All the front desk staff speak Japanese. The location is excellent, right near Myeongdong Station. I stayed for 4 days, and they have a coin laundry, which is great for longer stays

Hotel Creto is a nice place to stay. It is in a quiter area of Myeongdong. The staff are very nice and will help you in anyway. This alone makes coming back a surety

The location is convenient, with a convenience store right across the street and very close to the subway station.

There's even a small entryway when you walk in, though they don't provide disposable slippers, so I brought my own. Environment: The hotel is right by Hoehyeon subway station, and Myeongdong is just about two blocks away

This was my first trip to Korea, and it ended up being a whirlwind tour. I had booked the hotel in advance and managed to enjoy sightseeing until close to the last train

I had a really hard time finding the hotel's location and had to call several times. They eventually came to pick me up at the station I was at, which was a huge help

The room's location is excellent, but it's really small; I couldn't even open my suitcase. Plus, the basement was a bit cold with no heating

The hotel front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! The bedding was comfortable and everything was clean and hygienic! There are paid laundry rooms on the 5th and 7th floors, and a breakfast buffet and gym on the 9th floor! I honestly can't think of anything bad to say! I give it 100 points! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Staff at reception were really helpful and spoke very good English. Hotel has 2 laundry areas for self washing and drying clothes for a a fee. Very convenient when travelling. We will go back when coming back to Seoul

Well located within the Myeongdong area lots of places to eat, have coffee and shopping. Easy access from the Incheon airport with Airport Limousine bus. Comfortable room with enough space to open 2 big cases

Upon arrival, my check in was processed by the very excellent Becky who also had assisted me in my previous stay. Once again, the on-arrival service provided by Becky and the hotel was excellent as usual

The room is big enough for three adults staying comfortably. Bathroom and in room facilities are new and clean, beds are comfortable. Location is excellent, just a few minutes to Myeongdong Main Street

Good Location 2 minutes walk to Myeongdong night market and 5 minutes from Euljiro 1(il)ga MTR Station. Suitable for solo travelers will definitely stay this hotel again

Toilet is equally tiny, with an innovative way of saving space; the shower and sink attached in one. Overall really clean, with built in heater for the room as well

Shared area just outside the room with chairs and tables, water dispenser for cold and hot water, refrigerator and so on. Good place to bunk for a few nights

Straight up 5 stars for location, head on down to B1 and it’s the walkway link to the train. Mini marts and small stores all around for your necessities and needs

There’s no room service, but you can easily request fresh towels and return the used ones yourself. The location is fantastic — just a 2-minute walk to Line 4 and about 5 minutes to Line 5

It's really great, I've never felt this good before, it's just so damn good. It's also relatively quiet for sleeping, there are many convenience stores nearby, lots of food options, and convenient transportation.

Even though it was before check-in time, she let me store my luggage and thoughtfully reminded me there was complimentary water in the fridge – a real lifesaver for someone heading out into the sun

I've stayed here many times. It's very close to Gocheok Sky Dome and easily accessible by airport limousine bus. It's also clean and well-maintained.

My very first time for this hotel , unexpectedly this hotel is so convenient , just in the heart of Myeongdong , below the hotel has a 7-11 convenient store and few min away can catch the Airport Limousine … They provide a very nice smell of shower gel and shampoo , I will definitely choose this hotel again whenever I go Seoul …

There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and Myeongdong Shopping Street is right outside. There's a large Olive Young just 100 meters away, and the subway station is super close, only a 5-minute walk

The only downside is that the price I paid a few days in advance was higher than booking on the day itself, which felt a bit like a loss, but everything else was perfectly fine

The front desk had a staff member who spoke Chinese during check-in. I stayed for four nights straight to avoid moving around (the only downside was the slightly small room)

I stayed there for four consecutive nights because it is very close to BGSS, which is the place for my vision correction laser. The overall experience was beyond expectation, and the cost was also reasonable.

I truly believe it's a value added hotel due to good location, extremely convenience neighborhood, nice staff with standard service and the amount of money paid. I had stayed here 3 times for the last 6 months.

Unfortunately there is no window in the room and therefore a bit of damp air in the room. Nevertheless the room was clean, sanitary were clean and the location was just great.

I booked two rooms next door to each other. The staff were flexible and spoke great English. The rooms were spacious and came with a washing machine, microwave, and fridge. Perfect for making late-night instant noodles!

Just confusing due to the conflicting signs. Can't use the pool or sauna if I don't cover tattoos. Rule seems antiquated, or maybe it's a local custom

Oakwood is always our first choice when traveling to Korea - smooth service as always and clean rooms. This resident hotel is a bit old but has been maintained well and staffs are always very professional and helpful.

Location is great right next to coex. We reserved a studio deluxe but upon check in was upgraded to a one bedroom apartment so that was really nice. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to Seoul

Clean and tidy, close to the subway station, which makes getting around very convenient. It's also easy to find using map navigation.

Everthing good, but please pay attention to parking because I don't think it's wise to charge parking fees if you stay there free parking.

Many shops and eateries within a 2-minute walk from hotel and take exit 1 of Sungshin Women Uni station with 180m walk. Toiletries (shampoo/body wash etc) including toothbrush were prepared in a black box in the room

The manager at the front desk was very helpful and spoke fluent English. He was able to guide us on where to go for good food, metro station, etc. and not to mention it, humorous too

This is definitely a love hotel and I was here just to stay while on business so it did have some challenges around sounds and times of people coming in and out of rooms when trying to get a rest for work the next day but I sleep heavy and it wasn't too bad

For us, this is the best hotel in Seoul! The metro is nearby, it is convenient to get to any point in the city. For breakfast, you can cook European food, ice cream, coffee, popcorn around the clock.

There are free ice cream and coffee, an ice machine, and purified water for you to take as you please. There is a small kitchen for breakfast, and making your own toast and omelette is quite fun

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a few steps from Seoul National University subway station, making it easy to get around. The hotel is a little dark, but the staff are very friendly

The room is fine with all the basic needs but the best thing was free ice cream and they had a guide in English for people to stay there so be sure to ask for that

Was given the newer room with password access. Sapce was big as there is no bench to put lauggue, toilet short of place to hang two tower and clothing. Strict check in n chech out time. Room is very dimm.

Please think twice before booking. The location is awesome - easily accessible from 2 subway stations, just a stone throw from Insadong and Ikseon-dong. BUT the room's cleanliness is way off

It's been almost a month since I returned home, and I suddenly remembered I hadn't left a review, but staying here really brought back wonderful memories! It was December and snowing a bit when I arrived

When I returned in the evening to check in, the Korean owner helped me carry my very heavy suitcase up to the third floor. I'm truly, truly grateful because my suitcase was genuinely heavy

The room was spacious, and they provided toothbrushes, toothpaste, and various toiletries. There was even a fridge in the room! Honestly, it exceeded all my expectations!

The stairs were a little slippery when entering through the back door, which is worth mentioning. Also, there's no ramp, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs

The environment is great and the transportation is convenient. It's about a 5-minute walk to the subway and bus stations, and close to N Seoul Tower

We found it difficult to move around, and there was hardly any space for luggage. Trying to fully open a suitcase (a vali) on the floor was nearly impossible, forcing us to constantly step over it

Hotel Irene City is a fantastic choice if you want to be right in the middle of the action in Seoul. The location truly cannot be beaten, making it incredibly easy to get everywhere

However, be prepared for a very small room, which significantly impacts comfort. The major drawback is the size of the room. It is quite small, even for one person

The room's a bit small but it's fine for a stay, the hotel has all the amenities you need, plus it even has a heater. This is already my second time here!
