Fragile Hotel in Ciutadella

The best honeymoon we could have ever asked for.

Enrica and her team is absolutely amazing. She has made our stay really perfect : she is not only kind and will give great visiting advice, but she also takes care of the hotel and its customers greatly, with professionalism and elegance. She will make you have the best experience there.

The hotel is centrally located, in the heart of Ciudadella. It is extremely convenient to walk anywhere - main landmarks, and to the 2 different bus stops (10 mins pleasant walk) that can take you around the island. The hotel can provide you towels/umbrellas that can be rented out free of charge.

Our room was very spacious, and had a minimalistic yet artsy design. The entire hotel’s architecture/design is beautiful and in the « Menorquin » style. The terrace and the breakfast menu (almond cake, chia seeds, and other delicious dishes) are fabulous. You will not be disappointed. I hope to come back one day.

Had a wonderful time here, Enrica was so helpful, recommended and set up reservations at great dinner spots for us. Great breakfast too!

Amazing hotel. The staff is ever so friendly and helpful. The rooms have a minimalistic design-like feel. The beds are nice and they offer good quality different pillows.

We stumbled upon this hotel walking around the town. We didn't stay in any of the rooms but did partake in some fabulous dinner. The location is very beautiful, as you're sitting outside, directly next to a stunning little church, in a courtyard that the kids can run around in. The waiter was the loveliest man I've ever met, an Italian who was very knowledgeable, charming and warm. His food recommendations were spot on and the quality was all a cut above the rest. Wonderful evening and we felt very lucky to have found the place.

We had a wonderful stay in Fragile Hotel. The hotel itself is very unique, tastefully decorated with very high quality products and furnishings. The bed is super comfy and the amenities are luxurious. Our room Strawberry fields was very peaceful with an outdoor shower and terrace which was a real treat .
The hosts Mojca & Sean went above and beyond to make our stay super special . They recommended the best places to visit , beaches to go to and Restaurants to enjoy which sometimes can be overwhelming when you are in a new place. We wish we could have had few more nights to try all the restaurants they recommended!
The breakfast was extra special created fresh every morning for us from local
Ingredients. It was multiple courses and tailored to your request , nothing was to much trouble for Moj. The quality of the food was exceptional combined with freshly brewed coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice . It was a perfect start to each of our days.
We booked directly via the website which we highly recommend. we got provided with 100 % cotton beach towels for our beach days which was a great extra touch .
The art and the details in the hotel is very special with a very high standard of finish .
We loved everything about our stay thank you Mojca and Sean for your wonderful hospitality.

We just spend 3 nights in hotel Fragile and I wish we could stay longer!

Sean and Moi are the loveliest people who have put their heart into this stunning hotel. The location is next to the cathedral in Ciutadella and you couldn’t have been in a better spot if you tried. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and so nicely presented, using the freshest organic local produce. I can’t eat bread at the moment so Moi went out of her way to find me an alternative.

Our room was so private and beautifully designed. Minimalist ( maybe Danish inspired?), it had its own external space and a gorgeous shower. The bed was so comfortable due to its coco-mat mattress, google this company!

As a queer couple we both felt very comfortable and welcomed from the start. Sean helped us rent a bike and together with a Moi they recommended quiet beaches where only the locals go.

Although this was a holiday, we had to do a bit of work and the hotel was a perfectly cosy and comfortable place to do a bit of work online.

We had a fantastic experience and we can’t wait to go back! Before you leave make sure you get to have a pick at the terrace. Total joy!
