Alcudia Garden Aparthotel in Platja de Muro

The hotel is within walking distance of the beach. There are several supermarkets opposite the hotel, yet it's still situated in a quiet area of ​​Alcudia. The rooms and the accommodation are very clean. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes every day. There's something for everyone.

The staff is generally very friendly and helpful. They're willing to help with anything.

But a big plus is the children's entertainment team. Every day there are various activities, from crafts to games to water activities. You name it, they do it.
It's a real treat for children to spend their holidays here. The October 2025 team was truly amazing.
A big thank you to these wonderful people, they made my daughter's holiday complete.

Very helpful and professional staff. The events for guests (horror tunnel, mixing drinks, chocolate workshop...) were fun and the staff was engaged. Just a few steps from the beach. The apartment annex is a really calm area. Our room might need some renovation, but it was very clean. I can recommend this hotel to all travelers.

Our staying at Alcudia Garden Aparthotel was really great. Localisation is very good, 2 minutes away beautiful  beach. There are nice swimming pools, but water could be hotter, especially in swimming pool for children. Wide variety of food, each person can find something for himself. Nice and supportive staff including cleaning Staff, reception and kitchen. I am celiac and was kindly suprised by service. Always chef of kitchen pointed meals without gluten which were available for evrybody and afterwards  he brought me a meal at the table from the kitchen in order to avoid cross-contamimation. Thanks to it I felt safe. Especially I would like to thank chef of kitchen Carlos " Carly " who was always nice,smilling and helpful. Always recommemded preparing something from the kitchen, sometimes even out of menu.
Thanks to him advices concern meals I felt always safe, calm and meals were tasty .

The rooms are much smaller than they appear in the pictures, but in a good state and always clean. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach is only a 2 minutes walk away, which is awesome. We had breakfast on the very first morning and decided to not book any other meal since we felt it was a lot of convenience stuff. There are many restaurants and bars nearby that are quite good food options.

Very close to the sandy beach of Alcudia, top-rated restaurants, souvenir shops and supermarkets. Comfortable stay for a 2-bedroom apartment with air conditioning unit and a balcony. The building we stayed don't have lifts to upper floor, so you need to carry your luggage up to the top floor (2nd floor). We have enjoyed their buffet breakfast and dinner (halfboard) for a reasonable price. The staffs from reception, housekeeping, restaurant were all accommodating. The room looks tired but spacious, our overall experience has otherwise been amazing. I will recommend this place to families esp with small children.

The staff are all amazing . Very friendly and helpful. Plenty of entertainment for my 3 granddaughters. Good shows. Relaxing atmosphere. Breakfasts were plentiful and varied.
So near to the beach. Local buses take you all over. Would recommend this holiday for anyone with children.

Superb location in the heart of Alcudia
We had a lovely time as a family of five (son, parents and grandparents) for a 10 day stay The rooms were a good size with plenty of space for all of us. Even with the sofa bed extended there was still a lot of room for us. We were there for the breakfasts only and there were plenty of options every day with lots of coffee machines, as the breakfast is only on from 8am until 10am i would suggest they started the breakfast time a little earlier as it could get very crowded at times. The doors to the rooms had a large gap underneath so the air con wasnt as cold as it could be and the noise from guests arriving or leaving in the night could be disturbing. The rooms were cleaned well and all the staff were lovely and friendly. The pool was a good size with lots of seating but could also get very busy and the summer season had only just begun. The hotel is in a fabulous location in the middle of restaurants, bars and shops with little noise from the street and less than 5 mins walk to the beach. Would certainly recommend.
