Hotel Roc Continental Park in Platja de Muro

We were very satisfied with everything, the food was great and we always found tasty things to eat, and even though we stayed 6 nights, it was not boring.
The rooms are spacious and cleaned well, and it was nice and quiet during the night. We got a room on the 5th floor, so it was absolutely peaceful and the room itself was also in a good condition.
The pool area is clean, the bar close to the pool is also nice.
The location is excellent, close to the beach, and also, a lot of local shops are close.
The staff is simply great, they really went above and beyond to make sure we have a good time. The entertainment staff (Vivi and Andrea for example), the cleaners, the kitchen staff, the receptionists are all super friendly and nice.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and we really hope we will be back!😊

Good central location & 5 min walk to the beach. Clean room & cleaned daily & towels changed if you wanted. We had an apartment which had all the essentials you needed. We had half board plus which was more than enough for us. The food was varied every evening & a good selection breakfast for all tastes. We had a package holiday & stayed for 5 nights, good value for money. Only one criticism is that the room we had on the front was noisy through the day & night. Clean pool & pool area, spotless. Lovely staff especially the young man on the pool bar, didn’t get his name but a very hard worker & very polite. We came for the 312, perfect location 🫶👍

Had a lovely stay here with my granddaughter, very clean and tidy, very helpful staff, plenty of sunbeds available, lovely beach about 5 minutes walk, easy to get the bus down to the Harbour where there's lots of different things to enjoy 😉

Absolutely stunning hotel! All the staff were so friendly. Especially Toni (entertainer) & Sylvia (receptionist) who made us feel really welcoming. Rooms are lovely and clean and beach is only 5 minutes walk which is a bonus.

Had a fabulous time. The hotel and rooms were really clean and the bed was so comfy. The balcony with sunbeds over the pool had the sun all morning which was amazing. Food and drink was good always something to suit everyone's taste. Staff were welcoming and friendly and the entertainment staff did a fab job of including everyone in the activities. So a big thank you to them. The area was beautiful and so was the beach which was only a three minute walk away.

We had an amazing experience with the all inclusive package. It was stress free and the food selection for breakfast and dinner was delicious. The pool side relaxing was also quite lovely, although you don't really get any views of the beach so if you are looking for beachside resort it won't be for you. The staff were super accommodating and friendly and occasionally ran activities during the day which we love participating in (and even won a medal and a free cocktail!). The only downside was the fact the flight was so late and it was also delayed and our transport bus also had to wait longer for more passengers so by the time we arrived to the hotel it was 4am so something to be mindful about if you are booking a 9:35pm flight out. Overall we had an amazing experience and highly recommend for a long weekend trip!

The staff were outstanding! Service was excellent! Food was great with a a variety of choices.
Bar staff were also friendly with excellent service. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.
