Everything was great! ❤️ The location is just perfect, right on the beach and near to everything. What can I say, another wonderful stay at the Santa Maria. All the staff offer first class service and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Rooms, food and drink are all above the standard of what you'd expect from a 3 star Spanish hotel. It's an old building with an old building feel. Cleanliness is good with cleaners working 5/7 days pw. Towels and bedding changed every 3 or 4 days. Room facilities are excellent with everything you need to cook basic meals. Shampoo and soap provided.

Avarage hotel, this is long away from resort. Apartment size was ok and hotel placement was excellent, beds was excellent. Breakfest was ok. However wifi has not been working or partly worked with pure internet signal with constant disconnections.Apartment was mature for renovation. Randomly clean-up and missing toalet papers. Las Rosas is a wonderful resort with beautiful views. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the villas are lovely. The only downside our villa was down 21 steps which we found very difficult as have mobility issues. We could probably have asked for something a bit more accessible but as we were there for just the week we deakt with it.

Great, just great for kids club. Ameile, Kath, Erica, Jasper, Sergio all fantastic. Such a great team. We loved that even with a 2 year old we can use the kids club, we stay with and play. A well organised and well run establishment. I see people complaining that their apartments were only serviced once in a week and it makes me wonder how often they change their bedding and towels. The staff were really hard working and cheerful. Special shout-out for them at breakfast time when it was really busy.

Crowded, rowdy and dated. Nothing has changed since the early nineties, including the towels. The location is excellent, the room is small but comfortable, there is parking on site 👍, the only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast, every day the same omelet, fried eggs, sausages.

Nice atmosphere, rooms, cleanliness, mService. The location is too close to bus station, and the noise level is not good from reversing buses with irritating warning noise.

This is a very nice hotel and all of the Staff are so helpful and provide very good service. When we first Came to the hotel, we were offered free buffet and champagne, instead of waiting for the room. We Will Come back for sure

A wonderful find, really practical rooms and the value is wonderful. I got mine as part of a package deal where food wasn't included but you can eat here for a very reasonable price as a guest. The pool is really small and good to cool down in, not so much to swim in but the beach is just down the road. You get what you pay for. Bargain price, for a bargain room. I was only there for 1 night, and it served me well. The staff where great.

Great location, very friendly staff, nice pool. We stayed in a room that wasn't renovated and definitely needs updating, but it was quite clean.
