It was so nice and worth the price, I enjoyed my birthday in HR, it’s just that the photos are too expensive and not printed in good quality. Overall Hard Rock you rally Rock!

Amazing resort with great sea views. The breakfast spread is amazing. A little away from main places in Tenerife but bus stop is very nearby and taxi stand is just outside. Definitely recommend for a relaxing trip

Hard rock is a big hotel so the bus stop is in front of is. However the bed got too soft because of heavy use. Hotel breakfast is on point, there are a lot of guests but still many choices of selection available.

Chic hotel in a quiet location. Elevator and stairs lead to one of the 3 pools with a small beach (black/stones). Swimming shoes are recommended. The breakfast was very good!

The hotel staff were polite and friendly from day one with welcome champagne and drinks. They had a nice small bed for my little one, along with some kiddy toileteries to make her feel special. The hotel is too old, and it's full of elderly people, who don't seem to be very wealthy. They're having a lot of activities by the pool at night, which is very noisy.

Great food & majority of staff . Couple of blokes with attitude behind the bar , cleaning staff great . My only gripe was being on the first floor above the bar & cleaning staff moving furniture at 7.30 am every day . Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend other than that . Would definitely go back

Staff were excellent. Rooms were a decent size. Our sliding door lock was broken which meant opening amd closing it was a pain. And the shower screen seal was perished so after each shower the bathroom floor needed mopping. Great other than that.

We paid for all inclusive and didn't get free drinks throughout the stay. Only breakfast and champagne at dinner which we dont drink that. Having to pay for your own drinks to then pay your tab at the end of the holiday was absolutely gutting. Just returned from a 5 night stay. We absolutely loved this hotel and will return. Its so so clean, house keeping are fantastic. Unsecured WiFi, WiFi unavailable most of the time, no tour pickup/drop off by 95% of the local tour companies, no drinkable water except vending machines, overall looks pretty but feels scuffed. It’s perfect if you wanna stay in the hotel all day with a book by the pool and nothing else.

Overall a positive experience, but the quality of food and drinks could be better. It seemed as if they used the cheapest option instead of whole food in some cases, especially for guests with all inclusive. We also tested the spa area where most of it was out of order. They did not inform us before paying for the entry.

Food quality and staff helpfulness

We had a fantastic vacation here, staying for a total of seven days. The children really enjoyed their time at the hotel and had a great experience throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank Ivan from the Teens Club, who was very warm, friendly, and took excellent care of the children. We would love to come back again if we have the opportunity.

The room was basic but clean, view was of the dual carriageway. Food was good and varied. The pool area was very busy, difficult to get sunbeds and after 3pm was just dirty with left plates and cups lying around. There was no space anywhere, nowhere for kids to play football, no grassy area, and the music was non stop. Not a very relaxing holiday but the kids had fun in the pool.

Overall we had a good stay at the GF Isabel, we had a 1 bed apartment which had enough space for a family of 4, the hotel had enough sun beds, pools and bars .. etc. Only down points were that the kids couldn't use floats in the pool and the half board / full board options are very limited for vegetarians.

We’ve had an incredible week stay. The facilities are great with lots of things to do. The big pool and gym were particular hits. The staff are all brilliant, a special shout out to Aramburu who made our daughter feel special during the meal service. The whole team were fantastic, always one step ahead of what you needed. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon!

We stayed for 6 nights in an apartment with a large bedroom, a spacious living room, two bathrooms (one with a tub, one with a shower), a fully equipped open kitchen, and a large sea-view balcony. Pros: First, my immediate impression upon check-in was how incredibly clean it was. Although the overall facilities here are a bit dated, every corner of the room was spotless and very tidy. The bed sheets were very dirty, and the room had a strong smell of renovation. The hotel’s location is not very convenient—it is far from the city center and the main attractions. However, the service attitude was excellent: the staff gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel and upgraded our room for free.

Hotel is newly renovated with fresh new look and feel to it. Sea facing. Friendly staffs. Our room was little rundown. My room was close to the reception on ground floor. Bed was very bad & uncomfortable like a cheap £20 hotel. When I mentioned they said it’s coz of last min booking they couldn’t get it sorted. Promised me nicer one next time though the answer wasn’t combing. May be their renovation...

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Santa Barbara Golf and Ocean Club hotel in Tenerife. The hotel felt spotless and well-maintained. The staffs were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This combination of the environment and warm hospitality made our Tenerife holiday relaxing and highly enjoyable.

The Hotel its self was amazing. Our room was very lovely and the cleaning of the room was great. There was only 2 things that let it down, the Mediterranean restaurant and the bar. The service in the Mediterranean restaurant was not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. The bar we had to wait 40 minutes for a drink. On the other hand the service we received from the Italian restaurant was fantastic...

Hotel was beautiful. Excellent facilities and staff were great. Breakfast was superb, plenty of choice but we did have a disappointing [and expensive] meal in La Parilla restaurant. The quality was nowhere near that which would be expected of a 5 star hotel.

The junior suite with garden view is a view of the reception canopy and a noisy road . Unhappy was shown another room one floor above same view . I loved my stay at the Hotel Botánico. All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive at all times. The service was excellent, the breakfast was very complete and varied, and what I would highlight most was the impeccable cleanliness of all the facilities. Without a doubt, a place I would return to.
