My partner and I stayed here for our engagement. The hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff are so friendly and kind. We've liked this hotel so much we're going back for a fourth time. The staff the quietness and ambience of it all is great. Spa, pool and restaurant are fantastic, and of course the golf is handy with a complimentary buggy which is ideal. There is NO Air Con and they will NOT be adding any in the current renovations. You have to pay extra for a fan and for the tv remote. Which should be complimentary. Good location, most of the waiters are warm and friendly, the room is big, but the decoration and supporting facilities are a bit old, the room wifi is charged extra, and the signal is very poor after paying for it... I have stayed here multiple times and will always try to stay here. Location is excellent and the service from the staff is great especially Manuell. All inclusive drinks are all your local spirits. You get what you pay for. If you want a good atmosphere round the pool then this is the place for you.

Had best experience here hotel was lovely and clean room was very spacious. No air con but they provided a free fan which worked fine or can pay to hire a AC unit for 80€ for week. The location is excellent. The reception staff was smiling and polite. However, they really made it feel like a "forced smile." Everything would be fine, but there were cockroaches in the rooms. They most likely crawl in from the bathroom drains. We stayed in different rooms, and they were everywhere. It was very noisy at night from cafes and Chinese restaurants.

Central to many areas around playa. Nice pool area. Limited sunbeds but loved how you couldn’t reserve them. Our deluxe junior room was amazing. So big. Clean. TV and WiFi Good. Breakfast was okay. Some bits tasty but just Luke warm as under heat lamps Staff were helpful and friendly.
