The staff have all been helpful and polite considering the amount of people here
Overall, this is beautiful place. I'm glad we got city facing room(but we paid for it 🤭). The rooms are big and spacious, the kitchen has most of the cutlery and pots for cooking. There was microwave, kettle, toaster
I was very pleasantly surprised after doubting my my choice after looking at other reviews. Yes, it's basic and in need of a good spruce up. The location is perfect, and buses are cheap tap in tap out for journey
We were there for 7 days and housekeeper popped twice - once she walked on when we were talking quite loudly and were getting dressed - she just walked casually to us in the bathroom and asked about cleaning
There are many pools, but they do get quite crowded. In the main restaurant, there aren’t enough tables and chairs for everyone, so if you go late, you’ll probably have to wait for an empty table
Next time, they came in and did the bed. They just threw a throw and that's it. When we got to the room, the bedding, the walls in the bathroom had loads of hair

Gabriel and his team keep the kids entertained while the adults can take part in other entertainment or just relax. Three different pools mean that you don't have to listen to the kids going crazy all the time
This was our 2nd stay here and it didn’t disappoint. We did the check in online this time and it really did speed things up. As Magnus guests we also had a separate check in desk (this wasn’t available the previous year)
we haven't experienced any sun lounger wars as I had read in other reviews. 3 pools to choose from, we prefer the more relaxed breeze pool. location very central 5 mins walk to beach, plenty shops/bars
We also had access to the Magnus restaurant where it was a lot quieter. Paula the chef was really attentive with a food allergy we had - so thanks for that. We enjoyed the activities with the animation team
We love it so much we want to come back next year. Surrounding area is beautiful great bars and beautiful beaches
We recently stayed at the FERGUS Club Mallorca Waterpark as a family of five — two adults and three children aged 13, 11, and 5 — and had a really pleasant experience overall
The food - we have stayed in various hotels in Majorca with 3* rating (and I’m very fussy!), and actually found the food ok. They LOVED the burger/ chip bar by the pool. The pool areas are clean and well managed
I'm a big coffee drinker so the fact that there are 24/7 machines in the halls oh the buildings and not jus standard coffee but espresso etc too and machines with cold juices and water
We have just returned from a week at Club Mac, as a family of 7, with kids from age 8-15. We didn’t have high expectations but budget constraints meant it was this, or no holiday
There’s also a water park within walking distance, which was a huge plus for us. The heated pool was a big bonus for us
Visiting in April, we wouldn’t have been able to use the other pools as the water was freezing, so having a heated pool made a huge difference and the kids loved it
The good thing was you have to "rent" plastic cups at 1 euro each. This resulted in no cups being left lying around. Location is a 20min walk to the beach but the hotel offer a free shuttle service every half an hour

Entertainment on the night was a bit basic/boring but we went for walks to the local shops and along the sea front which was right outside the hotel gates. We will be definitely returning next year as a family
Trip advisor review ROOM I found the room to be a decent size and our balcony to be good for sitting on. Our view, however, was terrible. If you can upgrade to a pool view - do it
The biggest problem experienced was the beds and the bedding, two single beds pushed together with a thin sheet on top doesn’t qualify as a ‘double bed or double room’ the gap between both beds was extremely obvious and painful and the beds during the course of the night did push away from eachother
We were above the laundry room, and faced a wasteland of grass. FOOD The food at Sol Palmanova was standard all inclusive. Between the 2 hotels and snack bar there was food to be had, however, it was the exact same
If you leave via the back gate you’ll find yourself at the beach within a 2 minute walk
The hotel rooms are small but we knew this and dont spend too much time in our room anyway, always cleaned and fresh towels if needed, we had a great view from our balcony

A wonderful quiet family beach hotel with quick access to the sea. The food in the restaurant was delicious, quite a good choice. Breakfasts are almost always the same but you won't go hungry
I would like to see the possibility of free water at dinner, because drinks are all paid and that's understandable, but at least water should be free. Cleaning is good, towels are changed very often
Thank you all for making our stay so wonderful. The resort is well-maintained and the location is beautiful. The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped
As others have commented, a bottle of water is somewhat pricey in the restaurant (for dinner), and one is not allowed to have their own water bottle. The beach was stunning, albeit at times rather windy
Our stay at Hotel Playa Esperanza was absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious with great variety every day. The beach and sea are simply breathtaking – crystal clear water and just steps away from the hotel
★★★★★ Outstanding Family Resort Experience!
Just returned from a magnificent two-week stay at Playa Esperanza (May-June 2025) with my family (3 adults, 1 child), and I cannot praise this resort enough!
The culinary experience was exceptional - the restaurant offered an impressive 10-day rotation of menus with fantastic variety for both adults and children
the smoking area at the pool bar is a bit too forgiving so for non-smokers its not always easy to sit and avoid the smokers. the late night snacks to be a bit more choice and to be until at least midnight
The gardens and pool are stunning with plenty of sun beds, parasols and even has poolside massages and hairdressers. The hotel also has a nice gym, handy shop and a Dr's as well as pcs at reception
The cocktails were excellent and good choice of local spirits available on the all inclusive. We liked the poolside bar as a good option for day time snacks and the table service was excellent
The hotel was very friendly clean the pool area was also very clean and tidy, The food at the hotel was really nice and a big variety.. really enjoyed my 3 days and higly reccomend this hotel
Large, immaculately-clean 4-star hotel with a 5-star swimming pool. Reasonably priced and we paid with Avios points
Beautiful hotel - Definitely worth a visit!
Room was bright, very clean and spacious with a lovely balcony, had a stunning bathroom with nice toiletries and plenty of towels and lots of nice touches like a fridge and plenty of sockets

From start to finish, the experience was seamless, relaxing, and incredibly well-suited to balancing work and well-being. Facilities & Comfort:
The resort offers a unique blend of tranquility and professional amenities
Clean modern rooms, excellent food choices , nice bars, good entertainment..
Pool was a bit cloudy ..
Wellness & Location:
After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight
Amazing hotel popular for Germans and cyclist. Very well connected bus connection right outside amazing hotel will recommend to friends and family
Meeting & Work Spaces:
Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction
Everything in the hotel is fine. Lot of facilities. Not a place where you can lay on the beach. Too small and next to a busy road. Mosquitos in the park deliver discomfort.

As room only can't comment on the food but some staff did need addressing and manager was polite and advised would deal with it. 15 min walk to beach and start of pomonard. Can get busses (25) straight to palma
The evening meal was good and I enjoyed the large choice of fruit available. I found the pool area clean and tidy and was always able to get a sunbed
I will say that they are poor sunbeds as they do not have a adjustable back
The hotel has good free WiFi and the bar has a good choice of drinks and ok prices. The hotel is located in a quiet area of a busy resort
I chose to upgrade to a pool view room and I was not disappointed. I stayed on a half board bases and the hotels breakfast was one of the best I have ever had
Location was class, about 5,6 shops outside which helped a lot , and a lovely 10,15 walk to the beach front which was a nice walk through the city so could t complain
room was clean lovely lighting powerful shower and balcony. The chambermaid was amazing and works so hard. Grounds were clean and big pool areas with bar

Booked it again for this two night stay with my better half and it was every bit as good as I remembered
I think the room and and bathroom could have been cleaner - There was a lot of mold around the shower
Bonus tip: On the day of departure, you can leave your luggage in the storage room and still enjoy a few more hours at the beach. There’s even a shower near the pool where you can freshen up before leaving
Towels were changed daily if needed, and the cleaning was always done well. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice – everyone can find something to enjoy. The coffee was tasty, especially at the pool bar
First of all, the location is excellent — everything is close by: the beach, restaurants, shops – all within walking distance. Secondly, the staff deserve a special mention
We also ordered a sandwich for our child at the pool bar – it was fresh, delicious, and the portion was huge 😁
Food selection and quality was too notch, I like to try different types of food and quite adventurous and there was always something to chose from and also staples for the less adventurous
The rooms were cleaned daily and were comfortable however the shower did let water out so had to place a towel on the floor blocking the door to prevent leakage
This was he first time we had gone all inclusive and it was a great experience. We were checked in early 10am as opposed to 3pm as usual
The room was spotlessly clean and we had a lovely view of the pool and high enough to have a sea view too. All the staff were amazing always smiling and very helpful
Good atmosphere generally and a nice central area with good access to the beach
The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, shops, and other amenities. Staff are mostly friendly and have a positive attitude. Food is decent, with some variety

Nice place for families with kids
Great place for families , clean and lots of pool areas. Close to the sea. Easy access and food was good. Somewhat noisy in the buffee area but it was ok after all.
A Second Home – Thanks to the Staff ❤️
We’ve spent our summers at SeaClub Alcudia Mediterranean Resort for over twelve years – and that alone probably says a lot
But what truly makes this hotel so special isn’t just the beautiful surroundings, the lush gardens, or the short walk to the beach
From the moment you step through the gates, you’re met with warmth, recognition, and genuine care. There’s a familiar, heartfelt atmosphere that can’t be faked – and that we’ve never experienced at any other hotel
They are trying really hard to keep it going but unfortunately for us we will not go back! It is TOO crowded. The food in the buffet is not good. Beds were uncomfortable ( for us )
We only had breakfast and only ate one lunch at the pool restaurant. We only ate once because we didn't like any of the four dishes we ordered and it was overpriced

A smaller issues was people leaving their towels poolside so finding a place was a bit of a task as we only required sunbeds now and then and not all eight together either. The bathrooms could do with some updating too
We were a group of 8 so seating together was a challenge, but we manager. The biggest issue was waiting for the elevator! The hotel seriously needs to do something about the extremly long wait for these
We were there during challenge Peguera. End of season yet the staff was always smiling and very helpful. Rooms were nice, and the fridge is a great bonus! The breakfast was also really good
But in general, the staff was great and even with the workload and coming to the end of season almost everyone had a smile on their face, more than willing to help
During the day there is also entertainment with some amazing guys, especially Alexia, so nice!!
Thank you all
This is no way a four star hotel, it’s a three star at best, day one we had a problem with ants and that didn’t go away for our entire stay despite them telling us they had sprayed our room and sorted it out

Great holiday, hotel located near the sea, where there are beautiful sandy beaches. Rooms clean, spacious with balcony. Excellent food all day long.
A huge thank you to Alejandro at reception, who went out of his way to change our room to a beautiful one with a pool view—it made our stay even more special! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable
Fran is by far the best animator we have ever met. Thanks to his amazing energy, kindness and creativity, our stay at the hotel was much more enjoyable and unforgettable. He truly made a difference during our holiday.
Very friendly staff and hotel team on reception, would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a best vacation experience in sillot Mallorca
Fran is the best animator in hotel, he make the best competition. Waterpolo was very good and water was hot. Fran is the best one more time
Fran is very good man. El animador Fran es genial. Te amo. Love him. This hotel is amazing. Omg omg omg 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

I also got to do karoke on evening which was absolutely amazing. Lots of friendly staff at hand. Pools were nice but got quite busy so you have to find a good time to go depending on how crowded you like it
Badly explained that the safe is payable at 4 euros/day, and that the 3 drinks included in the meal are removed. The restaurant is very good, very Mediterranean menus which allow you to eat very healthily if you want
The 3 drinks rule with lunch and dinner is an issue and I feel one that needs to be worked on not everyone likes wine or beer and of you don't drink 3 drinks with you meal don't expect to get one of these outside as its not on offer
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was really good, lots of different options. I opted in for a dinner buffet too and that didn’t disappoint
To me that doesn't cover my idea of all inclusive, you could just do what everyone else seems to do and by them cheap at the local spar, no one seems to monitor of be bothered if you brought in your own alcoholic drinks
Plus side hotel room was clean and towels changed and beds made daily. Enterment in the evening is questionable, depending on your taste. Food I found to be good be quite a lot of the same sort of thing

Food is brilliant too with a good mixture at breakfast, lunch and dinner!!
Entertainment for children is good throughout the day and evening too!
All the staff are very friendly and polite!
I would recommend this resort to anyone!!
loved it and really want to go back! food was lovely, staff all very friendly, hotel was clean and well kept. Rooms nice and clean. kids loved it and want to go back but for longer which i agree great value
There is also a shuttle bus into town/beach, it its a nice walk in but a killer coming back if your loaded with bags and its hot
The walls and ceilings showed wear, the bathroom door had signs of past water damage, there was a noticeable smell when opening the door, and the TV was very old
I realise we were there at the end of the season. Would be needed more in the height of summer
Paguera is lovely with a gorgeous beach, Santa Ponsa worth a visit, we went to take our kids to Jungle Park which they loved. Also a day in Palma is well worth a visit. Easy to get a bus from near Lidl

Loads of amnenities, pool tables, air hockey table tennis, huge swimming pool and of course the hotel is perfectly located right on a stunning beach
Great hotel and experience
Overall this is great hotel with a lot of amenities, just on the beautiful beach, and friendly staff. We had specious family suite with beautiful sea view
Staff were very helpful also!
The views were amazing ! The hotel led to the best beach with golden sands and crystal clear waters. The restaurant had a great choice of food and drinks. Although, we didn't see any tea
We had a great side sea view, with a very comfy bed. The staff are really friendly, helpful and always smiling. All the staff work really hard and will help with anything required
Our room was cleaned every day by amazing women, I didn’t remember her name but she was so lovely, she even make sure our daughters toys are placed on the bed every day to surprise her. We had bad and breakfast service
Absolutely loved staying at Hotel Condesa. The food is delicious, and a huge variety of options at each meal time. My children always enjoyed every meal as did I. The rooms are spotless, and cleaned regularly

Amazing the hotel and location. The rooms are clean and modern. There are fruits and drinks by the pool all the times for free
Good hotel for family with kids because there were nonstop events until post 10pm so it’s quite loud and noisy. The bed was not very comfortable-it’s too soft and squeaky and not giving much support for my back
The food is superb with something for everyone and it’s different each night so there is no way you’ll get board. The beach is super close so you can hop in and out of the sea and pool as you like
The breakfast was great, very delicious and healthy and all the fruits were super fresh and sweet and juicy
We made good use of the excellent gym facilities and enjoyed lovely walks along the beach. The pool area is also very nice. We were bed and breakfast only, but the breakfast offerings were superb
We found the gardens and outside spaces excellent no problems getting sunbeds and the pools were very good, also the room service was excellent cleaned everyday to a high standard

: We forgot a sweater at breakfast this morning. We returned an hour later and it was gone, and no one had returned it to the staff. Unfortunately, we asked the staff at dinner, but no one returned it
Restaurant that serves buffet its huge, but with a little space between the tables, so you feel like you're having a food on the music concert. It's loud with so many people eating and talking
The hotel is perfect for families with children. We had no complaints about the food, including breakfast and dinner, and it was very varied. WiFi was correct and free in the room also
A room with a sea view is definitely worth it. During my stay I have used the pool, gym, lobby and pool bars, pizza/snack restaurant
The Club section is close to the beach, while the Garden section is across the street, where the main restaurant, children's pool, and miniclub are also located. I can definitely recommend it
Meats, fish, veg, salad, pizza, pasta. My room was great, had an issue with 2 power sockets and the toilet but I told reception and it was fixed within the hour while I was down by the pool! Access to beach is a breeze

30am, drop off at 5pm as told to me by the Tui rep Lowa. We would not have booked this had we been told the facts. All in all, a great hotel if all you want is to lie beside the pool in pleasant surroundings
Everything came with extra cost (safely locker in room etc), and there was no minibar. We did not have dinner at the hotel. The pool area was nice and green. Breakfast was ok, selection was standard
Food is very good quality and quite varied. All inclusive is not available here but they have a good lunchtime/afternoon restaurant beside one of the pools which serves good food and drinks at a fairly reasonable rate
This is a lovely hotel, very spacious and pretty grounds. Pools were beautiful and seemed to have plenty of sun beds although if you get there in the afternoon on a sunny day they are all occupied
Colonia Sant Jordi is a nice little town with a lovely little bay with beach and coffee shops and a boardwalk around the coastline, but it was all too small for us
I was this week-end with my two babys, it was TOP. We ate at the restaurant and was BRILLIANT. I want to thank Salua, management of the hotel, she was really helpful with my allergic daughter

If you want to party all night long that's the place to be, otherwise stay else where. Slow and small lifts, constant queue for cup of coffee. Decent breakfast, perfect
location for shops, bars, 3 min from the beach ⛱️
Nice hotel with plenty pools on the top roof to chill out. We were lucky to book a one bedroom apartment with the massive private terrace (it was boiling hot to stay there) and well efficient aircon.
The hotel was really nice, the brunch buffet has lots of options, food was tasty and was close to the beach. I would recommend this hotel and also come back for sure
The rooms are clean and house-keeping are very friendly. The location is perfect because it’s close to the beach and restaurants, along with multiple small conscience stores
The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. One of the highlights was definitely the food — delicious, beautifully prepared, and with plenty of themed options to enjoy something new each day
Our stay at this hotel was wonderful from start to finish. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the view from our room was breathtaking
