Modest infrastructure of leisure quite kompensiruet magnificent sea views on any of the terraces-sun decks of the hotel and the location in a quiet, non-mass the center of Tenerife. We particularly recommend this hotel to lovers of water sports, particularly Windsurfing.

Super hotel, amazing location, literally on the beach. Sounds of the sea bliss. Staff super friendly. Room spotless. Full buffet of everything from hot breakfast choices to everything else. Bed super comfy like sleeping in a cloud. Highly recomend. Be back again:)
We absolutely loved El Medano, but it's worth noting that it is quite a Spanish resort and the night life is centred around eating out and drinks in the one of the many bars. The other really big positive is the access to top quality watersports conditions and equipment just along the beach.
So if you are a watersports nut or want a laid-back holiday (which we are) this is great resort.
On to the hotel which is absolutely brilliant. We had a sea view room with a massive balcony. It was clean and well equipped.
The staff (reception, cleaning, breakfast and bar) were always super helpful.
Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold plates and "bean to cup" coffee machines, which is great if like me you need your morning caffeine fix.
There are sun decks on a number of floors so plenty of sunbeds. On the lower deck there is a bar and steps with direct access to the sea.
All in all a great hotel,, thoroughly recommend
The only downside was the breakfast — while there was a wide selection, the quality and freshness of the food could be improved. I missed having more fresh fruit and salads, and the sweet pastry selection was quite disappointing.
Also, the double room had two separate beds, each about 80 cm wide, which wasn’t the most comfortable for a couple.
Other than that, everything was great. Thank you again for the lovely stay!
Breakfast was great, with lots of choices. The restaurant staff were friendly and even remembered my preferences after just two days. Eating breakfast while looking at the sea and mountains was a very peaceful moment every morning.
The hotel location is also very convenient—just 5 minutes walking along the coast to the surf shops, and about 10 minutes to a small mountain for hiking.
Also, Tania told me about the hotel yoga class on Saturday morning. It was very relaxing. The class focused more on breathing and music, not on difficult movements, so it felt light and calm. I think anyone can join, even if you never tried yoga before.
