We have just returned from a week at Club Mac, as a family of 7, with kids from age 8-15. We didn’t have high expectations but budget constraints meant it was this, or no holiday. We were actually pleasantly surprised! The rooms were basic but adequate, clean and well maintained. The food - we have stayed in various hotels in Majorca with 3* rating (and I’m very fussy!), and actually found the food...

Our room was ready as soon as we arrived at 11am, usually from experience at other hotels, we have had to hang around until 2pm. The room was very clean with the only downside being the balconies are very small. This resulted in all 3 of us not being able to sit out on the balcony as the sun went down. The food is of a very high standard with lots of choice. There pool areas are kept clean and tidy...

We had an amazing time at Club Mac! The place is fantastic, especially for families. There’s so much to do for kids throughout the day that they’re never bored, and the activities are really well organised. Fabulous hotel. Super clean and lovely staff. Food is great and something for everyone. There is so much to do here and the water park is fantastic (especially the wave pool!) Incredible value for money.

Staff was great. Pretty isolated from most things without a rental car. There were buses constantly running but it wasnt real easy to navigate the bus routes to get around.

Everything in the hotel is fine. Lot of facilities. Not a place where you can lay on the beach. Too small and next to a busy road. Mosquitos in the park deliver discomfort.

Tbh, I'm shocked I came back home 😅 - this place was amazing and surrounded by an absolute paradise! Definitely going back!

Great stay - kids loved the pool area and the bedroom for 4 was fine for a young family. Buffet is as you would expect for an all-inclusive package, but the grill restaurant (extra cost) was delicious on the 1 night we had it. Location is fine, in between Porte Pollencia and Alcudia, but plenty of bus and taxi services available to get you where you want to go.

Very clean, lots of space for parking around the area. Everyone working on the hotel very kind and serviceminded. Ok location. Rooms were very loud however and beds rock hard, might as well be sleeping on the floor. Could have returned if it wasn’t for the beds unfortunately.

It’s okay It’s a nice resort. They are trying really hard to keep it going but unfortunately for us we will not go back! It is TOO crowded . Pool is not clean at all. We had a wonderful time at this hotel and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The hotel is very old, and the "sea view apartment" doesn't actually have a sea view at all. The bed creaks, and the curtains don't block out light. The receptionist has a heavy English accent and is not very friendly. The all-inclusive drinks are watered down, which is a major drawback. The only redeeming quality is that the staff at the restaurant's grilling meat window are very friendly.

Good but not 4 star Perfectly adequate hotel in a good position for the main beach and harbour. Nice pool area and plenty of sunbeds; guests weren't reserving beds and not using them. We booked a pool view and asked for a top floor room but were given one on the 5th floor. We didn't complain about it. Breakfast was pretty good. Plenty of choice for all tastes. The cooked food let it down a little....

The hotel is good value for money, but I booked it temporarily when I went to the wrong place. You get what you pay for, and don’t expect too much luxury or great service. Very close to the station, suitable for traveling to other cities.

Just back from a week at this hotel, and have to say it was brilliant, hotel very clean, staff great, kids loved the kids club and couldn't get them out of the pool. Rooms were great, was better than I expected. The pool was cleaned every night with some sort of machine ready for the next day. Food in the diner was great to, lots of variety. Beautiful hotel with great vibes, rooms modern and clean. Buffet food had a good selection but food not very warm and quality was above average. Drinks expensive at dinner and in bar and bar service was poor, not once were we approached by a member of staff to order a drink we had to flag people down. We have a boat in the marina and use the hotel probably 3 or 4 times a week for drinks and to watch the cabarets. Very clean hotel and good entertainment for the kids, good location only 5 minutes walk to the beach and resteraunts/shops. Our only issue was our 3year old son slipped on the bathroom floor whilst supervised and banged his head on a small tile step when coming out of the shower and resulted in needing 3staples at the hospital. We came to the viva sunrise with our almost 3 and 5 year old and had a brilliant time. The hotel is generally good and being out of season, not too busy. My main complaint would be that we paid extra for a lake view. However we overlook the tennis courts with lessons all day long, with a kids bouncy castle beneath (kids screaming till 10pm some nights), plus skips being filled with end of season furniture! Just returned from a 5 night stay with my husband and son. Hotel was lovely, spotlessly clean, our room was lovely and bright with a sea view. I have just returned from a 5 night stay at the Viva Golf, and have ZERO complaints. I stayed in a Selection Club duplex room with its own rooftop patio, sun lounges and private mini pool. From check in, to check out, the staff were awesome. Peter was a delight, and always happy with a warm welcome, and Tony on the bar was a joy. The suites are amazingly spacious and very clean. hotel is really well located we walked to old town alcudia from there, long walk but worth it as the buses passing by were pack solid. Very closed to the beach. Only downside is the size of the interior pool as there was a big storm in the island the pool was super small and very overcrowded.

Being our third year in a row holidaying in Majorca we decided to go North to Alcudia and The Bordoy hotel, it did not disappoint at all, lovely room cleaned everyday during our 7 days, great food and options, good drinks avaliable all day, the staff were so friendly, helpful and a real laugh. The Spa was a welcome surprise which we used everyday! Would return next year for sure!!!

After a shaky start to our holiday which included late flights and a long day of travelling, we finally arrived at the hotel. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 6:30am we were given a double room, after specifically asking for a twin room. And you also have a man working at the bar who looks a lot like the famous actor - Jay Hernandes (you can't take your eyes off him). we had an amazing stay. Location is perfect in the centre of old town, stuff was very attentive, nice and helpful. the whole atmosphere is very cosy and everything is clean. There is also a bicycle storage room if you want to store a bike overnight.

Being inside the old town was a big plus for us. It was walkable to great restaurants, a quick drive to Alcudia beach, and the staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful!

Everything about this little one night get away was perfect. The place was easy to find. The room was super clean and exactly what I needed. Incredible value for money for a one night getaway. The lady who helped me with check-in was incredibly helpful and when as far as trying to call me on my drive to ensure that there was a smooth check-in. She also wrote down dinner reservations and was very helpful...

Room was compact, however, very clean. We had a terrace which was really good and provided extra space. Staff were exceptional and always happy to help. Breakfast had good options and food was very fresh. Location is perfect just off the main street so quiet but very close to restaurants and bars.

My partner and I level our stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is so beautiful inside and out. Everything is in walking distance. The staff were so friendly and kind. This was the best hotel we stayed at by far, and we will definitely be back. We also tried Hotel Nixe Palace - right on the beach - and preferred this one.

It was okay but reception should have been more friendly. The woman at reception does not seem to care about the guests. It is like you are disturbing her.

A fine, small hotel right at the entrance to the old town. We particularly liked the cleaning service (fresh bedding and towels during the week) and the small terrace, where the delicate aromas from the restaurant below made us want to eat. A dynamic, professional, and efficient service team!

Lovely room, super clean, great location, parking close by (unless you think a 4 minute walk is far), airco present, very good bathroom, good bed, and yes, check in was self service, but communication with hotel was super snd efficient, we found it very convenient, will recommend and will return 😀

We had four wonderful nights, a stunning upstairs terrace, and a lovely, cozy room. Breakfast is served at the bar across the street, and the dinners are also excellent.

We have been to Bahia 4 times, and one of the main things that bring us back is the bar staff! We always get all inclusive premium and always receive the best service from them! Just came back from a 5 day break with my family. It was myself, my partner our 12 year old and our 9mth old. Honestly, this hotel was amazing. The food was lovely, there is so much choice. We opted in for half board which included breakfast and dinner ( if you wish to go inclusive from being half board it is 4 euro per person).
