Photographing the show isn’t permitted (although some did) but I took a couple of the curtain call as did nearly everyone. Highly recommend this racy show - adult themes but nothing is offensive
4 Night Break The hotel is very modern and clean and provides all the services you would expect for a 5*. The service was excellent. I would most certainly return back to there again.
There are many rooms, and each room is cleaned very carefully. Environment: A great location. There is a shopping mall downstairs and the beach is a few hundred meters away
Facilities: The suite hotel has two toilets, a large sofa, and a large balcony, which is very suitable for families with children. Hygiene: The waiters who clean the room are very hard-working
Service: The service was great. We were compensated for a half-day delay in checking out because the room was delivered to us one hour late. The waiters were all warm and polite
In addition, the breakfast is also very good, and a lot of freshly squeezed juice is provided🍹I will stay here again next time I come👍

Another issue with the main bathroom is that when we were able to use the shower, the water wasn’t draining properly, so we were using towels to try and soak up instead
Absolutely fabulous All the staff have been amazing, such a lovely thoughtful team. We had a bit of a hiccup with our room on arrival but the after care service as been above and beyond amazing
Apartment was modern, clean, in the heart of everything but not noisy. 1 min walk to beach, 1 min walk to the town, walk to the supermarket and resturants and bars. No fight for sun beds, it was perfect
The rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast as been delicious with plenty to chose from. Pool area very tidy with lots of sun beds. Thank you again for your kindness
If you are planning on a summer stay then be warned it could be very uncomfortable, i for one would never be able to sleep without air con during the hot months. Everything else was fine, and staff were great with us
Nice accommodation. Bit dated but clean and very comfortable. Cooking facilities good. Kettle toaster coffee machine... 2 hobs .. safes a bit on the small side but adequate enough. Does the job

We booked a suite with balcony and it was extremely spacious. The bathroom could have been slightly cleaner but the bedsheets were crisp
We went all inclusive and there was a large range of food available, something for everyone
The hotel is around a 15/20 minute walk to a busier area that has restaurants, shops and a small beach
cannot fault the hotel, was nice had a lovely reception and was clean. however there is not a lot to do in and out of the hotel. food was awful, no variety and was the same every night
Our room was clean and tidy and had everything we could need for our stay
You can walk to the main part plaza del charco 15 mins walk which has more going on. The food here really is not great at all. The breakfast is much better than lunch and dinner if I’m being honest

Chic hotel in a quiet location. Elevator and stairs lead to one of the 3 pools with a small beach (black/stones). Swimming shoes are recommended. The breakfast was very good!
Also down in the beach club you have to pay to sit anywhere nice. Overall a nice hotel that is a shell of what it used to be
Lovely hotel and paid a premium for the Festive Season. Breakfast is lovely and would really recommend the kids club. It’s ideal to be able to leave your child so you and your wife can get blindo on the all inclusive
Hard rock is a big hotel so the bus stop is in front of is. However the bed got too soft because of heavy use. Hotel breakfast is on point, there are a lot of guests but still many choices of selection available.
One access to the spa was very disappointing and one of the reasons i booked the hotel was to use the spa facilities. You have to pay 30 euros for a hour half after that. When i stayed in 2019 the hotel was alot better
If they just dropped there prices all around im sure would double there income and have more returning customers. If you do go ,id probably recommend all inclusive otherwise youd be paying alot

They also got new sunbeds and tables while we were there! More than enough for everyone. the hotel is also very eco friendly, washable cups and compostable plates and cutlery for around the pool
The location is approx 35 minutes from airport with plenty of up and down hills, to the town or supermarket, but level with good sea views. Hotel coverage over a vast area
We had gorgeous sea views and the block was lovely and quiet. The rooms are absolutely brilliant, they have a really spacious lounge and generous bedrooms and bathrooms, which are very well equipped
We all (2 adults, 3 yr old, 1 yr old) absolutely loved it and will probably return. It’s only an hour transfer from the airport and the hotel staff honestly couldn’t do enough - so friendly!!
We stayed here as a party or 7 in April (Mum, Dad, 2 teens, 1 child and grandparents). We had 3 rooms in N block, which initially seemed a bit of a walk to the main areas but actually we ended up loving this block
Absolutely brilliant hotel! Wide range of food in buffet, including for vegetarians (although the variety for children could be increased and made a little more healthy)

Food-wise, they were accommodating for vegetarians at the lunchtime restaurant, but at times, it was difficult to get hot food at the main buffet in the evening, so I had to opt for a cold salad
This was our first stay at a Melia Hotel, and we booked a junior suite at 'The Level'. The service was excellent, so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much
Having been converted from a family friendly place, you have the two huge pools, one exclusively for folks that book a Level room (think VIP within the hotel)
Turns out at least the Level one is also heated - didn't spot that until we got there! The room's were spacious and spotless, and always topped up as needed
The restaurants were all very nice The food was pretty good (buffet was top notch every night for variety/choice), however the service a bit hit and miss
And ultimately, it's the service that is this place's undoing - even taking into account the slower and more relaxed vibe you get in Spanish countries

The sunbeds are saggy and need renewing, the hotel needs modernising to the standards of the other Melia ones
The hotel is in an excellent location and very close to the beach, bars and nightlife. Walking to both Adeje and Los Cristianos is easy for those with no mobility issues
Staff were excellent the property especially the rooms was a little tired and needed a refurb. Noisy from the nearby clubs
Staff are polite & pleasant, rooms are clean, food is really good. Noise can be an issue for some if your facing the strip however on the top floor and closed balcony it really isn’t that bad at all
We love this hotel. It’s clean, friendly staff, amazing entertainment staff and kids club staff, great location. Hotel is a bit dated now and could do with a revamp but another great stay!
The rooms ( we had 3) had 1 plug socket on the floor ( mine was hanging off). So putting your phone on charge, putting the kettle on etc, all needed to be done on the floor while removing the other plug

It is kept immaculately clean. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas to go around the many pool areas - which you cannot reserve with a towel as it will be removed
Bus and taxis stop outside and it's a short walk downhill to beaches
The staff coped with Covid-19 very well, with not too many restrictions. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Delicious food and a comfortable room. We will definitely return.
In Costa Adeje, the new side of Tenerife South, 7-10 mins walk till the beach. Plenty of restaurants and commercial facilities nearby
Lockdown happened so no hospital visits permitted - not speaking Spanish I found it all bewildering and so stressful - no prospect of getting home as planned on March 13th - the hotel reception staff saved the day by permitting me to keep the room we had and making phone calls to the Insurance company dealing with our accident - their help and understanding was unlimited
Arrived on 6th March - from reception onwards we found all aspects of our holiday most satisfactory - reception staff were more than helpful ( especially with my mobile phone ). Our room was immaculate and well situated

Well located resort, several restaurants and shopping area right outside the resort. We also saw mobility scooters that could be rented
Amazing First class hotel excellent service and the location will definitely go back
They put me in a room that already had someone in, then the second one stinks and I had to ask to be changed finally for a room without an apology. And I just had a toddler and lots of luggage so was annoyed
Not exactly a 5 star experience ahahah the bathrobes were horrible don’t even try them on. Great location and great children amenities. My toddler loved it, me not really. You get a real 5 star experience at the ritz
Only one, yes one pool towel provided / guest at the pool via a plastic card that you are required to exchange at the pool towel bar. If you forget this card it's a return trip to the room
We were on all inclusive but on our last day, my husband ordered the same drink he ordered every evening the waitress (short lady with glasses) gave him the drink and we walked away to sit in the outside sitting area near the bar

To note there isn’t a huge deal around the hotel, if you walk out of the hotel and head up the hill there is a small convenient shopping centre, and more shops etc beside the Hard Rock Cafe opposite this hotel
Overall great experience, we really enjoyed the property and the amenities. Food and drinks are above average for an all inclusive. Bar staffs were friendly and professional, shout out to Eliza!
Great hotel at a great location. Food was excellent. Only thing the all inclusive drinks could include more alcohol😉
Other than that it’s about €30 for a taxi to Costa adeje where there is a bit more night life etc
Great hotel with good food and a lot of pools with always places to stay. Would recommend !
I recently stayed at Hotel Riu Buenavista and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring our check-in was smooth and hassle-free

Just back from 8 nights, wouldn’t change a thing….thanks to all of the H10 staff for a wonderful holiday, you are all an incredible hard working and friendly team, well done. We’ll be back again in a few months 🌞
From the moment we arrived (late 11ish) we were made to feel very welcome. Reception staff were great very explanatory. We had a room on the 4th floor we had asked for adjoining rooms
If towels are put on sun beds between 8am and 9 am and they are left staff do removed them. You won’t get a sun bed after 10 they do go quickly , MM only had 1 day that we didn’t get one
We upgraded to privelige, there is however one issue, the privilege deck on the 6th floor is great, the italian lady who works up there is very good and friendly, the pools are too small and access for any sort of mobility problems is impossible, so we used the privilege island in the main pool but this only has 6 sunbeds and 3 bali beds so you have to queue from about 7:15 am to have a chance of getting...
And it’s a 1€ euro charge to exchange towels. You also have to pay to use the inside pool. Again paying for all inclusive you would think you could use the pool like other hotels. The elevators are super small and slow
Also it felt like they nickled and dimed for a lot of little things. There is a 15€ towel cash deposit. When we are already paying for all inclusive it’s a bit annoying to have to go grab cash for a towel

Room for Improvement – Especially for Families with Young Children: • While there’s a kids’ pool with slides, it’s more suitable for children 6+, and the baby pool lacked any shade, which made it unusable at times
Staff tried to help but weren’t always sure about ingredients. • No dairy-free ice cream option. For a child with allergies, it’s really hard to watch other children enjoy ice cream with no alternative available
The Good: • Buffet food was excellent — far better than what we’ve experienced at similarly priced TUI-branded hotels. There was a wide range of options, freshly prepared dishes, and good quality overall
We recently stayed at the H10 Costa Adeje Palace and overall, it was a very good experience. The hotel genuinely lives up to its 4-star rating — something that’s often claimed but not always delivered
• Rooms were clean and well-maintained, though the beds were very firm. If you like a hard mattress, you’ll be fine, but if you prefer anything with softness or give, it could be uncomfortable
• Restaurant setup isn’t toddler-friendly. High chairs are available, but plates don’t fit on the tray, and the chairs aren’t high enough for children to sit at the table properly

You can reserve your own sunbed and the towels are provided. The bedroom safe and residential tax were included free
Excellent hotel. The service, staff, cleanliness, food, entertainment and rooms are all exceptional. It is perfectly located near to beach, shops and bars in Costa Adeje.
The hotel location is in a great spot, 2 minutes walk to the beach (back exit of hotel) with lots of bars/restaurants/shops all along the promenade in both directions
The Roast restaurant was our favourite… if you do go please try The Mixed grill for 2! Unbelievable how much they serve you! 😋😋 The staff members always had a smile on their faces, beit a cleaner or bar manager… they would go above and beyond to help you & sort any little problem out for you…
The safe in the room was free to use. The sunbed booking system (via the hotel app on a phone or the digital screens around the hotel) works really well
We’ve just come back from a 7 night stay at the Guayarmina Princess Hotel. It really is a lovely hotel and we had a great stay. We stayed in a standard room which had a modern design, very spacious and was very clean

Even though there’s no direct beach access, it didn’t matter at all — the overall experience was more than perfect. Everything about this place feels special
We came to Tenerife in 2019 and walked past this hotel and I really wanted to stay here. It's changed a bit since then and the bottom part has now been sold off and turned into a beach club
Note: the hotel need to do something about the ridiculous sun lounger reserving. People putting towels on sun loungers at 8am, and not turning up until 1pm, using them for an hour and leaving again
Francis and Melina at the fitness suites made our trip even better with their care and brilliant, enjoyable classes—a real highlight! Our room was spacious with a great-sized balcony, perfect for our little one to crawl around safely
The suite we stayed at had an amazing view right in front of the ocean ( we were watching the sunset and the sunrise every day) the balcony was like a football field large with tables, chairs and sun beds, the room was clean and the staff were so friendly and always ready to help
Our holiday exceeded all expectations. Dreams Jardín Tropical Resort and Spa is a beautiful hotel. The facilities were fantastic, we used the pool and gym daily, enjoyed the spa, and treated ourselves to a massage

Booked to come over for my girlfriend’s birthday. We’ve had a great time! The hotel is immaculately clean! Everything you could wish for they provide. Cocktails, Beers, soft drinks, food whenever you’re hungry
We love the entertainment team especially Omar keeping everyone happy. Maku at breakfast and bar is amazing! All staff are so friendly and wonderful. This is our second stay here as it’s just brilliant
Had a great week here with my wife. Staff, the food, the atmosphere all better than we could have expected. Great facilities and options to walk the 1 minute to other sister hotel for shows at night
Food was very good and there are a la carte restaurants if you are a member of the hotel (sign up on website). Location was great, big pools and 10 minute taxi from the main area of Costa Adeje
The location is a short drive away from the main holiday area of Adeje or a little further to Los Cristianos etc but for a completely relaxing poolside sunbathing experience this is spot on

There was full pints of beer, soft drinks and full cartons of chips, pizza, chicken nuggets and burgers just left on sunbeds and on the floor. All inclusive idiots thinking it's ok I've paid for it
The hotel is fantastic, the food is very good and good quality. The only thing that I can say that let's the hotel down is some of it's holiday makers staying here, the food waste from the pool area takeaway is vast
Only downside for us is that the rooms are literally just 1 room with a bathroom so was a bit difficult getting our 1 year old to sleep in same room as everyone else which wasn't asleep same time as him would prefer a separate bedroom other than that been amazing holiday and amazing hotel the staff are also very welcoming and very helpful with anything needed
Excellent facilities and staff in this hotel. We stayed with two adults and two children aged 17 and 12, both loved the slides Brilliant for both children and adults
The hotel is fantastic place to stay, eat and drink. The staff at every levels from cleaning to bar staff and catering are excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
I love that since this summer there is the euros on they have a big screen down beside the dining hall where you can watch it. Honestly best hotel I have been to yet and deserves 5 stars

I’ve stayed in this hotel many times. Great location great hotel and definitely great staff. The up facility is amazing and gives you excellent views. Rooms are clean and tidy with good space
Beautiful hotel, very clean, delicious breakfast with a massive range of options. Good location. Staff lovely especially Marco
Hotel with great facilities. Outstanding breakfast available up to 12 in the morning. Just around the corner from very good entertainment
Pools are lovely, tried Balance for a couple of days which was ok, beer, juice or water, not much choice on drinks. Also not much atmosphere up there, we preferred the main pools. Food and staff in the pool bar are great

We would also like to give a special thanks to bartender Oscar, he was so incredibly nice and made us the best cocktails we ever had! I will definitely stay here again when we visit Tenerife, I literally can’t recommend it enough! It was incredible and I’m very sad that we had to leave
Food we couldn't fault, again something for everyone even picky eaters. The pool is amazing and there is plenty of loungers throughout the day. Location is great but everything you need is in the hotel tbh
The room was spacious, clean, beds made every day. Plenty if wardrobe space, lovely powerful shower. Really attentive, cocktails were beautiful and the decorations they handmade everyday were lovely

The rooms are cozy, the hall is decorated in the form of a garden, several swimming pools, next to a beach with black sand (volcanic ash)
One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Rooms, staff, location and food were all great. I particularly liked the water dispensers all over the hotel, where we could fill our bottles, that we found in the room
The all-in offer was strong, with plenty of drinks and food to chose from all day
If you are wondering whether to take the Platinum or not like I was, we decided not to go for it and that was a great decision, because now we don't feel like we really missed out on something
If I had to complain, I didn't love the fact that you can change the pool towels only once a stay and the fact, that the hotel doesn't offer lunchboxes
