cannot fault the hotel, was nice had a lovely reception and was clean. however there is not a lot to do in and out of the hotel. food was awful, no variety and was the same every night. staff were quite rude if i had an issue or wanted to ask a question, some just walked away

We booked a suite with balcony and it was extremely spacious. The bathroom could have been slightly cleaner but the bedsheets were crisp. We went all inclusive and there was a large range of food available, something for everyone.

Hard rock is a big hotel so the bus stop is in front of is. However the bed got too soft because of heavy use. Hotel breakfast is on point, there are a lot of guests but still many choices of selection available.

Very easy to check in, hotel facilities are very clean and friendly service

This was our first stay at a Melia Hotel, and we booked a junior suite at 'The Level'. The service was excellent, so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much. The benefits of the Level such as the exclusive pool, lobby, breakfast restaurant, drinks and snacks was definitely worth the upgrade. I'll certainly look for this brand again.

Our room was on the 5th floor with pool and sea view, so we had fab views. Our room was spotless as was the general areas of the hotel. Lovely Hotel with helpful staff, great selection of food and entertainment was really good. If I had one issue is where the hotel has put the smoking area, you have to walk through the middle of the smoking area to either get to the pool or reception area. As a non smoker who has a family it is really unpleasant to have to walk through the area every single time.

Had a great week here with my wife. Staff, the food, the atmosphere all better than we could have expected. Great facilities and options to walk the 1 minute to other sister hotel for shows at night. The location is a short drive away from the main holiday area of Adeje or a little further to Los Cristianos etc but for a completely relaxing poolside sunbathing experience this is spot on.

We are on the last day of a weeks stay here, the atmosphere in the hotel is fantastic. The staff have been lovely, and it is such a clean hotel. We were half board and the only thing I would say wasn’t amazing was the food, me and my partner both agree it wasn’t great. It was very similar every night and just overall average. I stayed there for 7 nights about a week ago. The service was amazing, the rooms were luxurious and the food was perfect. The outside area was also very good, there was a food place next to the pools which were also very nice. And to top it off it is in an amazing location so you are very close to the ocean.
