: We forgot a sweater at breakfast this morning. We returned an hour later and it was gone, and no one had returned it to the staff. Unfortunately, we asked the staff at dinner, but no one returned it

The room was clean, well-equipped, and included a small kitchen with everything needed for a week-long stay

The hotel is perfect for families with children. We had no complaints about the food, including breakfast and dinner, and it was very varied. WiFi was correct and free in the room also

Meats, fish, veg, salad, pizza, pasta. My room was great, had an issue with 2 power sockets and the toilet but I told reception and it was fixed within the hour while I was down by the pool! Access to beach is a breeze

The Club section is close to the beach, while the Garden section is across the street, where the main restaurant, children's pool, and miniclub are also located. I can definitely recommend it

Love this hotel This was our second time staying at this hotel and it did not disappoint. Great location you are 20 mins from Palma but also 20-30 mins from other popular areas. It’s not in the loud Magaluf area

The hotel parking is limited so they may not have a spot for you to park and the public parking outside of the hotel is always packed as this is a busy area

Parking is a bit tricky, but everything else is amazing. I recommend the buffet, as it has a lot of variety, and jazz in the mornings!

My stay at this hotel was very good. It really has a great location. You're right next to the hotel, the beach, beach bars, nightclubs, supermarkets, etc. The facilities and services are all great

Cleaners are always good and come daily. Toilet roll paper always seemed thin. We didn't like the toilet as it was in a box room of an ensuite with no way of any air being able to get into it for ventilation

Our stay at the Reverence Mare was a very romantic one indeed. It was just what we wanted and needed and I highly recommend the swim up pool rooms

The hotel is conveniently placed for access for the beach and for the many restaurants and bars and is only about a 20 minute taxi ride from Palma airport. I found all of the staff friendly and attentive

On arrival, we were greeted with a glass of champagne and could not wait to go to the beach. The hotel overlooks a very clean, white beach with crystal clear blue seas

There is a few which is part of the hotel and others which are part of an extension to the hotel itself in the building opposite. Our bed was a lil stiff and felt like it needed to be more comfortable

We had a great stay at Melia South Beach. Excellent location, beautiful beach and walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

The staff was very receptive and friendly, the location is very good , just near the beach, the view is beautiful

Next to Nikki Beach with great music all day. I was not happy that there was no chair in the room and extremely small balcony which could not hang bathing suits to dry

The reception staff were friendly and the room was spacious. Being right next to a beach club, it is not the most ideal location if you’re looking for a quiet getaway

It’s simply not acceptable for guests to monopolize loungers by tossing a towel at sunrise and disappearing for hours

This property is fantastic!! They had really good music, rooms were very spacious and clean, the balcony was really nice and relaxing and in a perfect spot. Staff was always helpful and attentive

While I am aware that prices have increased recently, this is entirely understandable given the impressive refurbishment that has taken place. This change would not deter me from returning

Its location, slightly off the beaten track and away from noisy bars, is particularly appealing and perfectly suits my preferences. It meets all of my expectations for a holiday

The rooms could do with sound proofing and a fridge and tea / coffee making would be useful. At the end of the day it’s their business but scaring away repeat customers is never a good move

Our room was back facing and very dated definitely needs some tlc, bathroom was the same. Although this didnt affect the holiday itself. Food was good, staff lovely, cleaning team done an amazing job throughout the hotel

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and made to feel welcome. Melissa and her colleague were so kind, helpful, and friendly — a lovely start to my stay

Beach view was superb , rooms are clean ,staff are welcoming regardless of the language barrier , Breakfast great many varieties to choose from , a glass of Champaign adds icing on the cake very exclusive 😁🙏

We also had a wonderful view from the balcony (the only little minus as it was a bit too small). Parking possible on streets around. Washing machine and drier (working with 1Eur coins) in one of the buildings

A big thanks to all the staff at reception, cleaners, waiters, chefs and the bartender at Petit Bahia for making our stay comfy and unforgettable. The food, cleanliness and overall service was fantastic

Great cycling location, property has a secure bike garage with tools, air, and bike shower. One block from the beach and a mile from Alcudia old walled city an easy walk. Highly recommend!

What else can you want? Unfortunately the area is German version of Magaluf:( and we are too old for it lol ! We was hoping to find nice shops and tapas bars instead there was nightclub near and shops with football and sex logo t-shirts

The location is quite good, just a four or five minute walk from the bus stop. The hotel is right in front of the sea and you can swim directly

There are restaurants and shops on both sides of the hotel, which is very convenient

Our dream came true and we were lucky to stay at the lovely Costa Palma hotel in Cala Major on our honeymoon! Everything was truly amazing! Sending hugs to our favourite receptionist man! Breakfast was very good with a variety of offerings from fruit to eggs, pancakes, breads, meats and cereals. The only detriment was the skimpy toilet paper which was very poor quality

The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the sea, the surrounding restaurants had sea views and were enjoyable

Every day the hotel service a program: live music in the bar, parrot show and etc. They have dars, pool, and ping-pong game in the hotel. The hotel is in front of the beach so it's really near

Shower was ok and bed comfortable. Pool area ok but sunbeds were very uncomfortable could do with an upgrade. Ones on the roof terrace are excellent though

The location is wonderful offering beautiful pool area and a pretty beach area in a peaceful area with beautiful views

This is the third year my daughter and I have been to Hotel Coronado - planning a fourth!! - we cannot fault this deservedly 5 star hotel

The accommodation is excellent and their restaurants amazing. You can stay in rooms within their main building or down near their beachside swimming pools

Stayed in a suite room near the beach restaurant. We didn't eat at the top restaurant. Food was great, our children really enjoyed the selection

We Stayed at the beautiful BonSol Hotel, and loved everything about it. It was so quirky, loads to see around hotel, every turn you found something different. The restaurant was 5 star, waiter service

This fantastic hotel sits discreetly in Illetas. It is family run and one of the best experiences I have had on holiday. There is a true sense of family from all the team

Excellent food, good drinks and beer, nice rooms, plenty of sunbeds, only faults where the somewhat isolated location, and there only being one small pool. But otherwise this hotel is great.

i like the set up of the hotel. people are free and the beach with the chairs outside is everything. as the sun sets you see people fishing and some are on vacation , bonding with their loved once

Location rating is quite dependant on the type of traveler, it's a little remote, so if you wish to go to the port every day, it's a bit far

Food has been good, they switch the dinner buffet every night, haven't been disappointed so far. Everything seems clean and staff has been helpful and friendly. Decent amount of lounge chairs, pool could be a tad bigger

But all the staff were very friendly, at the desk as they got serviced a few times as they had cheaper water and snacks than my hotel next door. The gym that I saw seemed very well equipped

The service at the poolside restaurant was also slow. We had to wait a long time to receive menus, place our orders, and even ask for the bill multiple times. It wasn’t a busy time, so this was a bit frustrating

Despite the positives, the areas in need of improvement affected our experience enough that we would rate this stay 3 stars. We would consider returning, but with more careful expectations regarding the service

The waterfall shower in our room was fantastic, and on our final day, we were able to store our bags at reception and continue enjoying the pool until it was time to leave for our late flight

The service at the pool bar was quite slow, possibly due to understaffing, and the staff didn’t seem particularly eager to serve us drinks, which was a bit disappointing

Lots of restaurants nearby but it's a short walk to the main bars area. Hotel is adults only and no stag or hen does so it was blissfully quiet. Room was spacious with a very comfy bed a fridge and a good bathroom

Tv was hopeless but you don't come to Mallorca to watch tv so bring lots of stuff to read. The sea view rooms are worth the extra money. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice from the buffet

The hotel is close to great restaurants and Platja Illetas — a beautiful beach with comfortable sunbeds, bars, and restaurants. We will most certainly be back

We had a lovely stay in mid-October. The room was nice, with a big, comfortable bed

We would have preferred a completely separate bathroom rather than the modern glass-style installation, but after many years of marriage, it was fine

They helped booked taxis, recommended restaurants and set out some snacks (including gluten free!) for our early morning departure

Breakfast was delicious, had something for everyone. The hotel bar is good too, beside the pool. Service to rent beach towels was great too

Sunbeds are an additional cost and get snapped up quite quickly, but other seats and tables which are free to enjoy a drink or just to sit and read a book
