It was so nice and worth the price, I enjoyed my birthday in HR, it’s just that the photos are too expensive and not printed in good quality. Overall Hard Rock you rally Rock!

Hard rock is a big hotel so the bus stop is in front of is. However the bed got too soft because of heavy use. Hotel breakfast is on point, there are a lot of guests but still many choices of selection available.

Chic hotel in a quiet location. Elevator and stairs lead to one of the 3 pools with a small beach (black/stones). Swimming shoes are recommended. The breakfast was very good!

Beautiful hotel with clean modern rooms. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a good variety of options. I’d like to give a special thank-you to Abelardo, who consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome

His warmth and enthusiasm truly enhanced our stay and made the experience exceptional. We would gladly return — and hope to see Abelardo again on our next visit

Doesn’t appear that was part of the refurbishment, seriously loud with people chatting or TV’s next door. Not being allowed inflatables or to even throw a ball around in the main (huge) pool, it was just odd

Felt like total killjoys, what on earth is the issue with floating on a lilo? Bizarre. All in all I enjoyed it but if I’m honest, it could be a bit better with some tweaks

Negatives - Strange set up with entertainment, experienced far better elsewhere and for such a big hotel I’d expect more. Noise proofing, my word the noise is OTT

Great kids club, nice breakfast but you need to get there early or it’s chaotic. Top location, beach and bars on your doorstep

We stayed last week for a week and have stayed before a few years ago. Great location close to the beach. Fantastic entertainment especially the kids disco at 8

The rooms were clean and the service was satisfactory, but it was quite expensive.

Restaurant has good quality options at breakfast and dinner (I never tried lunch). My room was spacious and clean - if a little dated. Air con was decent, water pressure was good

30! The shows were amazing, pools were great and food and drinks were top notch. The only thing I would say is that the rooms are a little dated, but they were comfortable and clean

The air conditioning was of a good standard and kept the room cool. Anll staff were polite and ga ve a good customer experience.

The restaurant had a vast choice of food with varying themes across the week. The pool bar also had a small selection of food that was ideal for children or a snack. The beds were comfortable and made/changed daily

The best stay! Every member of staff was professional, caring and overall lovely! (I didn’t catch the name of the lady who checked us in but she was so great) I did catch Galindos name, who works at the restaurant, I am ceoliac and he really took care of my needs when it came to the food each day I had my own cakes breads pizzas pastas anything I wanted it was very easy to feel safe with food thanks...

We had a lovely room with a sea view, our first room had a musty smell but reception offered us a room swop swiftly. Breakfast had a great selection, fresh made omelettes and pancakes

The sea view was spectacular, we watched the sunset in the evening. Kettle was €8 to hire, €30 refundable deposit for beach towels and free room to freshen up before leaving for the airport

The staff was amazing the all inclusive food was amazing great selection. The restaurant’s was top notch the Chinese was absolutely fantastic

The back door leads straight to the beach, and the surrounding area is lively and bustling without being noisy. The included meals were very ordinary

A late check out was €30 to 3pm, €50 to 6pm

All-inclusive was offered on arrival which I paid for, however, I only ate 3 times in the restaurant so feel it was a waste of money, as I was out a lot of the time on excursions

The hotel is really nice. Clean rooms beautiful water views. The area is really central but a bit tacky - lots of pubs, restaurants and bars with neon signs. The playa Del Duce area is much nicer.

Also one of the reasons we booked through ******* was the inclusion of a free bottle of wine, welcome drinks and a food voucher. We only received the welcome drinks

But we couldn’t have our all inclusive available during that time

Had to ask for milk for the fridge although some people went out to buy it, surely for the price paid they should have been checked daily - the food was also only warm - not a lot of vegetables except Christmas day, there was a good variety of food for different nationalities who staid there -also having to pay for water with your evening meal? Nice looking hotel but also came with various problems

We went for the fully-inclusive package and wouldn't hesitate to do that again. The pool was inviting and we appreciated the ease and stress-free management of booking sun-loungers!

I want to thank personally Diana , Lara and Bruno in the kids club for treating our little girl to an unforgettable holiday! My favourite thing to when I had an hour to myself was to go down to smoking terrace behind the bar and light up a Cuban cigar while listening to water feature

Amazing stay at GF Gran Costa Adeje. Location and staff were superb. Our 3 year old daughter was treated like a VIP and staff are very highly trained. Just we could not fault a single thing

This will be our fourth time in as many years

The reasons its not a 5 star (1) we spent 5 days without shower gel as it ran out and didn't get replaced (2) no bottled water in the fridge which should be topped up daily from my experience of other hotels (3) maintenance

We ate out every night and found our own entertainment as 4 guys singing along to a Bees Gees backing track (just one example) doesn't cut it. Great pool, easy to get a sunbed

Some lifts not working, communal toilets, taps not working, hand dryers not working, handles loose on cubicles. Just little things that need attention to make this 5 star

Great hotel, spotlessly clean, fab location with great views. All Inclusive food was great with plenty of choices- great variety of branded drinks too.

We were booked just half board and found the food and restaurant much more than adequate

The hotel was amazing from the food, room, location and atmosphere. I would always question if going all inclusive if the wine they offer you is on the all inclusive plan

The adult section is really nice, we enjoyed it very much, and again, wheelchair accessible right to the edge of the pool, I was really impressed with that. The situation of the hotel was perfect for me front and back

The adult section is quite different…… you can’t put towels down before 8am and you are supposed to stay until 9am before going to breakfast…. We don’t usually do Entertainment but it was amazing most nights

Valentines night was unbelievable, just so professional. Also the kids entertainment during the day (when the kids were there) I think it was a mid term break for about five days and the team were full on

Fantastic facilities and activities, evening entertainment is decent (people expecting world class entertainment again is just ridiculous), and the upkeep of the place is first class too

Huge space plenty of room for all of us, clean, staff very helpful, food very good and atmosphere very good all round.

The daytime and evening entertainment was average, and the food quality ranged from average to below average. À la carte restaurants were difficult to book and did not offer particularly diverse or premium options

No pool side service or anyone cleaning up glasses - it’s serve yourself and trust that everyone cleans up after themselves. Food was okay - not much variety between the restaurants and only minor changes each night

The breakfast menus was great offered plenty of choices. Coffee was good

The food was less desirable at the grill restaurant. Chicken wasn’t properly cooked and lacked flavor. The ribs were undercooked as well

Hotel is in a fab location with the beach on your doorstep and water parks. Lastly I’d like to mention Eidel, for his creative energy and patience making character pancakes in the buffet

Visited in July with 11 and 13yo kids. 10 minute walk to Siam park and Siam mall. Delicious food with plenty of choice. Great pools with slides for small and older kids

Great experience, lots to do for kids and can’t fault the facilities and the food was a real highlight. Fab hotel overall, would definitely come back

All of the staff were excellent, but a special mention must go to Yuri, who was incredibly kind in the restaurant and looked after us so well throughout our stay

Juliet also truly stood out—she had such a positive aura and a warm, welcoming presence, always greeting guests with an amazing smile. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way

We stayed privilege all inclusive last week at this stunning hotel

The hotel is a complex with a large choice of swimming pools on the sea front a few minutes walk to La Caleta in one direction and el Duque the other direction There is an a La carte restaurant and a Japanese restaurant as well as a buffet restaurant and pool bar restaurant There is a varied menu in them all and a lovely piano bar to meet old friends and new as well as a privilege lounge if you wish...

abd corridors, one must appreciate that maintenance in hotels is a 24/7 ongoing job and we are seeing in some corridors the relaying of new carpes,our room is immaculate and spacious and has a balcony overlooking the hotel next door but it is Quiet and with sun until four thirty pm on the seventh floor so our room is always warm

Don't want to tell you how lovely it is here because everyone will come here and I won't be able to book ,but it's our 3rd time here and it just gets better even more now the roof pool and bar is open, the food is great the rooms are lovely as are the staff, also the entertainment is good top

There are so many good songs and artists out there today, so come on H10 use your imagination, and don't say your catering for the older clientele because I am 83 but not a Dinasour, otherwise having an absolute blast of a time

we were never managed to get a bed by the front in the whole week we stayed, seating by the pools felt a bit overcrowded and beds packed in - No adults only pool at the moment, this was a pull for us but it was closed due to refurb - Soft drinks were flat, would expect this to improve with new equipment after the refurb - Location is quiet (which we expected) … if you are wanting to go out locally...

The food was excellent with plenty of choice each day, and everything was fresh and well presented. We especially enjoyed the Asia restaurant and the breakfasts on the terrace

Highlights: - Staff are brilliant, service is great and rooms are always made up well - Rooms are spacious and will be even better once modernised further - Pools and grounds are lovely and well-maintained, you could be anywhere - Food is good for AI, including the 4 a la cartes … just book restaurants early on day 1 - Entertainment was really good, with live music every night and pool games most days...

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome – friendly smiles, helpful advice, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Our room was spotless, in a quiet area, and had a lovely view of mountains and sea

The pool area were spotlessly clean there were always plenty of sunbeds available. Entertainment in the evenings was great both on the terrace and in the main square especially the Queen tribute

Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. It’s ideal for couples, families, or anyone wanting a relaxing break with great service. We’re looking forward to coming back next week!

A special mention to Orlando, who looked out for me each meal he was on, knew exactly what dishes I could and couldn't eat, respected that I had to avoid cross contamination, which I really valued

But big praise to all the chefs, restaurant staff, cleaners, maintenance and other staff, they work hard and do a great job

What we really liked is a baby club service where you can leave your baby for one hour a day included in the price if booked via hotel website. The babysitter was really nice and friendly and our baby actually enjoyed it

All the hotel personnel was actually very friendly. We also really liked our coffee from Sunset Bar from Laura and Elisabet (we had iced cappuccino). Also, the cocktails were great. They were very attentive to our needs

The food here is delicious and can serve every taste. The rooms are spacious; but could need some slight renovations and maybe a bit better cleaning (although the cleaning lady was also very nice)

We would especially like to thank Ivan from the Teens Club, who was very warm, friendly, and took excellent care of the children. We would love to come back again if we have the opportunity

  Restaurants were a let down even as Platinum customers, if you booked the table for 8pm the staff tried to hurry you up stating the kitchen closed at 9pm where the normal restaurants stayed open later!!! This was very frustrating when you think tha we paid more for the platinum experience

The sun-beds had to be booked the day before this was a great system no anxiety trying to get a bed! We went half board we were told we could swap an evening meal for lunch, we tried to do this on our last day as we wanted to eat out, we were told we had to book it the day before, I appreciate rules etc, however the restaurant was never full to capacity the food was plentiful, we thought due to our...

My daughter and I went for a four night break, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and cleaned every day, the food was lovely but could have been warmer, the entertainment was fabulous

I would highly recommend a stay in this hotel

  Would I stay again, probably not as when paying for a premium service I’d expect to be treated better and not rushed, this was the same with breakfast as well

 Also when in the bars and asking for a drink the staff would repeatedly say”My colleague does that” and you’d wait for ages to be served at a table

The rooms are spacious, quiet, and equipped with every comfort. The staff is exceptional: from reception to gardeners, housekeeping, chefs, waiters, and pool staff ? everyone is always smiling, helpful, and attentive

Unforgettable holiday at Landmar Playa La Arena! We spent a wonderful week at this hotel. The property is modern, clean, and well-organized, with a beachfront location offering spectacular sunsets

If there was one thing of criticism not about the hotel is the surrounding area doesn't have any night life around but to be honest didn't bother us as the hotel entertainment is sufficient

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, always kept immaculate with the shiniest floors i have ever seen. Food is amazing with so much choice. Staff are very friendly and always happy to help

The rooms are beautiful and also kept so clean. The views we have had twice ( especially 2nd time) were stunning hope it will be 3rd time lucky

They had a great selection and different dishes each day at lunch and dinner. They also do not mess around with the alcohol with a wide selection of different drinks around the hotel

7 days at Las Dalias This was our 4th stay at the hotel. Very hard working,friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clran and close to beach, bars and restaurants. We had a room on 8th floor with mountain view

Lovey hotel, clean and comfortable room Staff were very nice Location is good Plenty of food choices Only downside for our trip here was waiting for lifts… As able bodied fairly young people, we didn’t really mind walking up and down 7 flights of stairs to and from our room, but for two mornings of our stay the stairs were cordoned off for vacuuming / carpet shampooing… at the busiest time of day...

Another great stay Great stay. Staff friendly and very hardworking. Good food and hotel is kept very clean. Room a little tired but hotel is in process of refurbishing so hopefully this will be resolved soon.

The pools are excellent even having to join in the madness of putting towels out and staying with them from pre 0730. But, it’s better than previously when you had to wait for chains to be unlocked

Just got back from a great week's family holiday. Ticked every box for us, price,location,food etc. Big shout out to the service, absolutely brilliant from the animation team to the waiting staff

As returning guests of multiple visits we can recommend the Hotel for its friendly staff with special mention to Sidi who always remembers us. The rooms are comfortable and well attended

Overall a positive experience, but the quality of food and drinks could be better. It seemed as if they used the cheapest option instead of whole food in some cases, especially for guests with all inclusive

However the things to note especially compared to similar star rated hotels in area; We were all inclusive so were surprised the other restaurant was not included or discounted

Entire property was clean & well maintained. Staff were friendly & incredibly helpful. Huge amount of drinks to choose from. The spa was just divine!! Will absolutely be going again

We had a few days lounging around the pool and the activities were excellent! From Aqua Dance to Yoga, and darts to little games to win freebies! The team don't push you to join, as with some resorts, but there was no shortage of participants! My partner also used the gym and said it had great facilities with nice air con! The pools were lovely

A beautiful resort right on the shoreline with incredible sunsets and views of Los Gigantes cliffs. The room comes with a private balcony, and includes daily housekeeping

The staff are incredibly accommodating. The food on offer is high quality. We were B&B but ate in a couple of the onside restaurants. Breakfast is high standard and loads on offer

Francis and Melina at the fitness suites made our trip even better with their care and brilliant, enjoyable classes—a real highlight! Our room was spacious with a great-sized balcony, perfect for our little one to crawl around safely

Our holiday exceeded all expectations. Dreams Jardín Tropical Resort and Spa is a beautiful hotel. The facilities were fantastic, we used the pool and gym daily, enjoyed the spa, and treated ourselves to a massage

What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the team. Every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at ease, their warmth and hospitality really stood out

We also included breakfast in our stay, and it was absolutely worth it. We stayed in a junior suite, and it was stunning. If your budget allows, the upgrade is well worth it

Honestly, I can’t fault this hotel. If you’re staying in Adeje, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. My only complaint? That I can’t give it more than 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Enjoyed my stay here very much, room was clean and fresh, pool was pleasant and breakfast was plentiful, helpful staff on checkout too! Didn’t try the indoors pool but did like the size and space the out door one had, also was close to beach and some nice little beach side restaurants

Just finished a 7 night stay at Alua Tenerife with my dad and can't fault anything. You read some of the other reviews and of course everything comes down to someone else's perception and experiences so here is ours

Suggestion for the hotel - display the menu on arrival so people can see the variety of dishes available. We shared a twin room, it wasn't split when we arrived, by the next morning it was

Actually the hotel buffet had different potato dishes each morning. After 7 days I still didn't try everything on the buffet in the morning. Plenty of coffee machines and juice machines

Great get away in a perfect location next to loro park at the north of the island. Easy check in and out with 24 hour reception. clean rooms big pool friendly staff and entertainment team

What wasn't pleasant was the group of German guests who couldn't queue properly and wait their turn. Suggestion for the hotel - put ropes up to clearly show the queuing system

We had to clean up the bathroom when we checked in, but not a big deal. The staff is very careful and willing to help. Food is great and the restaurant offers many varieties and different dishes

We stayed at GF Isabel in an apartment and overall had a really nice stay. The location is great – easy to walk to shops, restaurants and the beach, which made everything very convenient

Been to this hotel 5 times and would go back again. Rooms need updating a bit. Restaurant is busy but big enough to accommodate everyone. Staff all friendly

The hotel has a lovely family-friendly atmosphere, and there were activities and entertainment for kids, which my daughter really enjoyed

The apartment itself was a good size and practical for a family, although the decor is a little dated in places. That said, everything was clean and worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay

After we checked out, we realised we had left a water bottle behind. When we went back to ask, one of the ladies at the hotel was really kind and helped us find it and return it to us, which we really appreciated

Whilst the rooms are of a decent size they need modernising. The food in the restaurant was good. The entertainment of the evening was outside at the front of the hotel which seemed strange

Fix the toilet to the floor. Remove dirty plates in restaurant, Advise when checking how much noise the evening entertainment generates and when it will finish

One Night stay Clean room pleasant staff overall goid stay

Great food & majority of staff. Couple of blokes with attitude behind the bar , cleaning staff great. My only gripe was being on the first floor above the bar & cleaning staff moving furniture at 7

Our sliding door lock was broken which meant opening amd closing it was a pain. And the shower screen seal was perished so after each shower the bathroom floor needed mopping
