Villamar Hotel in Morro del Jable

We are absolutely delighted and very happy that we chose to stay at this hotel. The welcome was warm, and from the moment we entered the lobby, we felt comfortable and at ease. The hotel has a wonderful, charming atmosphere.

Our room or rather, the apartment, was spacious, very clean, and modern with a stylish design. We especially loved the large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea.

All members of the staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming. That kind of place that makes you ask yourself: Why aren’t we staying longer?

For us, one thing is certain: we will definitely return to this beautiful hotel. Thank you very much for a fantastic stay.

A nice, cozy hotel, lots of space and a good bed, they left champagne for us, which was very nice.

The apartments are a bit worn down, but still huge apartments with everything that is needed, great location, staff is friendly and so I picked to go with overall 5 stars as price ti quality ratio is great.
I mean, if you expect fancy hotel, everything new and shiny, then go down the street to another hotel that costs 5x more ;)

I recently stayed at Villa-Mar Hotel and had an exceptional experience. The hotel boasts breathtaking views and a nice terraces to enjoy it from. Overall, my experience exceeded all expectations!!
The hotel's personnel deserve special praise for their friendliness and attentiveness. Every interaction I had with them left me feeling valued and well taken care of. Their hospitality truly elevated my stay and made me feel right at home.

To the Management, I would like to offer some recommendations for improvement:

Implementing English language classes for the staff would enhance communication skills and ensure better service quality for international guests.

Adjusting the temperature of the Jacuzzi to maintain a consistent level of 39 degrees Celsius or warmer would greatly enhance guest satisfaction, as this temperature is preferred by many.

We had a great 2 week stay with our 5 month old son. Location is ideal next to a supermarket and close to the beach / restaurants. The outside terrace is a great feature and a great place to relax or play. Unfortunately no lift in the hotel, however we were able to swap rooms so that we were on the first floor so this wasn’t an issue. The staff are WONDERFUL! Super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Would recommend a stay here.

Well-located, clean, comfortable, nice, helpful staff
