Lovely hotel, classic rooms with old charm that large and clean. Breakfasts is delicious. The service is friendly and fantastic. The leafy terrace is beautiful. Charming hotel, good value for money, would recommend.

Great little traditional Canarian hotel with antiques,hidden rooms and polished floors We arrived by bus early ,check in is 2pm but our room was ready and we were allowed an early check in which was great Our room had a great view with a balcony and was really quiet There was a safe in the room,a kettle and small fridge Breakfast was traditional European with cheeses ,cooked meats and eggs.Cakes and breads too We only saw one staff member and she was helpful and efficient The hotel is situated in a quiet area but easy walking to the centre of town and the attractions. We found the room a little cool (it was December )and the room would have benefited from a heater Also I’m not keen on shower curtains I would imagine the rooms on the front by the road could get noisy so if you want a quite room ask for a room with a balcony at the back. We HIGHLY recommend this hotel

We absolutely loved this little place. It is small & romantic & on a rainy spring day we could have stayed in & been cozy. It is old in all kinds of wonderful ways, but I’d caution the stairs are very steep & we were not helped with bags due to our late arrival so be fit. We also had a leak (the rains were epic & unusual) & the host was kind enough to let us check out another room but we stayed in ours. Lovely courtyard, cute reading room. The breakfast was very impressive. It is very close to the plaza, and cool places like the butterfly exhibit building and the famous Drago Tree Park.

What a beautiful hotel, classic in appearance and well run. Everything was spotless and the service was excellent. We were staying in Tenerife in Fababe for 2 weeks and just wanted a quiet couple of days away, and this hotel was perfect. Oh, and remember to bring an appetite to breakfast.

Very old fashioned simple hotel in the centre of Icod. No permanent staff, phone number on front door of pedestrianised street. Simple bedroom over looking street, with two single beds pushed together to appear as a double. No air-conditioning, no safe, very posh shower cubicle in small bathroom. Cool courtyard with 24hour self service coffee, tea and wine. Breakfast room attached to courtyard with simple buffet and eggs cooked to order. The free car park is underground several hundred metres down the hill from the hotel. But it would be possible to drop luggage off at the end of the street outside Beneton.

A one night stay whilst staying in Puerto. Lovely room, well equipped. A comfortable bed and pillows.
Breakfast sufficient.
Friendly staff.
Quiet area, parking outside on the street. Nice restaurants in the area.

Great place and staff !!! Just one thing… I wanted to drink wine in the fridge but without the tool to open the wine bottle … it s tricky ! Thanks for everything !!

I wanted a typical hotel and I was not disappointed, you are in a Canarian house, we had a very large room with high wooden ceilings, beautiful decoration, the bathroom was very large, very clean with taps like in the old days, breakfast taken in a very cozy little room right next to the patio was simply delicious
