My family and I were looking for a quiet vacation and we hit the nail on the head! We loved being in the pool area with our drinks, especially in the Balibeds. Best holidays in a very long time and best staff ever, everyone made sure we had a lovely stay and we have had such a wonderful time can’t wait to come back!

Very helpful and friendly staff, food is pretty good quality and range. Any minor issues have been sorted straight away! Tip: bring citronella candles if you want to sit on your balcony and don't want mozzies around!

First-class hotel. Everthing went as expected. Nice staff and wonderful environment. A must if you are in the north of the island.

Ease at check in, staff very obliging and always found something to eat in the restaurant. Only thing letting the hotel down is the size of the twin rooms, not much space at the end of the beds to get past especially when the television is on the wall.

Staying here for 7 nights in may. We had to change rooms at the beginning as we were facing a court yard and wanted a pool view so upgraded at a cost. Food is standard, not the best or worst we have ever had. It's nice. Reception staff are lovely however just need more staff to ensure everyone gets seen to quickly as there was a big queue and only 1 member of staff. All in all a nice hotel.

Terrible food very low quality and no choice. Rooms dirty and staff rude.
Would never return. Bitten repeatedly by mosquitoes or fleas. Avoid this hotel.

This was our 4th visit for me and my husband and as always we had a relaxing holiday. The staff make everything so easy; they are friendly and helpful, especially Cati on reception, Jose, Gabriella ,Justine, Paco, Felix and all the new staff. The food was excellent and the room was always clean. Thank you for making our stay perfect. John and Rose Yems.
