Was in the hotel next to this last year and noticed this one it suits me better with self catering available. With shops available just outside. the hotel room was clean and well equipped for my needs only thing I was worried about was no aircon but was ok I was on 6 floor perfect with airflow . With a hospitaltalty background all staff were very helpful if there was any problems with room maintenance dealt with it very fast . Deposit was refunded straight away after room was inspected before leaving hotel will be returning soon have booked

Great location for beach bus station siam park. regularly cleaned great shower. Staff friendly & helpful. Sun from 10am till 6pm round pool. Tidy bar outside called Miami bar. Tidy supermarket also across road.

Wow wow wow. What a transformation. They are renovating all the rooms. You won't recognise them. New bathroom, kitchen, sofas, TV's , beds, lighting, plug sockets, usb ports. They have been bought into the 21st century. Don't tell too many people !!!!

After reading all the reviews we were really concerned about coming here, to the point we tried to change hotels at last minute. However the hotel was perfect. The rooms are all in the process of being upgraded, there still isn't air con but we left the balcony door open and it was ok. The room was spotless, plenty of plug sockets, hairdryer was good. Maid came 5 out of 7 days, you're given a cleaning schedule on arrival so you know when she comes. You do pay 150 euros on arrival, they check your room before you check out and the money was back in my account before I left. The pool area was quiet, and probably not suitable for small children and families as there is no inflatables and balls allowed but plenty of sun loungers, yes the times are 11-7, but to be fair the sun doesn't hit the pool area until about 11 anyway. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful as well as the maids. Yes there is some noise at night but this hotel is right between Adeje and Las Americas and if you're looking for ultra quiet this is not the place for you, but I think the hotel are trying to move away from large groups of younger people. Yes the transfer coach does drop off and pick up at the bus stop just round the corner but it's at most 3mins away with a small hill. Although if you have mobility issues, pulling your suitcase up maybe an issue. You can hire mobility scooters next door to the hotel though. All in all for the price paid a great find.

We decided to return to this hotel after having a fantastic stay last year. Unfortunately, this visit was a little different, though I’m happy to say that the main issues were resolved the morning after checking in. There is a hotel cat named Caribe, who is absolutely adorable and cuddly. Upon arrival, we were informed that we had been given an “upgrade.” We had actually booked a studio room (as we did last year) because we loved the location, right by the pool and in a quieter area with only a few studios. It turned out this “upgrade” wasn’t really an upgrade at all; the hotel was oversold and no studios were available, despite us booking nearly a year in advance. The new room we were given was on the 5th floor and, unfortunately, not up to standard- a toilet that wouldn’t flush, a dirty microwave, a broken table, vinyl peeling off the kitchen cabinets, something splattered on the kitchen ceiling, among other things. I spent quite a bit of time back and forth between reception and On the Beach (who we booked through). I must mention that the gentleman at reception, as well as the lady who helped us on the second day, were both lovely and genuinely tried to assist. However, the lady we dealt with on the first day made me feel like an inconvenience — at one point even suggesting we sleep on the couch because the bed was dirty, which was disappointing. After several conversations (about four in total), we were finally moved to a newly renovated room on the first floor. This room was absolutely lovely! clean, modern, and much more in line with what we had expected. One of the positives of this hotel is that there’s never any issue finding sunbeds, which makes the pool area feel relaxed and stress-free. We didn’t make much use of the pool bar, so I can’t comment on the food or drinks. There are, however, a few hotel rules that don’t seem to be enforced — particularly the “quiet after 11pm” rule. There were a few nights when people were being quite loud on their balconies around midnight or later, which was a bit frustrating even with the windows closed. It’s also worth noting that the hotel requires a €150 deposit at check-in, which is refunded approximately 24 hours after checkout. For those with later flights, there’s convenient luggage storage available, along with toilets and changing facilities on the lower floor. However, since these are self-catering apartments, there is no dedicated shower room available after checkout. Overall, our stay started off rocky but ended on a positive note thanks to the upgraded room and some helpful staff members. It really can be a lovely place when everything goes smoothly.

This hotel is in a fantastic spot close to Siam Park and a shopping mall, making it ideal for a fun and convenient stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a bathroom issue during our stay, and it was resolved very quickly. Rooms are equipped for self catering, with a hob, fridge, small freezer, and all the basic utensils and cookware. There’s also a handy shop right next to the hotel. The only downside is that there’s no AC, so the rooms can get quite warm at night. The pool area was lovely no stress about finding a sunbed, which was such a relief! It’s open from 11am to 7pm, and there’s always a polite and attentive lifeguard on duty. He would always say hello back when we walked in, and honestly, that small gesture brought me so much joy. Upon checkout, the staff did come up to inspect the room before returning our deposit. It was quick and expected, but something to keep in mind if you’re on a tight schedule. We did see a few cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom, which isn’t unusual for hot climates, but it didn’t affect our stay. Housekeeping was excellent very friendly and always willing to help with fresh towels or anything else. And the ginger cat that lives at the hotel? Adorable. A charming little bonus!!! Would definitely recommend.

The pool is only open 11-19, which makes it barely useful because that's when people are out.

Don't order the breakfast - it's a la carte with only two basic options. Use your room's kitchen or one of the many restaurants in the area instead.

The room had no double bed.

Housekeeping does not come every day (but you can ask reception for fresh towels).
