Apartments Punta Marina by LIVVO (ex.Aptos. Punta Marina) in Morro del Jable

Nice and quiet place. Small but available pool. Great location between Morro Jable and Solana, close to all the restaurants, shops and beach. Low level of the apartment was ok to sleep in. The high level is too warm and no air condition (only a fan) so not too pleasant. Some nights were very windy so open windows not helping. Overall ok.

It was pleasantly empty and therefore very relaxing.

Too many stairs
Clean and pretty apartment. Stairs inside the apartment and more stairs outside to get to the pool.

The location is excellent. Within a few minutes walk to the beach, supermarket and city centre with lots of nice shops, bars and restaurants. The appartment is spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The master bed was very big and that was a real plus. All basic articles are there such as dish washing articles, trash bags, toilet paper and shower gel & towels.
The reception was of high service and any request was quickly dealt with. Our cleaning man was real nice and polite. Almost every day the appartment was cleaned

Basic small complex with good size apartment, good location and decent pool.

My long trip advisor review from 2015 stands to this day, though a bit of decoration and whitening of dark furniture in these apartments did not go overlooked.

It's a great place to stay, the staff we found helpful, maids are very good, ideal quiet location from which to enjoy the area, which is still not over commercialised 7 years after our first visit. No major building works to be worried about.

There is just enough in the area to keep you entertained. Shops are close by.

This is a Beach, sea and restaurant lovers paradise.

DO NOT visit this complex if-
You are seeking vibrant night life
You want to party through the night
You want pool service
You want bars- no amenities on site.
You are in anyway physically impaired - sorry but too many steps
You find stairs hard work generally
You are not in reasonably good health
You want 5 star treatment for 2 star price- it's a basic workable apartment.
You have small mobile children- not safe for them either in apartment or around the complex - stairs without guards!

General Warning-
It rains everywhere in the world at some time. I experienced this here and though only odd minor shower lasting a couple of days I felt unsafe under foot for the first time in my life, as if I were walking on marbles, both in the complex and on many surrounding pavements in the area. It was scary! Fine when it all dried up but scary when it was wet.
Ceramic tiles and water is a recipe for disaster. We all know it, but few respect it enough to be prepared. This complex is no better and no worse than many continental holiday locations throughout the world. When it rains you need to take extra care, perhaps take alternative routes in and around the complex. Be aware of the dangers. Use handrails. Make sure you have sneakers (travel in them) with good sensible grips suitable for wet tiled floors. Hopefully they will not be needed everyday. We landed to find rain and my good looking branded trainers were absolutely useless in the wet and though it dried up quickly the surfaces of pavements in and around this complex were extremely slippery continuing for a few days after. Forget vanity and think practicality. Travel in good grips and have your sandals in your case ready so you can enjoy the sun as well because boy it gets hot. Similarly take particular care around pools and watch out for wet floors where ever you travel. This complex has a lot of stairs and slopes- most places do. Take care and you will have a great holiday.

Stayed here a few times, yes a little dated but spacious 3 level apartments with everything you will need and the most chilled placed on the island! Well located easy walking routes to town, beach etc
