Went there for an all-inclusive weekend for a latin festival. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The service was excellent.

Great hotel, great facilities, very friendly and helpful staff. Went for a dance event and couldn’t fault their organisation. Food was great too.

Great experience. Awesome food, kind and helpful service, nice rooms and great location close to the beach. Swimming pool is ample and spa is clean and relaxing.

We thought the hotel and room was lovely. We had a Superior room pool view room and free non alcoholic mini bar with balcony. Staff were very friendly. The dining staff work so hard. Check in was good except the receptionist forgot to validate our credit card so come evening meal, we had the slight embarrassment of not being able to confirm who we were. It was sorted quickly with apologies. Check out was swift and efficient. My only suggestions would be : Place non smokers away from smokers. We couldn’t sit on our balcony because in the mornings and evenings, next door smoked and so we couldn’t sit and enjoy the balcony view. I felt this should apply to the entertainment section too. We had to move several times away from heavy smokers. We wished there was more organisation at meal times when people were queueing for food. We didn’t know whether to stand in one queue and join the end. It felt like we were pushing in if we went directly to the part of the buffet we wanted as there was more than one section to each buffet of food. Lastly, there were no instructions in the room on how to use the coffee machine or air conditioning. Overall, a very enjoyable holiday.

Just arrived home early this morning, after visiting this hotel twice in the past I had to come back for a 3rd time. Check in is quick sufficient and the lovely man on reception was great at ensuring we knew all information about the hotel. We arrived at 1am however we were surprised that we were not offered a drink after arriving so late. In the last times I’ve been this was always offered. I paid for a pool view room, unfortunately this was the only criticism I have for the hotel. We were given a room that was blocked by a palm tree and another tree so you didn’t get the full experience of a pool view room. After much consideration we went & asked to change rooms and if this was a possibility, reception did not seem to keen to want to do this, we finally managed to speak to the assistant director of the hotel & she was very understanding & got us moved to a room that did mean we had a clear pool view room but had to wait till the next day as the hotel was at fully capacity which we totally understand. But we appreciate being moved. Personally our first room I wouldn’t be advertising as pool view room as your view is very limited. Food was exceptionally good, great variety and love the themes. They really went above and beyond in the restaurant with all the props etc to advertise the theme they used. Everything was very fresh and topped up regularly. Sunbeds are booked up, but there was still lots of sunbeds if you didn’t mind waking up later and coming down to the pool. Pool was very clean and the seating areas around the pool. Lovely range of cocktails to offer and bar snacks. I was a little surprised at the evening entertainment, in previous years the evening entertainment was great. This time round we felt it was very sparse and some nights there was no entertainment just music playing. In previous years the entertainment team use to entertain in the evenings too aswell as tribute nights etc but this was not the case this time. The best show we saw was the Queen tribute night he was absolutely fantastic! Overall another pleasent stay and I will be booking again very soon!

Just returned from second visit. Lovely hotel. Very clean. Beautiful smell in lobby also lovely and cool. Found all staff to be friendly and helpful. They all work incredibly hard and are a credit to the hotel. From bar staff to restaurant always happy and smiling. Rooms super clean. Although hit and miss with coffee pods and cookies. Nothing major. Great walk in shower. Lovely balcony overlooking pool. Added extra of the coffee machine is welcome. Food very good. Plenty of choices. Fish and themed nights. I know catering for a large hotel is tough but did get bit repetitive . Pizza and paella always lush. We didn’t go across road to separate restaurant. Mozzies are an issue and I get eaten alive. Shame so avoided. I took plenty of spray etc and got bit twice during our stay. I noticed other guest not so lucky. So come prepared. We went all inclusive and loved the cocktails of the day both the alcoholic and non alcoholic. Gin and tonics always had a good kick. Wine meh red is better. Negatives not many. Sun beds wow they are so uncomfy and low. Could not lay out on them all day. My mother is 80 and struggled to get up and down from them. Plus so close together. Need to get the sunbeds upgraded. Overall had a fab week despite the rain. Bar staff very well organised. If raining they close pool bar And open main bar super quick. Very efficient. Not sure I would return but we met people from last year who had been going back for 5 years. Hotel has a lot to offer if in doubt don’t be. Just book and go.

me and my sister stayed here for a week in june 2025 we have really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are really clean, storage isn’t a problem and the beds are comfy we had no problem getting a sunbed, they did get full later on in the day but there was no need to go down earlier than 10 (at this time of year anyways) the pool is great and really accessible for those with mobility issues. a wide mix of ages also, not just older couples, lots of young couples, friends, groups, families. the pool activities and day time activities are great and there is a lot of choice every day. the facilitators (roy and marianna) were fab and not too pushy like you sometimes find in hotels. we were half board, the breakfast was good and had lots of options. we did find dinner to be a bit of a struggle some nights. the dinners are themed (arabian, seafood, mexican, american etc). the food that we did have was good quality and tasty. there’s also an option to book into the restaurant in over the road included in half board which is a grill restaurant the drinks were included at breakfast (water, juices, coffees from a machine), however these were shut off for dinner so we had to buy drinks with the meal (haven’t seen this anywhere else recently). cocktails were really reasonably priced at 6.50€ and strong!! the nighttime entertainment was also really good (especially freddie mercury & Micheal Jackson) the beach is only a 10 minute max walk, with lots of little shops on the way selling drinks, snacks, souvenirs etc. the beach does get busy as expected. we really enjoyed the ‘nu beach club’ which is around a 15 minute walk away and has good food and cocktails there is a bus stop close the the beach front with regular buses into Alcudia (15 minute bus), we also noticed buses into palma and the airport which we may have used if we had more time. the staff were all really lovely and welcoming, reception are really helpful with any questions overall, we loved our stay but as two young girls we found there was a lack of nightlife in the area other than a couple of bars so would recommend more as a relaxing holiday

Exceptionally clean with friendly staff The food was fresh, varied and tasty. You could also get food by the pool including salads as well as burgers and ice cream. The pool was lovely and surrounding area a real sun trap. Plus there was a ‘chill’ bar across the road from the hotel next to the gym and cycle centre. Entertainment in the day was varied and fun but lacked oomph in the evening. It may have been due to the season and lack of people as they seemed to disappear to bed ready for early cycling starts You can get towels to hire 10 euros which is refundable and great by the pool. We went all inclusive and it was well worth it. I even got a bottle of fizz delivered to our room for a special birthday treat - lovely touch.

Nice hotel to start and return from your bike ride. Meal was delicious considering most people were on half board. Great breakfast and even better dinner. Bigger tables for the group of friends would be nice and juice dispensers should be reconsidered - too many people waiting..
