lady is very enthusiastic; the rooms are also kept very clean

Nice, clean and comfy hotel but location is not too convenient. It's located at the very local area and it's pretty close to a very local flea market, with no foreigners at all.

There's a convenience store downstairs and plenty of dining options, with the 'Original Meat Patty Hot Pot' place being a highly recommended, delicious spot

Also I came from Japan, we have different plugs but they had several chargers already in the room. About 10 min walk from the station. Convenient store is pretty close too

In the old town near Dongdaemun, there are restaurants and coffee shops downstairs☕️ It is especially recommended to stay with children

The room is large and has a bathtub There is a refrigerator and a computer on the table, which is very good. The front desk answered all questions and gave sugar and coffee☕️

Didn’t realized the check in time is at 2200 but the front desk was nice and let us leave our belongings so we can go around the town

I booked this hotel with an important want. Airport shuttle, as a single traveler it is important for me to have this to get to and from the hotel to airport on these quick over night layovers

This was really good as several members can prep in the morning faster. They provided water and towels daily. They don’t make up/clean the room daily but you can request cleaning with a day’s notice

The hotel was very clean. It was easy to get around, and there were lots of great food options nearby. I was very satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time.

Airport bus stop from airport stops at outside this hotel. Look up see Kworld and just walk towards that direction and you will see Ri[an]. Oh yah, they supply fresh clean towel and mineral water every day

The location is great, close to the station, a convenience store, and within walking distance of Kwangjang Market. The room was spacious and the bathroom and toilet were separate, making it very comfortable

I have gone through a few like Sejong , Hotel Skypark … to name a few before settle on Ri[an] hotel for 8 nights. Its an awesome hotel despite with 57rooms. It’s well maintained and the staffs are amazing

The family room was comfy and really spacious, perfect with an active toddler that needs his space. There was seperate toilet & bath, with the bath having 2 showers — one with the tub and a shower area

It immediately put my tense nerves at ease. The surrounding area is also very convenient, with plenty of convenience stores and dining options. Overall, it was a great experience

It was our first time overseas, and we didn't speak the local language, so it was a huge relief that the male owner at the front desk of this hotel, where we stayed on our first night, spoke Chinese

Awesome enough for a short stay with my friends, juz visiting for 3 days with my friends after our trip in japan, easier to get here, juz 3-5 mins walking from Janghanpyeong Station (forgot the name ardy), super convenient place to stay, right next to this hotel got CU Mart, and 7E

the hotel location was great, and with a free parking spot! only thing is they didn‘t provide toothbrush and toothpaste… but there‘s a CU convenience store right at ground floor so no big issue

The location is also great, very convenient for transportation. The airport shuttle goes directly there, and there are some really delicious BBQ restaurants and a market nearby

One thing we really appreciated was that the hotel allowed us to store our luggage for the whole day, with free luggage storage available for up to 12 hours, which was very convenient for travelers

We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Family Triple Room, which was very nice and comfortable. This thoughtful gesture made our stay more enjoyable

The separate wet and dry areas, with the sink outside the bathroom, are my favorite layout. It's also very close to Dongdaemun. I'll definitely stay here again next time

Read a lot about the good upkeep of the hotel and rooms and yes its all good. We had the 2 queen beds room for family of 4 and room size is still good for us to put our luggages and have room to move about

The front desk staff are really friendly and helpful; communication in English was no problem, and there were even Chinese-speaking staff, making the whole check-in process very smooth

And most importantly free fresh brew coffee machine at the lobby pantry area! The hotel located away from the busy street and that is what we actually enjoyed much, but it wasn’t far to walk to the metro and Myeongdong market

The hotel's location is fantastic, right by Namdaemun Market with tons of food options nearby. Myeongdong is also within easy walking distance

There's a GS25 and CU convenience store right downstairs, which is super convenient for grabbing anything you need

There was even an air freshener in the room – my backpack still smelled nice after two days of carrying it around, haha! The cleaning staff came in to tidy up every day

The reception ahjussi has been very welcoming and helpful. We went to Busan for 2D1N in between and they allow us to store our large luggage there

Pretty good overall. The location is easy to find, and several popular 'influencer' spots are within walking distance. It's also close to several dermatology clinics, which is super convenient for anyone getting facials.

The guy said it would take 30 minutes and he put us in the room which did not follow my request of being away from the elevator (was directly across from the elevator) and a non-smoking room (reeked of smoke)

We also could not get the room temperature lower than 27C despite setting it to 10C which was slightly uncomfortable. The floors also seemed to be heated which was nice. The location was great in Gangnam

Honestly the hotel was a little hard to find the first time, but the location is close to everything after that. The room itself was also very cute; like a studio apartment

I would recommend this hotel for someone who comes to watch the concert at KSPO since it took only 4 stations to get there! I went to queue up for the goods and md early in the morning, then come back to take some rest at the hotel before going to KSPO again! The room is clean and big enough for 2 person

Location is good. Subway is just 2 mins walk away. While the room is clean, it looks quite different from the photos on the app.

However, Line 9 has both express and local trains, and this station is only served by local trains, so you might have to wait a while, which should be factored into your travel time
