cannot fault the hotel, was nice had a lovely reception and was clean. however there is not a lot to do in and out of the hotel. food was awful, no variety and was the same every night. staff were quite rude if i had an issue or wanted to ask a question, some just walked away

We booked a suite with balcony and it was extremely spacious. The bathroom could have been slightly cleaner but the bedsheets were crisp. We went all inclusive and there was a large range of food available, something for everyone.

Just got back from a week here. Overall I think the hotel is defo 3 stars not 4. The daily entertainment is very good and the night time entertainment is okay, could be better. This was our first stay at a Melia Hotel, and we booked a junior suite at 'The Level'. The service was excellent, so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much. The benefits of the Level such as the exclusive pool, lobby, breakfast restaurant, drinks and snacks was definitely worth the upgrade. I'll certainly look for this brand again.

Our room was on the 5th floor with pool and sea view, so we had fab views. Our room was spotless as was the general areas of the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic even though it can be very busy, there were plenty of tables to sit either inside or outside. Plenty of sunbeds by the time we went to the pool in the afternoon. Lovely Hotel with helpful staff, great selection of food and entertainment was really good. If I had one issue is where the hotel has put the smoking area, you have to walk through the middle of the smoking area to either get to the pool or reception area. As a non smoker who has a family it is really unpleasant to have to walk through the area every single time.

Had a great week here with my wife. Staff, the food, the atmosphere all better than we could have expected. Great facilities and options to walk the 1 minute to other sister hotel for shows at night. The location is a short drive away from the main holiday area of Adeje or a little further to Los Cristianos etc but for a completely relaxing poolside sunbathing experience this is spot on.

The evening entertainment is good, johnny circus in particular is very funny. Great hotel, staff are very friendly and are happy to help. We stayed here beginning of September for first time, for our honeymoon. Lovely hotel, rooms cleaned everyday, staff always friendly & helpful. Food was okay not restaurant quality but totally adequate, lots of variety, lots of fresh Salad every day, different cuisine, something for everyone. Brilliant roof top pools, never any sun bed wars. Can't wait to come again next year

Our second stay in as many years and this year was equally exceptional!! The hotel itself is stunning, but the service from the staff is next level. This place is incredible. If 6 star reviews were possible they would be awarded. Also the North of the island is by far superior to the south. I only wish flights to the North were more readily available.
