Location: 50 m from the centre of Las Americas, 900 m from Los Cristianos, 170 m from the beach, 15 km from the international airport. 100 metres away is a bus stop.

Consists of three buildings.

Beach: public sandy beach is 300 m away, the third coastline. Umbrellas and sun beds - for a fee.

Amazing apartment, good pool, no air con so may be too warm peak season

The location is perfect far enough away from the ***** for noise but choose enough to enjoy the beach and restaurants all day long. The room was very spacious, I would recommend they advise you how to work the fan on arrival day 2 before I realised how to work it lol. Room also very clean with everything we needed for our stay. The pool area was also nice clean and quiet during the day. Didn't try the wee bar food but it looked nice. Staff helpful when I spoke to them. Good value for money as we had everything we needed within walking distance.

Absolute joke of a place. First night we were robbed at knife point. Day two got £100 stolen from my purse at the pool (own fault but had the hard neck to hand an empty purse in) day 3 was lying in the room an someone has walked in and back out when they seen me. Complained at reception about all these things however basically got eye rolled and laughed at. Reception was laughable and manager was even worse. Place is more needing demolished than booked.

The location is excellent. The reception staff was smiling and polite. However, they really made it feel like a "forced smile." Everything would be fine, but there were cockroaches in the rooms. They most likely crawl in from the bathroom drains. We stayed in different rooms, and they were everywhere. It was very noisy at night from cafes and Chinese restaurants.

Facilities: Excellent and very well-equipped, a bit noisy, but...

Cleanliness: Clean and tidy

Service: Attentive. The front desk staff waited for us until check-in, even though we had a late-night flight. The 24-hour front desk was exceptionally helpful and comfortable.

Gorgeous fully equipped studio apartment. Lovely pool. Easy, friendly check in. Great location, within a short walk from the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend, will study here next time I visit. Thank you to the lovely staff.

This hotel is located on Tenerife in the Canary Islands. It was my first time here and I stayed for 4 nights, but it was very good. The room was spacious and there was a long chair and a small table on the terrace on the first floor, so I was able to see the beautiful stars at night. It's also close to the beach and nightlife spots ⭕️ The receptionist was very kind and helpful. I would like to use it again the next time I visit.

Great entertainment for the family and couples. May laughs to be had. Well stocked bar and slushies, ice creams for the kids. Clean toilet facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff.
