Villa Las Flores in Playa de las Americas

The room I stayed in was very close to a bar, and loud music at night made it difficult to sleep. After I informed the owner, I was told I would be moved to a quieter room, but this was repeatedly delayed. Eventually, the owner stopped answering my calls and did not reply to my messages at all. The lack of communication and follow-through was frustrating and unprofessional. While the location may be convenient, the noise issue and poor customer service significantly affected my experience. I would not recommend this place to guests who value a quiet stay and reliable support.

This place it's close to the beach, the room and the bathroom are too small, there is no TV and no hairdryer in the bathroom, they have WIFI but in our room was difficult to watch something on internet as it doesn't cover some places, another issue is that they don't have car park and not even outside the hotel there is no possible to park not even on the side roads, we rented a car but we find a side of the street to park at 10 minutes walk and even there you need to be lucky and we stayed in January ( don't want to imagine in full season). No possible to wash something because you don't have where to let them dry. If you have problems with sleeping you need to have with you some ear plugs, some people who enter or they are going out they slam the entrance door or are speaking loud and you can hear everything this is because of people education not the hotel. We stayed 4 days and some how was ok but for longer holidays make sure that fits for you.

We arrived at the address given only to be told it was the wrong one, we then found the right address, when we did we'd rather we didnt 😂. There was no working fridge, no WiFi, no towels, no cutlery and no working fans. When we asked for our money back and to leave they refused. Then we asked for problems to be sorted they brang us towels and left the rest unsolved. I'm still asking for full refund because this is only half of what i can complain about pictures to follow.

Supposed to be self catering but only fridge and microwave, no cutlery or plates! So had to buy plastic plates and forks, next day plates went missing!!! Also no tv and very steep slope up to room!!
