We booked a suite with balcony and it was extremely spacious. The bathroom could have been slightly cleaner but the bedsheets were crisp

We went all inclusive and there was a large range of food available, something for everyone

The pool area has a large pool and loads of sunloungers. The animation team had plenty of activities going throughout the day for all ages

cannot fault the hotel, was nice had a lovely reception and was clean. however there is not a lot to do in and out of the hotel. food was awful, no variety and was the same every night

We ate out a few times as we couldn’t stomach the food again. We went all inclusive but things like Pringles, certain ice cream and certain alcohol you had to pay for which I thought was strange

We went swimming every morning at sunrise and met some locals who were so friendly and advised us where was safe to swim. Alua tenerife is a brilliant hotel for couples and families

Beautiful hotel and facilities. Rooms are very glamorous (upgraded to room with jacuzzi bath). Complex has 3 pools which are great

The main pool and all that goes with it was down and will be down for months. It left us with no activities. The staff in the buffet area was brutal. The food places across the way was fantastic

Chic hotel in a quiet location. Elevator and stairs lead to one of the 3 pools with a small beach (black/stones). Swimming shoes are recommended. The breakfast was very good!

Great breakfast and rooms. Service a bit poor and hotel is a bit overpriced. Especially we were disappointed with prices for food and drinks in the bar and the pool restaurant

Also down in the beach club you have to pay to sit anywhere nice. Overall a nice hotel that is a shell of what it used to be

Hard rock is a big hotel so the bus stop is in front of is. However the bed got too soft because of heavy use. Hotel breakfast is on point, there are a lot of guests but still many choices of selection available.

Baby pools next to both of them. Hotel was extremely clean everywhere. And for the kids they have an outdoor soft play that is covered with shade, we spent lots of time here

The location is approx 35 minutes from airport with plenty of up and down hills, to the town or supermarket, but level with good sea views. Hotel coverage over a vast area

They also got new sunbeds and tables while we were there! More than enough for everyone. the hotel is also very eco friendly, washable cups and compostable plates and cutlery for around the pool

Two pools and a waterslide, Excellent entertainment for children, couples, solo Hotel provides a shuttle service to and from hotel

We had gorgeous sea views and the block was lovely and quiet. The rooms are absolutely brilliant, they have a really spacious lounge and generous bedrooms and bathrooms, which are very well equipped

The sunset bar has a gorgeous view of the sunset over the ocean. There is so much to do for children (outdoor soft play, splash pad, multiple pools)

The hotel offers you drinking water from theyr bar for free. WiFi very good along your room. The only downside I would say. the windows shits are way to thin and the outside noise can be heard inside your room

Just got back from staying here loved ever minute. When we first got there it was late but the Piano bar was still open so we could get drinks and a sandwich before bed. Check was fast and easy to do

SOO should Re-Appraise that with it Saying Adults Only Good Varied Entertainment but too many Children Running around. Soo All in All A Nice 3 Day Break for Our Wedding Anniversary & Valentines Day

I am going to be honest as usual. The hotel is amazing,big massive hotel,665 rooms. Inside the reception is amazing,huge space and the staff are amazing, reception,kitchen all very pleasant staff

All inclusive was also very basic in what you could have and what you need to pay extra for for example courtesy tea and coffee in your room, a bottle of water and two soft drinks in the fridge

Food-wise, they were accommodating for vegetarians at the lunchtime restaurant, but at times, it was difficult to get hot food at the main buffet in the evening, so I had to opt for a cold salad

This was our first stay at a Melia Hotel, and we booked a junior suite at 'The Level'. The service was excellent, so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much

The benefits of the Level such as the exclusive pool, lobby, breakfast restaurant, drinks and snacks was definitely worth the upgrade. I'll certainly look for this brand again

When we checked in at the Level's own reception area after an excellent greeting, we were told about the service by the pool, and how everything will be done to look after you

Having been converted from a family friendly place, you have the two huge pools, one exclusively for folks that book a Level room (think VIP within the hotel)

Mostly though, you'd get your first drink, and never see service again. Often plates wouldnt' be cleared from your table before you left, even if you sat and slowly finished off drinks

The sunbeds are saggy and need renewing, the hotel needs modernising to the standards of the other Melia ones

The hotel is in an excellent location and very close to the beach, bars and nightlife. Walking to both Adeje and Los Cristianos is easy for those with no mobility issues

We love this hotel. It’s clean, friendly staff, amazing entertainment staff and kids club staff, great location. Hotel is a bit dated now and could do with a revamp but another great stay!

Staff were excellent the property especially the rooms was a little tired and needed a refurb. Noisy from the nearby clubs

Rooms could do with an update but are of a high standard

The rooms ( we had 3) had 1 plug socket on the floor ( mine was hanging off). So putting your phone on charge, putting the kettle on etc, all needed to be done on the floor while removing the other plug

It is kept immaculately clean. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas to go around the many pool areas - which you cannot reserve with a towel as it will be removed

Bus and taxis stop outside and it's a short walk downhill to beaches

The staff coped with Covid-19 very well, with not too many restrictions. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Delicious food and a comfortable room. We will definitely return.

It's a really good Hotel good food, good services, good rooms, an area for the adults. For the kids the deepest pool is only 1,52 meters. But all in all i can say that it was worth it.

Great breakfast buffet, pool area, room was spacious with great ocean view. Furniture a bit outdated as far as style, but of excellent quality and very well maintained

Many restaurants, table tennis, billiard tables, squash, etc. Take a room with the mountain view, it's more quite (the opposite of the main pool)

Well located resort, several restaurants and shopping area right outside the resort. We also saw mobility scooters that could be rented

They put me in a room that already had someone in, then the second one stinks and I had to ask to be changed finally for a room without an apology. And I just had a toddler and lots of luggage so was annoyed

Not exactly a 5 star experience ahahah the bathrobes were horrible don’t even try them on. Great location and great children amenities. My toddler loved it, me not really. You get a real 5 star experience at the ritz

On one occasion, I found a large piece of wire in my pasta. I also had food poisoning, which is no surprise given the crowds in the food hall and hygiene habits of some guests

We were on all inclusive but on our last day, my husband ordered the same drink he ordered every evening the waitress (short lady with glasses) gave him the drink and we walked away to sit in the outside sitting area near the bar

Great hotel with good food and a lot of pools with always places to stay. Would recommend !

I recently stayed at Hotel Riu Buenavista and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring our check-in was smooth and hassle-free

The chefs at all the restaurants should pay attention to the food before leaving the kitchen, sometimes they lack flavor. But overall, I would recommend this hotel to everyone

The food was less desirable at the grill restaurant. Chicken wasn’t properly cooked and lacked flavor. The ribs were undercooked as well

If I had one issue is where the hotel has put the smoking area, you have to walk through the middle of the smoking area to either get to the pool or reception area

Just back from 8 nights, wouldn’t change a thing….thanks to all of the H10 staff for a wonderful holiday, you are all an incredible hard working and friendly team, well done. We’ll be back again in a few months 🌞

It was my husband’s birthday and he made sure to make it as special as it can be and we loved it! Sang happy birthday right after with a delicious chocolate cake. Fantastic! Will definitely go again!

From the moment we arrived (late 11ish) we were made to feel very welcome. Reception staff were great very explanatory. We had a room on the 4th floor we had asked for adjoining rooms

The large unheated pool was slightly too cold for us to enjoy in March, but the heated pool was like a warm bath! Ideal. The staff were always friendly, I would go back

Breakfast was plentiful lots of choice , lunch again plentiful dinner was the best lots of choice lots of different meats and cooked in front of you. We always went at the start to ensure food was nice and hot

Room for Improvement – Especially for Families with Young Children: • While there’s a kids’ pool with slides, it’s more suitable for children 6+, and the baby pool lacked any shade, which made it unusable at times

• Pools were great — stylish, clean, and perfect for adults looking to relax. The Mixed: • Drinks and bar service were inconsistent

Staff tried to help but weren’t always sure about ingredients. • No dairy-free ice cream option. For a child with allergies, it’s really hard to watch other children enjoy ice cream with no alternative available

The Good: • Buffet food was excellent — far better than what we’ve experienced at similarly priced TUI-branded hotels. There was a wide range of options, freshly prepared dishes, and good quality overall

We recently stayed at the H10 Costa Adeje Palace and overall, it was a very good experience. The hotel genuinely lives up to its 4-star rating — something that’s often claimed but not always delivered

• Rooms were clean and well-maintained, though the beds were very firm. If you like a hard mattress, you’ll be fine, but if you prefer anything with softness or give, it could be uncomfortable

The hotel location is in a great spot, 2 minutes walk to the beach (back exit of hotel) with lots of bars/restaurants/shops all along the promenade in both directions

The Roast restaurant was our favourite… if you do go please try The Mixed grill for 2! Unbelievable how much they serve you! 😋😋 The staff members always had a smile on their faces, beit a cleaner or bar manager… they would go above and beyond to help you & sort any little problem out for you…

The safe in the room was free to use. The sunbed booking system (via the hotel app on a phone or the digital screens around the hotel) works really well

We’ve just come back from a 7 night stay at the Guayarmina Princess Hotel. It really is a lovely hotel and we had a great stay. We stayed in a standard room which had a modern design, very spacious and was very clean

As we were half board that worked really well as there was a lot of choice to find somewhere to eat at lunchtime all within minutes of the hotel

Pool area clean with gym aqua aerobics. Demographic in this location/ hotel possibly averaging 55 largely European. I will visit again! Excellent

We came to Tenerife in 2019 and walked past this hotel and I really wanted to stay here. It's changed a bit since then and the bottom part has now been sold off and turned into a beach club

The hotel that's now here is still lovely, the communal areas are beautiful and naturally cooled from the breezes that blow through. The rooms are starting to show their age, with a little bit of wear and tear

Our holiday exceeded all expectations. Dreams Jardín Tropical Resort and Spa is a beautiful hotel. The facilities were fantastic, we used the pool and gym daily, enjoyed the spa, and treated ourselves to a massage

Meanwhile, couples and young families are wandering around searching, or making do with a single bed

Food was very good and there are a la carte restaurants if you are a member of the hotel (sign up on website). Location was great, big pools and 10 minute taxi from the main area of Costa Adeje

The location is a short drive away from the main holiday area of Adeje or a little further to Los Cristianos etc but for a completely relaxing poolside sunbathing experience this is spot on

The pools are great here and at the sister hotel across the road. Sad to be leaving, we’ll 100% be coming back some time after a few more places get ticked off the list

Booked to come over for my girlfriend’s birthday. We’ve had a great time! The hotel is immaculately clean! Everything you could wish for they provide. Cocktails, Beers, soft drinks, food whenever you’re hungry

We have been to this hotel twice now and it has never let us down. Great for families with plenty of activities to participate in. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

We love the entertainment team especially Omar keeping everyone happy. Maku at breakfast and bar is amazing! All staff are so friendly and wonderful. This is our second stay here as it’s just brilliant

The hotel is fantastic, the food is very good and good quality. The only thing that I can say that let's the hotel down is some of it's holiday makers staying here, the food waste from the pool area takeaway is vast

There was full pints of beer, soft drinks and full cartons of chips, pizza, chicken nuggets and burgers just left on sunbeds and on the floor. All inclusive idiots thinking it's ok I've paid for it

Only downside for us is that the rooms are literally just 1 room with a bathroom so was a bit difficult getting our 1 year old to sleep in same room as everyone else which wasn't asleep same time as him would prefer a separate bedroom other than that been amazing holiday and amazing hotel the staff are also very welcoming and very helpful with anything needed

Excellent facilities and staff in this hotel. We stayed with two adults and two children aged 17 and 12, both loved the slides Brilliant for both children and adults

Hotel is amazing and the events that happens in the pools are fun. Some arcade machines won't let you get the tickets but reception will give you your money back

Rooms are lovely and spotless, cleaners are around all day long and are very friendly. Been here 2 years in a row now and it has been fantastic

Highly recommend Vulcano Absolutely spotless Hotel Pool area & bar busy everyday and really great atmosphere Rooms again highest marks and breakfast was the star not to mention the lovely people at reception Our holiday was 1 adult 2 teens but the boys loved every minute and asked can we come here again WE WILL BE BACK

Pools are lovely, tried Balance for a couple of days which was ok, beer, juice or water, not much choice on drinks. Also not much atmosphere up there, we preferred the main pools. Food and staff in the pool bar are great

My only criticism is you changed the seating in this area, which I would say is very unfriendly for the disabled, and elderly. (Very high tables and chairs or very low)

I’ve stayed in this hotel many times. Great location great hotel and definitely great staff. The up facility is amazing and gives you excellent views. Rooms are clean and tidy with good space

My only problem is the location as it is not located near a main strip or outside bars and restaurants however we have used the bus stop at the top of the road and have gotten to everywhere we needed to go

We stayed at this resort for 10 days, the resort is self is lovely; with spacious areas,plants, big pools and drink and food areas close by

Cannot fault this hotel at all. We have been here 4 days now and everything and everyone is fantastic. The staff are amazing and the entertainment team work endlessly to ensure you have fun

We felt the rooms especially the beds needed updating but were spotless as were the bathrooms. The buffet, breakfast lunch and dinner was constantly replaced and was of a good standard

The food is great, loads of choice and a big selection. Our little boy just loves the kids club and the mini disco, the staff are so kind and friendly and do loads of fun activities with the kids

The room was spacious, clean, beds made every day. Plenty if wardrobe space, lovely powerful shower. Really attentive, cocktails were beautiful and the decorations they handmade everyday were lovely

The poolside entertainment was excellent! The entertainment staff were all a great laugh and really made the poolside entertainment experience enjoyable! The location is dead in the middle of the strip, partygoers strip and beach is also very close

After reading some of the reviews, I have to say, I don't know what Hotel you went to. The Best Tenerife Hotel was by far one of the friendliest, cleanest Hotels I have been too

The food was excellent, how anyone can say, it was not very good must stay in 5* hotels. The choice was amazing, they replaced everything quickly and the service from the restaurant staff was second to none

Food we couldn't fault, again something for everyone even picky eaters. The pool is amazing and there is plenty of loungers throughout the day. Location is great but everything you need is in the hotel tbh

We had such an amazing stay here! The room was very nice and so spacious, we also had a beautiful view from our balcony. The pool is quite big and very beautiful

Very clean hotel rooms outside by pools and all indoor eating areas. Polite staff excellent food would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Reception, cleaning, waiting on, chef, pool, entertainment staff all greeted us whenever they saw us with a smile and hello and were happy to help with anything. We're already looking to book next year!

Really nice hotel with clean rooms, and too many pools to count! All inclusive has a good offering, with fairly healthy variety for meals, and much branded bevvy

Food facilities throughout the day were great, general dinner buffet was alright, would have loved more fresh seafood! All staff were excellent!

Evening entertainment was solid - special shout-out to the compere Cesar, and his music quizzes - a highlight of the trip, close second to our scuba dive! Thanks for having us

The rooms are cozy, the hall is decorated in the form of a garden, several swimming pools, next to a beach with black sand (volcanic ash)

One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Rooms, staff, location and food were all great. I particularly liked the water dispensers all over the hotel, where we could fill our bottles, that we found in the room

The all-in offer was strong, with plenty of drinks and food to chose from all day

If you are wondering whether to take the Platinum or not like I was, we decided not to go for it and that was a great decision, because now we don't feel like we really missed out on something

If I had to complain, I didn't love the fact that you can change the pool towels only once a stay and the fact, that the hotel doesn't offer lunchboxes

The choice at the buffet is great and there was loads of choice; I'm vegetarian and was impressed with the range of food and flavours. The pool snack bar was great too - always lots on offer and thoughtful little touches
