Garden Holiday Village, Adults Only — New Garden Saladina for 2025 in Platja de Muro

Amazing service and attentive reception staff especially Roxana, a real ray of sunshine ! We loved the pool area, sunbeds the beautiful palm trees and the direct access from the room. Breakfast was well supplied, changed everyday that was satisfying. The only downside was the room, overall small and didn’t look very clean in the bathroom. It’s mainly because of the lack of the maintenance, although the room cleaning staff was so nice

Visited this hotel with friends. Everything about it was 10/10. Rooms clean and functional, plenty of room for clothes and toiletries. Air con was superb.
Dinner was lovely, themed nights, something for everyone. Staff in the restaurant were lovely. Bar staff were so friendly - especially Benji and Thomas, who got us on hierbas - try it! Entertainment every day and evening... Fan making, cocktail lesson, to name a few and the evening entertainment was great too. Reception staff Cati and Roxanna have customer service in their bones... They were wonderful. Xx location this hotel has it all, walk to the shops, bars and restaurants and on bus routes to alcudia and can picafort - for €3 ish. Can't fault this place. Can't wait to come back.

We didn’t leave yet but already booked our stay for 2027! I truly needed some downtime and this hotel was a perfect choice for such plan - I enjoyed morning yoga classes, pool time was chill and relaxing (though I’d recommend having more sunbeds available as by 10am almost all are taken), breakfasts offered a great variety of options, evening program was nice to have but not really necessary. Staff (reception desk and entertainment team) is awesome and willing to help. The only piece of advice for next time is replacing hairdryers with new models where you don’t have to hold the button all the time (it overheats fasts and stops).

The staff at this hotel are sooooo lovely, accomodating and friendly.
Nice food and drinks too.

We came during low season so not much entertainment. We had an unpleasant smell in our room every time we put on the heating/aircon. The staff were helpful though and acted on it straight away both times.

Really wish we could have used the jacuzzi but unfortunately it was freezing cold!

If we ever come back to Majorca, we would be happy to stay at Garden Saladina again.
Nice to have an adult only hotel.
Plus... their room keys are amazing! So unique and such a great idea!

This hotel is actually amazing. My sister and I came for 4 nights over easter weekend (so just at the beginning of the season), our room was clean, and regularly spruced up, every single member of staff has been cheerful, helpful and kind (as well as forgiving of our poor Spanish skills).
Breakfast buffet has been great (weird substitution from 'british' sausages to great big hot dogs half way through, but still nice, assume a supply issue!). Dinner buffet was hit and miss for us (i guess just in terms of our tastes, quality has been good consistently), but the Mexican night was awesome and again the staff have been so helpful and engaged.
We were also given a little birthday cake each and a postcard from the team.
The pool is beautiful, but freezing cold, the hotel is well located, an easy 10 minute walk to the beach.
We also experienced an issue with our shower not having hot water one day, we called reception and within 3 minutes someone came to fix it! Amazing service.
The real crown jewels of this place have been the reception staff. All of them have been so lovely but i have to mention Caty and Roxana, who are absolutely amazing, cant do enough for you, so kind, friendly, warm and professional. We really didn't want to leave.

The bathroom smelled strongly of sewage; reception immediately sent a cleaner. The smell was temporarily relieved, but unfortunately, the foul odor returned. We had mosquitoes in the room; reception gave us something to plug in to keep them out, which worked very well. After that, we didn't have any more mosquito problems. Activities were fun, and the pool was large and delicious. Breakfast was okay, not bad. Easy to reach by car, with plenty of parking.

If the restaurant buffet is open until 9pm. Perhaps ensure there is still a full choice of food until 9pm

Great stay!! Would reccomend to all. The complex was great. The food was awesome!! Good location. Easy parking. Great staff! Overall excellent. Room had a bit of a mouldy smell but wasn’t bad. That would the only negative thing for the whole time. Recommend to all!!

We like to drive around and look new places at Mallorca this was one of the best places we have book the last years. Nice «apartment» with nice view of the swimming pool, safe parkingspace and a fantastic breakfast was included. We will definitely come back for some more days, later. The staff live there jobs and smile all the time
