Beautiful place to stay on a family vacation.
Apartments and the whole complex are very clean. Food selection is great. I would only add a porridge to a breakfast menu.
One of the best parts of the complex is an entertainment for kids - within the hotel and in the nearby area. Its also worth to mention the animation team who is just brilliant - you can see that they love kids and kids love them.
All staff around the hotel is friendly, smiles all the time and just making your stay very relaxing.
Overall we highly recommend this place.

Good aspects of all inclusive...good always tasty, staff so friendly, only thing to improve on is add, self service coffee at snack bar to save queuing! And self service beer at snack bars too. Would reduce the wait. And run more smoothly

Great place for the kids second time at this hotel ??but on second visit the food is cooked over and over again till it's gone. A lot of flies around the eating areas fridges going empty all the time with no ice cream for the kids, drinks machine at kids pool not been working now for 3 days. This was such a great place last year very disappointing this

Great holiday.
Catering and front desk Staff is great. 4 star
Entertainment staff great especially Najeem and Leny, very energetic. 5 star great for kids, juniors, teens and adults.
Pools great clean and right temperature lots of sunbeds.
Rooms great but need to work on some maintenance issues. A.C. cleaning and drainage.
Maintenance follow up and common sence 2 stars only, no results after 3 times follow up requests.
Food quality and variety was fantastic 5 star. Need to sort the flies around.
What we did miss was a great Costa or Starbucks cappuccino.
Cleaning staff good but can be friendlier.
Location was great 1 minutes from lively marina area and restaurants.
Only 3 minutes walk from closest beach with great snorkeling options. ??
