cannot fault the hotel, was nice had a lovely reception and was clean. however there is not a lot to do in and out of the hotel. food was awful, no variety and was the same every night. staff were quite rude if i had an issue or wanted to ask a question, some just walked away
We booked a suite with balcony and it was extremely spacious. The bathroom could have been slightly cleaner but the bedsheets were crisp. We went all inclusive and there was a large range of food available, something for everyone.
Just got back from a week here. Overall I think the hotel is defo 3 stars not 4. The daily entertainment is very good and the night time entertainment is okay, could be better. The weather was around 23 degrees but very cloudy so if you don’t like the sun that much then defo choose this part of Tenerife. There’s not much going on outside of the hotel. You can walk to the main part plaza del charco...
I am here now and this is my honest review. I travel 4/5 times a year so I’ve experienced a lot of good and bad at various hotels. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are spacious and well maintained. The food is very good compared to a lot that I have sampled previously. The pool is adequate size, definitely not huge as one review I read stated. The sunbeds are packed in tightly so expect to rub shoulders...
Travelling as a solo female, I was anxious about my stay but as soon as I arrived I knew this would not be an issue. The team in every department were super helpful, attentive and friendly. Lovely modern hotel with spacious rooms and balcony. Pool is great size and entertainment in the day was fab! Highly recommend and would return
Once we had booked this holiday I noticed quite a few negative reviews regarding the treatment of British people at this hotel and I very nearly changed hotels as a consequence but I am very glad that I didn't! Our experience was brilliant. The entertainment team were very inclusive and the bar staff and waiting team were very friendly. There was an amazing choice of food, as a vegetarian often my...

We really enjoyed staying at Ona Palm Beach.
The service and people who work here are amazing, everyone is so friendly, attentive, and responsive! Big thanks to Layla and Valentino, they are really cool, really enjoyed communicating with them and we’re pleased by their service and work!

Everything was great! ❤️ The location is just perfect, right on the beach and near to everything. Clean and nice rooms with wonderful views (we were on the 7th floor), the food is great (we had only breakfast but it had new things daily and everything was fresh), the staff was friendly, overall it was perfect and I would recommend it to anyone.
I don't understand the negative reviews. This hotel location is unbeatable. Rooms were clean albeit a bit 'used' looking. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Pool area awesome. Breakfast was excellent, spoilt for choice. Balcony sea view amazing and really good size. Will definitely be coming back here. Thank you all at the hotel for a lovely time
Do not save on hotel on Tenerife! This hotel has great location , beach right behind the back door c lots of restaurants, shops, marine is walking distance. But we faced lots of issues : the AC didn’t work in one of the rooms , phone didn’t work, be ready for bed bugs ( they didn’t bite us , but see the pictures attached ), the windows are not sound proof and there are a lot of getto people in this...
We booked 10 days in Tenerife thinking it would be more than enough, but the days went by so fast that we honestly didn’t want to leave. The hotel itself was okay - I would probably give the hotel 3 stars - but what truly made the experience amazing was the activity team that lifts it up to a 5-star stay. Giulia, Aldara, Stephanie, and Aaron were full of energy, kindness, and positivity every single...

People are nice. The main pool and all that goes with it was down and will be down for months. It left us with no activities. Food was not the best. The staff in the buffet area was brutal. We would never stay again. The food places across the way was fantastic.
Some parts were really good! Music, entertainment, kids club.
Some areas were poor, sofa bed really uncomfortable, a mattress topper would be a good investment to get people to go back.
Unhappy that I was offered free parking space but after 3 visits to the reception I still needed to play after many excuses and different information. Poor, it’s a shame! Little things spoil a good stay!
Some cockroaches...
Hotel was fun,great theme.
Food and room was excellent.
Disappointed with the benefits of rock royalty, definitely didn't get that feel. The rock royalty restaurant was very busy for the space.
One access to the spa was very disappointing and one of the reasons i booked the hotel was to use the spa facilities. You have to pay 30 euros for a hour half after that. When i stayed in 2019 the hotel was...
Hard rock is a big hotel so the bus stop is in front of is. However the bed got too soft because of heavy use. Hotel breakfast is on point, there are a lot of guests but still many choices of selection available.
Chic hotel in a quiet location. Elevator and stairs lead to one of the 3 pools with a small beach (black/stones). Swimming shoes are recommended. The breakfast was very good!
Great breakfast and rooms. Service a bit poor and hotel is a bit overpriced. Especially we were disappointed with prices for food and drinks in the bar and the pool restaurant

This was our first stay at a Melia Hotel, and we booked a junior suite at 'The Level'. The service was excellent, so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much. The benefits of the Level such as the exclusive pool, lobby, breakfast restaurant, drinks and snacks was definitely worth the upgrade.
I'll certainly look for this brand again.
I liked the reception area and the first impression. The staff generally were very nice and attentive. A couple of staff members could have been more helpful. We resented being ‘told off’ by staff members for sitting in the weong place around the Level pool, for removing the Level refreshments out of the Level area when we were told by reception staff that we could take plastic cups from the pool area...
Had a lovely 7 nights here end of Feb, and very much appreciated the adults-only affair here. Having been converted from a family friendly place, you have the two huge pools, one exclusively for folks that book a Level room (think VIP within the hotel). Turns out at least the Level one is also heated - didn't spot that until we got there!
The room's were spacious and spotless, and always topped...
First time in Tenerife . Adeje was perfect for R&R but not much else …which I didn’t mind in this case
Looking bit tired now - public areas good and staff so friendly - breakfast not a 5star spread :(
Room disappointing as so noisy and bed really uncomfortable.
More like a 2 star hotel….
Where to begin. Nice to have a glass of bubbly on arrival. Once we got to our room we had two single beds pushed togeather- it took housekeeping a long time to rectify this and we had to call reception to chase it.
Ordering room service is farcical, staff didn’t speak any English and kept telling us to call reception, who then told us to call room service. Choice of food...

Not the best hotel, probably due to its location
The hotel is dated and not upto Melia standards. For theall inclusive drinks you are given a token that gives you a cup. You then go back with your cup for a refill when your drinks finished. At the end of the day you give your cup back and they give you your token back for the next day. This is a poor system and not Melia standards. The rooms ( we had...
We love this hotel. It’s clean, friendly staff, amazing entertainment staff and kids club staff, great location. Hotel is a bit dated now and could do with a revamp but another great stay!
Ok but needs upgade and ear plugs
Hotel very very noisy until 4am. Right next to extremely loud disco. Hotel needs upgrade. Food good. Staff friendly. Many additional friends in our room. Beetles, ants and cockroaches. Sprayed the rooms. Didnt make much difference.
The hotel is in an excellent location and very close to the beach, bars and nightlife. Walking to both Adeje and Los Cristianos is easy for those with no mobility issues. Breakfast was fabulous with the staff friendly and helpful. The only downsides are that the hotel is tired which makes some areas look unclean even although the cleaners do their absolute best, and the proximity to nightlife (only...
Staff were excellent the property especially the rooms was a little tired and needed a refurb.

I had the most incredible time at Barcelo Tenerife. I was worried after reading lots of negative reviews about the food but I could find no fault at all!
I spoke to several people over the holiday who also moaned about the food but I think the moral of the story is if you dont like the nature of a buffet, then don't book an all inclusive holiday!
Each meal had a huge array of foods to choose from...
We had an absolutely wonderful stay! It was my partner’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make the occasion special. The staff were incredible, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special shoutout to Francesca, the guest manager, who ensured every detail was perfect and made us feel so welcome. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. Thank you!
Those is a fabulous hotel that blends in with the Eco park. The pools run down on each level and although the hotel is spread over a large area it still maintains a small cosy atmosphere. Food is good with plenty of choice although the buffet style can be a bit cold. The staff are fantastic, plenty of bars and nice quiet location.

The hotel is beautiful. It looks plain upon arrival but once you enter, it is.
The staff was so ridiculously nice. I want to live there.

The staff coped with Covid-19 very well, with not too many restrictions. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Delicious food and a comfortable room. We will definitely return.
Lovely hotel. The rooms are slightly dated now but are quite well equipped. The food is amazing and the staff are all really helpful.
All of the staff and guests have to wear face masks whilst walking around the hotel. It is kept immaculately clean. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas to go around the many pool areas - which you cannot reserve with a towel as it will be removed.

Enjoyed our stay at hotel. Felt at times ignored because we were all-inclusive especially in the concert bar at night trying to get drinks. All in all good holiday 👍
The hotel is very exotic, with lots of vegetation, large hallways and open spaces to hide away from the sun. It has 2 main pools. One at 0 level for everyone including kids and one on the roof, adults only (the best!!). Many restaurants, table tennis, billiard tables, squash, etc. Take a room with the mountain view, it's more quite (the opposite of the main pool). Location wise.. In Costa Adeje, the...
It's a really good Hotel good food, good services, good rooms, an area for the adults. For the kids the deepest pool is only 1,52 meters. But all in all i can say that it was worth it.

Decent hotel but for a 4star you don’t expect to pay extra for pillows if you need more or blankets. Good for families as facilities were good but for a couple in their 60’s thought the hotel was expensive. Habe recommended to friends who have children but not older couples

Priorities for us are entertaining a small child and feeding a coeliac (gluten free) adult and the hotel has been perfect. Everything is immaculate, it's incredible. We had a fantastic vacation here, staying for a total of seven days. The children really enjoyed their time at the hotel and had a great experience throughout our stay.
We would especially like to thank Ivan from the Teens Club, who was very warm, friendly, and took excellent care of the children.
We would love to come back again if we have the opportunity.
We had our first family vacation with a baby at Hotel Landmark Costa Los Gigantes. Overall, our experience was really good and the hotel offers many activities for families. Just got back from a great week's family holiday. Ticked every box for us, price, location, food etc. Big shout out to the service, absolutely brilliant from the animation team to the waiting staff. Puts some 5 star hotels we've stayed at to shame
The hotel was very central unfortunately the area is hilly. The room requires some new furniture and fridge as old, also a proper chair to sit and some pegs on wall to hang clothes to air at end of day.
Towels were hard and at times frayed, maybe fan in bathroom
As returning guests of multiple visits we can recommend the Hotel for its friendly staff with special mention to Sidi who always remembers us. The rooms are comfortable and well attended. We had a good stay at the H10 Las Palmeras. The absolute major drawback was that the walls are paper-thin and you can hear conversations from the next-door rooms and all hallway activity when trying to sleep at night. We came to Tenerife in 2019 and walked past this hotel and I really wanted to stay here. It's changed a bit since then and the bottom part has now been sold off and turned into a beach club. Wonderful property, great location. Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful with daily specials.
The only thing that disappointed us was the daily charge at the gym of €6. We are both well travelled and that was our first time asked to pay for the use of the gym. The classes were offered free, when usually incur a surcharge, made no sense to us.
Also, it’ll be lovely if there was some music playing around...

Lovely Hotel with helpful staff, great selection of food and entertainment was really good. If I had one issue is where the hotel has put the smoking area, you have to walk through the middle of the smoking area to either get to the pool or reception area. As a non smoker who has a family it is really unpleasant to have to walk through the area every single time.
From the moment we arrived (late 11ish) we were made to feel very welcome. Reception staff were great very explanatory. We had a room on the 4th floor we had asked for adjoining rooms. We were given 410-412 so a room between us but that was fine. Rooms nice and clean basic but enough. Shampoo conditioner body wash and lots of other little bits like a comb and razor and dental kit in the bathroom a...
Just back from 8 nights, wouldn’t change a thing….thanks to all of the H10 staff for a wonderful holiday, you are all an incredible hard working and friendly team, well done. We’ll be back again in a few months 🌞
My wife and I loved this hotel, the rooms food and staff are all excellent. We upgraded to privelige, there is however one issue, the privilege deck on the 6th floor is great, the italian lady who works up there is very good and friendly, the pools are too small and access for any sort of mobility problems is impossible, so we used the privilege island in the main pool but this only has 6 sunbeds and...
What an amazing experience. Rodolfo was so accommodating. It was my husband’s birthday and he made sure to make it as special as it can be and we loved it! Sang happy birthday right after with a delicious chocolate cake. Fantastic! Will definitely go again!
We have stayed here a few times but this one they excelled themselves my husband fell a few times and was I’ll while we were there and they couldn’t do enough for us making our stay brilliant everything was perfect even a waiter getting myself breakfast to take back to our room even a letter under the door saying to dial 9 straight away for help the reception staff including Israel were brilliant they...

I have stayed at a number of Barceló hotels and am never disappointed by the consistent standard, friendly staff, and variety of food.
This hotel, however, will forever stand out for the spectacular location overlooking the Los Gigantes cliffs.
The room was spacious and we paid the small extra fee for a room on the higher floors so the sea view over the pools was lovely. Definitely worth it!
We booked...
The location and food are great. Plenty of choice for everyone. Rooms clean and large.
The entertainment staff made the holiday! Not pushy, however fully engaged, made the classes fun, laughed a lot and the yoga classes really good. They supported the evening entertainment so well people joined in which was great. Manuel and Manu you led the team perfectly.
No problems with sun beds or parasols loads...
A stay that couldn’t have been better!
Huge thanks to all the hotel staff from kitchen to housekeeping for making sure everything was super comfortable for us.
And an extra big shout-out to the amazing entertainment team: Manu, Chensie, Manuel, and Leonardo – for all the fun, the games, and the awesome energy that made our trip so much more enjoyable!
What a fantastic hotel. I am currently staying here on an all-inclusive package with Jet2. The food and entertainment is excellent. Staff couldn't be more helpful. The hotel is situated on a small headland that overlooks the ocean and the Los Gigantes cliffs. Lovely views especially in the evening; the island of La Gomera is visible on clear days. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. You will have...
Absolutely perfect stay! The rooms were clean and spacious and the view a-mazing! Food was plentiful and varied, even for my vegetarian and vegan friends. Facilities were immaculate and staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The all inclusive package is definitely worth it, highly recommend- I’ll be coming back for sure!
Wonderful stay – highly recommended!
I had a very pleasant stay at Barceló Santiago. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The view of the ocean was absolutely stunning – especially from the hot tub on the terrace!
The hotel has a lot to offer: multiple pools, a gym, a wellness area – everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. Prices...

Really enjoyed the GF Fanabe. Yes, around the edges it needs an uplift, however the staff are so friendly, the cleaners keep the hotel ever so clean, reception friendly and helpful although not a massive amount of interaction with them. The bedroom was always kept clean, plenty space inside with everything needed for a holiday. I had a ground floor pool view that captured the afternoon sunshine. The...
Brilliant hotel! Will definitely be back. The animation team are wonderful and always make time to spend with the kids! My boys say that was the best part of their holiday! Thank you for making the boys first time abroad special anamation team!
Honestly, best holiday I've had in a long time, staff very friendly, food was excellent, entertainment on every night, although we like to walk, and everything is within a very short walking distance especially to the beaches, highly recommended this hotel and the staff, hopefully next year we will come again. Pools are well maintained, cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. Sad to be leaving. Our...
Animation team are amazing, big shout out to Ana. They really try hard and get guests involved. Lots of different activities to keep you entertained. The evening entertainment is good, johnny circus in particular is very funny. Great hotel, staff are very friendly and are happy to help. Breakfast is brilliant always something to find even if you are a fussy eater. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool
We stayed here beginning of September for first time, for our honeymoon. Lovely hotel, rooms cleaned everyday, staff always friendly & helpful. Food was okay not restaurant quality but totally adequate, lots of variety, lots of fresh Salad every day, different cuisine, something for everyone.
Brilliant roof top pools, never any sun bed wars. Can't wait to come again next year
Fantastic entertainment and atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and the hotel is clean and pools are constantly monitored by lifeguards. Much better arrangement than previous year’s regarding sunbeds in the morning - allowance to get beds but with one person staying. Would prefer pool to open at 9am.
Animation team are fantastic, plenty of activities for adults and children. Rooms are slightly outdated...

Jonah was a great Guy hè was friendly and charming pleas give him a raise. De rest of the hotel was also great.
Fabulous holiday - cleanliness was impeccable - food was was amazing and staff couldn’t do enough to help
We recently stayed at the H10 Costa Adeje Palace and overall, it was a very good experience. The hotel genuinely lives up to its 4-star rating — something that’s often claimed but not always delivered. The Good: • Buffet food was excellent — far better than what we’ve experienced at similarly priced TUI-branded hotels. There was a wide range of options, freshly prepared dishes, and good quality overall...
Food was amazing and service was very attentive. I’m here with family and everyone was happily satisfied with it. Jonay was great and made the night a lot better.
Hotel looks fantastic from outside and would be really good except for a few things we experienced. Firstly the rooms look tired and outdated because they are. Photos attached prove that. Food is like warm and not very good at all. In fact really boring same every day. To show how bad food is check out the restaurant across the road. Each night it fills with residents of the hotel who realise how...
We like the H10 brand and stayed at various before and always walked past this one when staying at costa adeje, so we booked it as the pools always looked good. So the positives are the pools and some heated with great views of the sea. There is a rooftop pool but need to go privilege to use it. There is an adult only area and they do manage that with lots of people with young kids trying to access...
