The best thing about this hotel are the staff , with a special shout out to Elisa and Alex . We have returned many times and have always experienced excellent staff . it is a shame that the restaurant is closed , however the breakfast is excellent

A lovely hotel in the sleepy town of Muro. Great breakfast and the restaurant in the evening was super. Great staff and a lovely view from the roof at the top over the surrounding countryside.

Very helpful and professional staff. The events for guests (horror tunnel, mixing drinks, chocolate workshop...) were fun and the staff was engaged. Just a few steps from the beach. The apartment annex is a really calm area. Our room might need some renovation, but it was very clean. I can recommend this hotel to all travelers.

Good hotel for family with kids because there were nonstop events until post 10pm so it’s quite loud and noisy. The bed was not very comfortable-it’s too soft and squeaky and not giving much support for my back. The breakfast was great, very delicious and healthy and all the fruits were super fresh and sweet and juicy.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom isn't optimal. There are long black hairs lying around or stuck to the walls everywhere. Unfortunately, there was also mold in the bathroom! This could be a health problem. The breakfast is good! The pool is okay, even if the ravages of time have taken their toll. Conclusion: I wouldn't stay there again and wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone

The bathroom smelled strongly of sewage; reception immediately sent a cleaner. The smell was temporarily relieved, but unfortunately, the foul odor returned. We had mosquitoes in the room; reception gave us something to plug in to keep them out, which worked very well. After that, we didn't have any more mosquito problems. Great stay!! Would reccomend to all. The complex was great. The food was awesome!! Good location. Easy parking. Great staff! Overall excellent. Room had a bit of a mouldy smell but wasn’t bad. That would the only negative thing for the whole time. Recommend to all!!

We like to drive around and look new places at Mallorca this was one of the best places we have book the last years. Nice «apartment» with nice view of the swimming pool, safe parkingspace and a fantastic breakfast was included. We will definitely come back for some more days, later. We have just come back from here, cannot recommend highly enough!! Absolutely spotless and kept lovely by the very respectful staff, no fighting for sunbeds as nobody rushes down with towels first thing. Water refill stations by every block, supporting their environment awareness. Just so quiet and in a great setting. Would absolutely return to this lovely accommodation, thank-you!

We visited in April with friends, we had 3 swim up rooms. Rooms were nice and clean. Pools were all clean. We had all inclusive, food was good, more or less same stuff every night but I didn't mind as it was nice and hot. Staff were all lovely.

Lovely holiday , hotel was spotless, rooms were large and well equipped and staff very helpful . We found the food at breakfast and lunch varied and fresh,we ate out most evenings out of choice. Great location easy to get around the island by bus or car . Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic resort, so perfect for kids! There were plenty of sun beds and lots of umbrellas and shade which is something we worried about with a 3 month old baby.
