Andrei, Xavi and Daniel have made our stay and still are making our stay very enjoyable and they are both amazing with childrens and adults!

Superb. Welcoming, clean, modern. We would definitely return. The room was spacious. Breakfast brought to room on day of early check out.

Beautiful island , beautiful view, the hotel is amazing, clean, new with a good vibe . The staff is really really nice . The hotel is really well placed a lot of supermarket and stores near so you have everything at walk distance. The rooms are amazing and well maintained. It’s pretty quiet so you can enjoy so really good peace time. Honestly one of the best hotels out there. I would one hundred percent recommend it if you go to Minorca.

Really great hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were large and clean. Food was great, all inclusive food can be very hit or miss but this was the best we've ever had. Pools were really great for kids and adults. Kids activities were good, we were hoping to be able to drop off and have an hour or so to ourselves but the majority of the activities were in the open bar/stage area so wasn't safe to leave a 5 year old as she could have wandered off. Kids disco in the evenings was loud but great fun! Only 2 min walk across the road to lots of shops, restaurants and the marina. Overall we had a really wonderful time!

Amazing Holiday — Fantastic Staff & Location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a brilliant holiday at this hotel! The location is perfect with plenty of great restaurants close by — the Mexican was absolutely superb. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Everyone is so friendly, hardworking and always happy to help. A special shout-out to the events team — they were amazing and truly made our kids stay so much fun. Wouldn’t have been the same without them! Highly recommend — we would definitely return Thanks

I went for a few days in October 25. As this was my first all inclusive, I wasn’t sure what to expect but I can safely say that it exceeded all my expectations from the staff to the food and the cleanliness.
I would like to personally point out two members of staff (Simona & Manu) they were honestly two of the nicest women that I met over the past few days. Simona helped us book a boat tour, especially when we didn’t have any plans and Manu was exceptional from the second we got there she offered different bars and locations for Sunset views.

Honestly didn’t known what to expect from my first All Inclusive since I was a kid. But it was brilliant. Good food, and lots of it. Clean rooms and lots to do for kids with a whole entertainment program every day. Friendly staff who work SO hard and always with a smile and a great location with lots of outside restaurants close and an amazing beach. Would definitely come back smd my kids loved it.

Hotel clean and tidy, we had a first floor apartment overlooking the pool which was spacious. Great location closer to Marina which has bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops and 10-15 minutes away from two beaches we prefer Son Xoriguer over Calan Bosch beach as it’s one was been to for over 10 years. 2 good pools with kiddies pools and slides around the back. We stayed at the top pool and met loads of nice people. Never an issue getting a sunbed, no towels left on them, we counted empty beds most of the day. Staff super friendly. Pool side bar staff always smiling, evening bar staff inside friendly and talkative and the super entertainer Aleshia with huge energy levels that lifted everybody. Pool bar (Vanessa) I think her name was, she was always smiling and knew your drink after after a few days. Bar staff in the main bar also very friendly and always had time to talk to you. Tall lady not sure of her name and the 3 guys all great and again knew your drink order. Before we arrived, food was an area we had initial concerns with as we have spent the last 9 years at a much larger hotel up the road with 450 rooms, catering for 1000+ people. The food here was fine, we had no complaints!!!We had breakfast at 7am, good all round selection. Lunch at 1pm and again good choices, we enjoyed a different soup each day which was wholesome, salads and choices of meats and fish. Evening meal was around 9pm after younger families had eaten. Great selection at all times with good variations. We had a great time and can’t wait to return, waiting on flights so we can book for next September. We booked directly with MarSenses Paradise Club Hotel and arranged our own flights and bus which made a great saving. Thank you to all the staff from the cleaners to bar staff, entertainers you were all fantastic. Nos vemos el año que viene. ️☀️
