Hotels All-inclusive in Tenerife

Enjoyed our stay at hotel. Felt at times ignored because we were all-inclusive especially in the concert bar at night trying to get drinks. All in all good holiday 👍

Many restaurants, table tennis, billiard tables, squash, etc. Take a room with the mountain view, it's more quite (the opposite of the main pool)

In Costa Adeje, the new side of Tenerife South, 7-10 mins walk till the beach. Plenty of restaurants and commercial facilities nearby

The hotel is very exotic, with lots of vegetation, large hallways and open spaces to hide away from the sun. One at 0 level for everyone including kids and one on the roof, adults only (the best!!)

It's a really good Hotel good food, good services, good rooms, an area for the adults. For the kids the deepest pool is only 1,52 meters. But all in all i can say that it was worth it.

It is kept immaculately clean. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas to go around the many pool areas - which you cannot reserve with a towel as it will be removed

The food was consistently excellent, with a wide variety of choices at every meal, catering to all tastes. The buffet always had fresh, delicious options, and the specialty restaurants were a real treat

Overall great experience, we really enjoyed the property and the amenities. Food and drinks are above average for an all inclusive. Bar staffs were friendly and professional, shout out to Eliza!

The chefs at all the restaurants should pay attention to the food before leaving the kitchen, sometimes they lack flavor. But overall, I would recommend this hotel to everyone

The food was less desirable at the grill restaurant. Chicken wasn’t properly cooked and lacked flavor. The ribs were undercooked as well

The food is just a big disappointment. I understand it is all inclusive and I had very low expectations for the food, but is it just worse than expected

We are recently back from a week at this hotel. It is one of the best all-inclusive hotels I've stayed in. I travelled with my family for my birthday and had a great time. The staff were very friendly (all of them)

Everyone greated you with a smile and we're happy to help. The restaurant is the best I've experienced in an all inclusive hotel. Lobster and caviar on the buffet topped it off

Nice room, but then we were given an upgrade. Food was a bit boring for an all inclusive, normally get a better variety

Fantastic hotel, from the moment we arrived (drink on arrival), from reception staff/cleaners/pool staff/chefs/restaurant staff were amazing! Special mention for the entertainment team! They don’t stop they are all so friendly and hard working and never stop smiling I honestly believe they love their jobs

Another standout feature is the Iberostar app, which provides constant access to the planned activities, animation schedules, restaurant opening times, and support

The entire hotel is very clean, and the rooms are perfectly prepared each day. The bathroom comes with a hairdryer and a wide selection of toiletries. The rooms are air-conditioned, and the beds are extremely comfortable

Entertainment was brilliant the shows were sooo good and Entertainment staff were amazing different shows every night! The rooms are spacious and clean nice balconys

Everyone was friendly and the pool was great!! The only thing that i would improve is, that the Wifi should be free ;-) we will come back soon

It's an excellent family-type, international hotel with friendly personnel. The all inclusive concept is of great value, good choice of foods and beverages

I was particularly impressed with the wildlife they have on site (Parrots, Guinea Pigs, Ducks which my son would love, although the parrots could do with being more polite ;) The food was great, always a bit hit and miss with an all inclusive but this was certainly a hit

Particular shout out to David the bar tender who saw us venturing towards the bar and had the drinks at the ready :). The on-site entertainment had everything you need for adults and Children

The apartments were very clean & spacious & cleaned 5 days a week the whole complex was immaculate with the pools also cleaned daily

Great relaxing hotel. Great pool and views. Easy access to restaurants, harbour and sea front.

There is a very good restaurant for breakfast and evening meal in the complex and a very good Irish pub across the road and a few shops and restaurants locally

WiFi is a big bugbear here, it is only free in the reception area and consequently everyone congregates there to use it therefore it's abysmal

Very clean spacious appartments, the staff are very friendly and work very hard to keep standards high, the food in the restaurant is to a reasonable standard and have a good range to choose from albeit not to everybody's taste the only downside is that you have to pay for your drinks with your evening meal but free for breakfast which is a plus

Overall quality & value proposition is good. More of a 4.5 star than 5 tho. You have to pay to use spa which is little unusual Drinks & food reasonable prices

I recently spent a week at this hotel and was incredibly impressed with the experience. The entire place was spotless – from the rooms to the common areas, everything was immaculately clean

Great location but not the best if you have mobility issues as there’s a lot of steps to climb and many steep inclines,rooms are adequate but decor and furniture very very dated ,staff are fantastic and very helpful and Laguna park 2 is an ideal base but be prepared to use your legs all uphill Pool area is fantastic but bar and restaurant very basic

The hotel is a bit dated, but everything else was great! The room was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the service was excellent

Had a fantastic sleep at this hotel, perfect for a budget long weekend, only 5 e to front or beach. Excellent boat trip for whales and dolphins, could not fault out stay. Complex tired but clean and excellent pool

Unfortunately WiFi is only by the reception and maybe first row of rooms, so make sure you have some data on your mobile. There is little free library by the reception and plenty of books in many languages

The hotel, suites were very clean and comfortable, air-conditioning which was needed as it was 35d when we were there, the Mirador restaurant served excellent breakfasts from traditional fry ups to meat and cheese fruit, toast, jam croissant, churrios, cakes, lunch there was lovely salads, hot food either meat, fish pasta, mash, chips vegetables and different soup everyday, desserts were very nice...

Just enjoyed a lovely much needed a JET2 all inclusive week away at Hotel Playa Olid in Costa Adeje Tenerife, good spacious accommodation, great food for a 3star all inclusive it has a good freshly cooked varied options each serving (the Chinese night was as good as any Chinese Restaurant) They also do the standard repetitive boring same stuff (hot dogs/ chips/burgers if you don’t wish to try something...

arrived early as check-in isnt until 2pm but was able to get our all-inclusive band and put luggage in a side room and looked around hotel as a group of 5 ranging from 60s to 17yrs old we had 2 apartments next to each other overlooking pool 2 which was great

food breakfast was definitely best meal of the day but always found something i liked. after staying twice would definitely go back a third time

The rooms were cleaned everyday accept Thursdays and sundays, towels changed everyday, the alcoholic drinks whoa strong to say the least

Staff lovely & friendly, food ok although we were put off when we spotted a cockroach in restaurants. Spend the extra money & stay somewhere else

We stayed here all inclusive for 4 nights. So first of all- rooms; housekeeping was incredible, room attendants always had the warmest service and everything was super clean

40 am due to delays and the restaurant had been closed for hours. But knowing that we may be hungry, we were met with a small buffet ( amazing!) The room is incredible and suitably located for my mobility

I've just come home 🏡 from 10 nights. The staff go above and beyond. The food is consistently excellent. The atmosphere and facilities are fabulous. I loved every minute I spent there

The bar was a joke; because we went all inclusive they make all drinks differently than normal( aka barely any alcohol in them). They have sauna, however again no one will tell you about it

A large selection of local drinks available at the bar for AI guests, but you have to pay for premium drinks. A cocktail of the day is also included in AI. The only thing this hotel is missing is some entertainment

My wife and I spent a great week at Callao Garden. The hotel is in a great location close to bus routes than can get you most places on the island. Shops and restaurants are a short walk away

All inclusive food was OK with always something to eat. The food was tasty and always cooked well. Options were sometimes limited so if you were a fussy eater you may struggle, but we never had an issue

Only a 10 minute walk to the beach although it is quite hilly. The hotel has everything you need for a 7 day relaxing holiday. The staff are helpful and friendly. There are 3 pools, crazy golf and tennis courts

There is a kitchen with fridge, microwave and cooker. The only thing missing is a kettle, although we made do by boiling water in a pan. Rooms do have a coffee maker I them, a kettle would be good

The was no evening or day time entertainment that we saw whilst we were there. We furally enjoyed our week here and would definitely recommend Callao Garden, we will definitely be going back

We went all inclusive and there was a large range of food available, something for everyone

We booked a suite with balcony and it was extremely spacious. The bathroom could have been slightly cleaner but the bedsheets were crisp

We were full board and ate at the buffet restaurant for most meals. Loads of choice and different themes everyday, there was a kids food section with plenty of choice also

cannot fault the hotel, was nice had a lovely reception and was clean. however there is not a lot to do in and out of the hotel. food was awful, no variety and was the same every night

We ate out a few times as we couldn’t stomach the food again. We went all inclusive but things like Pringles, certain ice cream and certain alcohol you had to pay for which I thought was strange

We went swimming every morning at sunrise and met some locals who were so friendly and advised us where was safe to swim. Alua tenerife is a brilliant hotel for couples and families

Disappointed with the benefits of rock royalty, definitely didn't get that feel. The rock royalty restaurant was very busy for the space

Great breakfast and rooms. Service a bit poor and hotel is a bit overpriced. Especially we were disappointed with prices for food and drinks in the bar and the pool restaurant

The drinks and food in the hotel is three times the price of outside. 3 cocktails 50 euro! Outside the main buffet the restaurants are very quite ( due to price id imagine

If they just dropped there prices all around im sure would double there income and have more returning customers. If you do go ,id probably recommend all inclusive otherwise youd be paying alot

Hard rock is a big hotel so the bus stop is in front of is. However the bed got too soft because of heavy use. Hotel breakfast is on point, there are a lot of guests but still many choices of selection available.

Had a wonderful time from January 2 to January 9. Only positive emotions. Booked a room with two rooms with an ocean view, all inclusive package. Definitely come, you will not regret it!

The location is approx 35 minutes from airport with plenty of up and down hills, to the town or supermarket, but level with good sea views. Hotel coverage over a vast area

The entertainment at this Hotel was the best we've had, the Neon party was epic! We never had a problem finding a sunbed as unlike others we didn't stick our towels on them at daft o clock and then not use them for 8 hours, we still always found 7 together

We had gorgeous sea views and the block was lovely and quiet. The rooms are absolutely brilliant, they have a really spacious lounge and generous bedrooms and bathrooms, which are very well equipped

The hotel is absolutely fantastic and we had an amazing time. The food was very good really for an all inclusive, at the end of the day they are what they are and you accept that but there was always plenty of choice

All inclusive was also very basic in what you could have and what you need to pay extra for for example courtesy tea and coffee in your room, a bottle of water and two soft drinks in the fridge

The hotel offers you drinking water from theyr bar for free. WiFi very good along your room. The only downside I would say. the windows shits are way to thin and the outside noise can be heard inside your room

I am going to be honest as usual. The hotel is amazing,big massive hotel,665 rooms. Inside the reception is amazing,huge space and the staff are amazing, reception,kitchen all very pleasant staff

Just got back from staying here loved ever minute. When we first got there it was late but the Piano bar was still open so we could get drinks and a sandwich before bed. Check was fast and easy to do

The benefits of the Level such as the exclusive pool, lobby, breakfast restaurant, drinks and snacks was definitely worth the upgrade. I'll certainly look for this brand again

Some days in the restaurants the service was good - repeated top ups of the all inclusive drinks, plates cleared away. A few of the staff were amazing

Absolute heaven on earth, and just the break we needed. We booked all inclusive, and honestly we didn't feel like missed out on anything in 'The Level' package

The rules were inonsistent and made no sense some of the time as its all the same hotel so why make it difficult for guests! The refreshments at the Level snacks buffet were not replenished quickly enough and when the milk ran out and I asked for it to be refilled, the member of staff who was restocking the fridge of cold drinks, told me she would finish stocking the fridge and then would get the...

Having been converted from a family friendly place, you have the two huge pools, one exclusively for folks that book a Level room (think VIP within the hotel)

Turns out at least the Level one is also heated - didn't spot that until we got there! The room's were spacious and spotless, and always topped up as needed

Not the best hotel, probably due to its location The hotel is dated and not upto Melia standards. For theall inclusive drinks you are given a token that gives you a cup

You then go back with your cup for a refill when your drinks finished. At the end of the day you give your cup back and they give you your token back for the next day. This is a poor system and not Melia standards

The sunbeds are saggy and need renewing, the hotel needs modernising to the standards of the other Melia ones

Staff are polite & pleasant, rooms are clean, food is really good. Noise can be an issue for some if your facing the strip however on the top floor and closed balcony it really isn’t that bad at all

We love this hotel. It’s clean, friendly staff, amazing entertainment staff and kids club staff, great location. Hotel is a bit dated now and could do with a revamp but another great stay!

Well located resort, several restaurants and shopping area right outside the resort. We also saw mobility scooters that could be rented

We were on all inclusive but on our last day, my husband ordered the same drink he ordered every evening the waitress (short lady with glasses) gave him the drink and we walked away to sit in the outside sitting area near the bar

However she then came to us with a bill for the drink and we said we were all inclusive. She then informed us the drink she gave was not included in the package

She then took the drink & poured it down the sink and gave him the drinks menu and told him the ones

The breakfast was fantastic even though it can be very busy, there were plenty of tables to sit either inside or outside. Plenty of sunbeds by the time we went to the pool in the afternoon

Just back from 8 nights, wouldn’t change a thing….thanks to all of the H10 staff for a wonderful holiday, you are all an incredible hard working and friendly team, well done. We’ll be back again in a few months 🌞

From the moment we arrived (late 11ish) we were made to feel very welcome. Reception staff were great very explanatory. We had a room on the 4th floor we had asked for adjoining rooms

Breakfast was plentiful lots of choice , lunch again plentiful dinner was the best lots of choice lots of different meats and cooked in front of you. We always went at the start to ensure food was nice and hot

If towels are put on sun beds between 8am and 9 am and they are left staff do removed them. You won’t get a sun bed after 10 they do go quickly , MM only had 1 day that we didn’t get one

Entertainment team were awesome absolutely fantastic with the children and to be fair the adults too. Bat staff were great too nothing is too much

Shampoo conditioner body wash and lots of other little bits like a comb and razor and dental kit in the bathroom a nice touch

• Pools were great — stylish, clean, and perfect for adults looking to relax. The Mixed: • Drinks and bar service were inconsistent

• Restaurant setup isn’t toddler-friendly. High chairs are available, but plates don’t fit on the tray, and the chairs aren’t high enough for children to sit at the table properly

Many were welcoming and helpful, especially in the restaurants, but some bar staff gave the impression that serving guests was an inconvenience

Room for Improvement – Especially for Families with Young Children: • While there’s a kids’ pool with slides, it’s more suitable for children 6+, and the baby pool lacked any shade, which made it unusable at times

Staff tried to help but weren’t always sure about ingredients. • No dairy-free ice cream option. For a child with allergies, it’s really hard to watch other children enjoy ice cream with no alternative available

The Good: • Buffet food was excellent — far better than what we’ve experienced at similarly priced TUI-branded hotels. There was a wide range of options, freshly prepared dishes, and good quality overall

The Roast restaurant was our favourite… if you do go please try The Mixed grill for 2! Unbelievable how much they serve you! 😋😋 The staff members always had a smile on their faces, beit a cleaner or bar manager… they would go above and beyond to help you & sort any little problem out for you…

The hotel location is in a great spot, 2 minutes walk to the beach (back exit of hotel) with lots of bars/restaurants/shops all along the promenade in both directions

The hotel evening entertainment was pretty good and the food in the main restaurant was very good, a buffet service with lots of choices

One visit to the a la carte restaurant (The Roast) was also included in our stay (you have to pre book via the app)

We’ve just come back from a 7 night stay at the Guayarmina Princess Hotel. It really is a lovely hotel and we had a great stay. We stayed in a standard room which had a modern design, very spacious and was very clean

The staff are incredibly accommodating. The food on offer is high quality. We were B&B but ate in a couple of the onside restaurants. Breakfast is high standard and loads on offer

Francis and Melina at the fitness suites made our trip even better with their care and brilliant, enjoyable classes—a real highlight! Our room was spacious with a great-sized balcony, perfect for our little one to crawl around safely

The swimming pool is big enough to fit everyone there, the mini bar makes the best piña colada’s and the restaurant food is great even tho is a bit pricy

Our holiday exceeded all expectations. Dreams Jardín Tropical Resort and Spa is a beautiful hotel. The facilities were fantastic, we used the pool and gym daily, enjoyed the spa, and treated ourselves to a massage

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Tenerife! The atmosphere is so peaceful and welcoming — you instantly feel relaxed the moment you arrive. One of the highlights was definitely the pool area

What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the team. Every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at ease, their warmth and hospitality really stood out

Food was very good and there are a la carte restaurants if you are a member of the hotel (sign up on website). Location was great, big pools and 10 minute taxi from the main area of Costa Adeje

We have been to this hotel twice now and it has never let us down. Great for families with plenty of activities to participate in. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

We love the entertainment team especially Omar keeping everyone happy. Maku at breakfast and bar is amazing! All staff are so friendly and wonderful. This is our second stay here as it’s just brilliant

Had a great week here with my wife. Staff, the food, the atmosphere all better than we could have expected. Great facilities and options to walk the 1 minute to other sister hotel for shows at night

The location is a short drive away from the main holiday area of Adeje or a little further to Los Cristianos etc but for a completely relaxing poolside sunbathing experience this is spot on

There was full pints of beer, soft drinks and full cartons of chips, pizza, chicken nuggets and burgers just left on sunbeds and on the floor. All inclusive idiots thinking it's ok I've paid for it

The hotel is fantastic, the food is very good and good quality. The only thing that I can say that let's the hotel down is some of it's holiday makers staying here, the food waste from the pool area takeaway is vast

Only downside for us is that the rooms are literally just 1 room with a bathroom so was a bit difficult getting our 1 year old to sleep in same room as everyone else which wasn't asleep same time as him would prefer a separate bedroom other than that been amazing holiday and amazing hotel the staff are also very welcoming and very helpful with anything needed

Pools are lovely, tried Balance for a couple of days which was ok, beer, juice or water, not much choice on drinks. Also not much atmosphere up there, we preferred the main pools. Food and staff in the pool bar are great

My only problem is the location as it is not located near a main strip or outside bars and restaurants however we have used the bus stop at the top of the road and have gotten to everywhere we needed to go

The entertainment was inclusive and stopped around 11:00 Pm in the main area which meant we could sleep. The draw backs, there weren’t many but I thought I would mention for future visitors

The food is great, loads of choice and a big selection. Our little boy just loves the kids club and the mini disco, the staff are so kind and friendly and do loads of fun activities with the kids

The room was spacious, clean, beds made every day. Plenty if wardrobe space, lovely powerful shower. Really attentive, cocktails were beautiful and the decorations they handmade everyday were lovely

Overall the hotel was very clean, food buffet was okay. It’s your typical Tenerife all inclusive experience. The rooms were very clean, no issues

After reading some of the reviews, I have to say, I don't know what Hotel you went to. The Best Tenerife Hotel was by far one of the friendliest, cleanest Hotels I have been too

The food was excellent, how anyone can say, it was not very good must stay in 5* hotels. The choice was amazing, they replaced everything quickly and the service from the restaurant staff was second to none

Food we couldn't fault, again something for everyone even picky eaters. The pool is amazing and there is plenty of loungers throughout the day. Location is great but everything you need is in the hotel tbh

It truly is a brilliant hotel all the staff are so kind and caring and enthusiastic there’s too many words I could use to describe how brilliant they are.

Really nice hotel with clean rooms, and too many pools to count! All inclusive has a good offering, with fairly healthy variety for meals, and much branded bevvy

The all-in offer was strong, with plenty of drinks and food to chose from all day

If you are wondering whether to take the Platinum or not like I was, we decided not to go for it and that was a great decision, because now we don't feel like we really missed out on something

If I had to complain, I didn't love the fact that you can change the pool towels only once a stay and the fact, that the hotel doesn't offer lunchboxes

They had a great selection and different dishes each day at lunch and dinner. They also do not mess around with the alcohol with a wide selection of different drinks around the hotel

We had to pay for our own drinks, if I was in a smaller group I would opt for all inclusive. Fun games every day at the pool, archery, tennis et al At night, we had live music and DJ's

We had plenty of areas to relax whilst we were waiting We stayed all inclusive, food was there for every possible taste and each day we were treated to something different

Great goups were forged by the evening. Do not miss the smoking area at the evenings, you can find the funniest people there ;)

I stayed here with a large group of 40. Took a while to get everyone checked in

Staff are friendly, approachable and resolved any issues promptly

The hotel itself was fine, but a bit dated. We had to move rooms due to brown water coming out of the bath taps, something that was rectified pretty quickly and didn't really impact on the holiday

Theres no milk for the coffee in the room , The lift is broken The pool bar is majority paid for requests , with minimal stuff included in the All inclusive package

One thing however that bothered me was that the staff in the buffet restaurant whisked plates away from underneath you, literally as soon as I was still chewing my last forkful of food

Nothing is labelled , and is barely warm. We paid all inclusive , but have barely used any facilities here

I complained but got nowhere, so acquired tea coffee and milk from the restaurant. This is the second visit to this hotel group and I doubt I will visit again

I did enjoy the holiday as it was Adults only All Inclusive but that is the only things. Food was better at lunch time than Evening

Loved my room - spacious, clean and had everything I needed. Friendly staff and service was very good. Buffet for breakfast was very good too. Only down side was the hill to climb back up from the town
