It's an old building with an old building feel. Cleanliness is good with cleaners working 5/7 days pw. Towels and bedding changed every 3 or 4 days. Room facilities are excellent with everything you need to cook basic meals. Shampoo and soap provided.

What can I say, another wonderful stay at the Santa Maria. All the staff offer first class service and nothing seems to be too much trouble. A well organised and well run establishment. I see people complaining that their apartments were only serviced once in a week and it makes me wonder how often they change their bedding and towels. The hotel is located very close to the Playa Fañabe beach and strip with plenty of restaurants available near by. The apartment we stayed in was clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The rooftop terrace was an added bonus which we did not realise we would have. The pool is an excellent size with a lovely poolside bar and restaurant. We will be back!

All staff from top to bottom were pleasant and friendly. Always willing to help if needed. Great area to be in and where we prefer.

A wonderful find, really practical rooms and the value is wonderful. I got mine as part of a package deal where food wasn't included but you can eat here for a very reasonable price as a guest. The pool is really small and good to cool down in, not so much to swim in but the beach is just down the road. There's laundry facilities downstairs also (5 euro a load) and the rooms are all catered for self...

You get what you pay for. Bargain price, for a bargain room. I was only there for 1 night, and it served me well. The staff where great.

Great location, very friendly staff, nice pool. We stayed in a room that wasn't renovated and definitely needs updating, but it was quite clean.

Clean spacious rooms. Bathroom and shower very good and water pressure excellent. It was lovely to have a fridge to keep water cold. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. What can we say that’s not already been said! Best hotel in Costa Adeje (and possibly Tenerife!) and all due to the professionalism and friendliness of the Hovima Panorama team. We don’t even think about staying anywhere else. Fantastic pool and bar areas, fabulous food but, best of all, the friendliest team we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting!

Lovely hotel! Nice welcome from Carolina on reception. Everywhere very clean. Friendly staff, plenty of choice at mealtimes. We will definitely return and I recommend the Hovima Panorama Hotel!
