The best part about this place is location. It's clean next to the beach with private access and pools. The location is not too crowded or noisy. They have entertainment organized in the property. It is kids friendly. The buffet spread is very good for both breakfast and dinner. The bus stop and several restaurants are just a few steps away.

The negatives are mostly related to service. The rooms don't have water, even lockers are charged. The beds are not very comfortable. There is no room service. Lifts are often not working. The reception has a long line most of the time. While there is a phone in the room the quick reference for numbers to dial is missing. Once you figure what number you dial, chances are high no one will pick the phone.

The hotel is nice and clean but at the beach no bar or a waitress to take orders, no any music, we are with little boy so I don’t mean we want party but definitely the beach was a way too quiet. Mid day at the lobby the bar is not working so if I want coffee I need to get outside and go to the other bar which is not nice especially when you want to stay indoors because of the nice air condition temperatures. At the restaurant for dinner they do only wine and beer and no other alcohols so again you need to go from the restaurant to the bar bringing drinks for your dinner. The other thing that spoil our mood is for dinner the gents are to wear long trousers, I appreciate that we are in a restaurant but with temperatures around 40 this is away too much. I guess if we had a waitress to serve all including dinner this requirement would be much more appropriate. Great location, very good hotel but these little things make me give just 2 stars. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic resort, so perfect for kids! There were plenty of sun beds and lots of umbrellas and shade which is something we worried about with a 3 month old baby.

Food was great, drinks were great, entertainment at night was exceptional.

Room was very nice. Stunning views. Resort beautiful with an amazing beach. Couldn’t fault this place it’s perfect for what it is.

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the food was delicious, the rooms clean and spacious and the personal was very polite and helpful. Especially Abde, that man is the best, he deserves a raise! We will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Amazing resort! The best hotel I’ve been to. Kids friendly :) There are 3 swimming pools and direct access to the beach (Platja de Muro). The beach is not a private hotel beach so you have to pay for sun beds, but it’s really nice beach with fine, white sand and turquoise water. Food is good, pretty wide selection and every day it’s something different for a dinner. Staff is friendly (especially reception desk). Cocktails are really good - try tinto de verano! 😀amazing huge garden with so many sun beds - everyone can get what they want! For a lunch really good food and drinks are served in Luna beach bar. The hotel restaurant has an amazing view!!! Supermarket in the resort is really great, you’ll find everything there (even decent baby food) and cold cocktails (wide selection! Honestly hotel is well maintained! Highly recommended!!!!

This is a great accommodation in a quiet area on Muro Beach. They have a private parking area, spacious rooms and fantastic views over the golf & Port d'Alcúdia. Food is very good, a wide variety of foods & beverages, and great wines. On the beach, you will find sand, and the entrance in the sea is nice and easy, with no obstacles (no stones or something like that). Also, you can watch some fishes near the shore. Good for both singles and families with children.
