Room was good with loads of facilities but it's dated and old. The sofa bed was AWFUL, it was broken and lumpy. Also there is no sun blocking curtains in the living room. My daughter's very first holiday abroad and my first holiday in years, we came with my parents and we have similar updated room/apartment. Had a fantastic sleep at this hotel, perfect for a budget long weekend, only 5 e to front or beach. Excellent boat trip for whales and dolphins, could not fault out stay. Lovely hotel! We got room 400 on the 4th floor, with stunning views from the rooftop terrace. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The lifeguards were amazing—always making sure the poolside was tidy and that everyone had umbrellas. Based round about the big pool. Accommodation small, but OK. We had a kitchen in the duplex, still looking for a kettle. We were on half board, the food at dinner was lacking in choice and what there was was poor. Every night the bill for evening meal was wrong, we started to think it was deliberate. Was it value for money? No, would I go back? Probably not.

Stayed here twice now and this hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at! I have stayed at top hotels all over the world that are 10x the price of this place and none of them come close! This is a well maintained location. The room has been really nice equipped with everything that you need for a family of 5. The AC unit is doing a great Job. The view is nice and the windows hold back most of the airplanes noise when they land over your head. The surroundings have everything for your daily needs as well. We hired a private apartment through Airbnb which was a home from home we were happy with it. This complex is made up of residents and rental apartments. It's very secure with key cards for entrances and a fob for the pool felt safe. The gardens are pretty and well serviced. Beautiful and clean, apartment big, staff are very helpful , restaurant menu quite plain and the same everyday. Breakfast buffet has lots of choice, but they should give you a clue as to what it is , especially when you are a pescatarian. We didn't get the type of the apartment that we have thought to have booked and as it was the last time there. There was one bedroom but wasn't any seaview. When we sat in the balcony we saw only the roof of the opposite building.

The room was large, but there was no air conditioning. However, it was very cool with the windows and the fan. The balcony was great. The hotel has a gym, a restaurant, a swimming pool, and a children's play area. It's about a ten-minute walk from the bus station and various restaurants and bars. Took a chance on a budget offering from this hotel after scouring sites and travel agents. Hotel is currently doing some room refurb and in the reception area. Not offensive in any way. Staff are polite and helpful at all times, show some courtesy and they are very grateful. Pool is excellent although more parasols would be advantageous. The location of these apartments is brilliant. We absolutely loved sitting on the balcony with a wonderful view and people watching as it’s right in the middle of all the action but still very quiet. The pool was freezing but it was November. The snack bar was great value and plenty of seating/sunbeds. The communal areas are well kept and the apartments were a great size.

The accommodation is good value and I had a pleasant stay. Staff for friendly and rooms well equipped.

It's in a strategic place (if you have rented a car), just a few minutes to literally everything! The rooms are spacious and nice, we had a ground floor angular room with a very nice exterior. I don't recommend the restaurant, we tried it the first day and we liked nothing. The pool is not that big but good enough for having fun with the kids. Definitely not a place to stay in all day, but a good spot...

Overall it was a great stay. We where in one of the appartements with a kitchen, and we were able to cook when we didn't feel like eating out. The appartement its self was quite big. The receptionist that helps us (Sylvia) was super helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. The others didn't really have any interest in us. Overall it was a good stay and the facilities where clean.

Wonderful hotel. We have a ground floor 1 bedroom apartment with terrace facing the road. It can be a little noisy but nothing terrible. The rooms are huge and decorated lovely. Full kitchen with all you need including washing up liquid. There's a powerful hairdryer in the bathroom. Hot water is hit and miss. Beds have memory foam toppers and pillows are huge and bouncy. Just spent a week here was pleasantly surprised. After reading bad reviews was dreading it but no need to have worried. Hotel was very clean. The room we had was overlooking pool in my opinion the best room. Check in was easy, with the friendly and helpful reception staff. Room was large and clean, with modern kitchen and air con. We have recently got back from our trip to Tenerife and stayed at the Lagos de Fanabe beach resort and had a lovely time. The staff were super friendly, the room was clean and spacious and we loved the pool. I can see how the pool area could be overcrowded in more peak holiday time, but we never had any trouble getting a sun lounger. Cheap self catering apartments, cleaners come and change your linen and the staff are great. Pool is busy but there is space. 5 mins from the beach.

Very clean everywhere and the personnel wonderful. Not so far from the beach. Just need a deep upgrade like, furniture, TV's Chanells, the kitchen. The WiFi is for free but has a poor and slow connection. Whit a few solar panels can be worm up the water in the pool. The pool showers not working. The lights in the apartment is poor. Across the wall you can hear your neighbours especially in the night

We had a 10 day stay here from the 15th of October to the 25th and we had a lovely time. I was with my daughter (4 months and partner) All staff are extremely lovely and polite - reception staff, maids, and all lifeguards. The lifeguards are very vigilant and extremely helpful. Had a great time here. Excellent value with a package for two at £600 including flights with Jet2. Possibly this cheap because of covid. Just a few mins walk to the beach. The building was quite old but our room had new sink, loo, and kitchen stuff. Cleaning was excellent. Pool was nice. In summary, recommended but don't expect a wow factor.
