This review will focus mainly on the way the hotel helped us with a strong dairy allergy. Otherwise the hotel, the room, the facilities, the setting - all great, no complaints. For families with allergies: - our son has a dairy allergy (milk, cheese, butter, chocolate etc). We were a bit disappointed to find that some of the buffet dishes were mis-labelled which could have disastrous consequences...

We have just returned from a week here and will definitely be coming back, arslan and the rest of the staff at the hotel were amazing, we went all inclusive and found the food and drink on offer really good and great value for money, our favourite being the lunch time menu which was amazing. One of the most lovely hotel . Exceptionally clean everywhere. Staff really friendly and welcoming on reception. Waiters and waitresses really friendly. All staff work long hours . Loved this hotel! Stayed mid September. All the staff we encountered were lovely, communal areas kept clean and beautifully decorated. Great to walk into puerto pollensa or really easy to get on the bus just outaide to alcudia, puerto pollensa or further afield (just contactless tap on tap off) Food was fantastic, especially the ribs! and always a good range of options.

We stayed here 5 nights and everything was really good. Food is ok, we always found something to eat and rooms were cleaned regularly. The entertainment during the day was sooo good, water polo, billiard, darts, kids club. Evening mini disco was a blast for our 3 year old daughter, Marcelo and Julieta are fantastic and do everything from heart. Definitely we will go back.

A good hotel at a reasonable price. All rooms have beautiful views of the pool and sea. The food is good; you won't go hungry. There are always several types of meat and fish. The bar offers beer and other drinks, including cocktails. The staff is friendly and eager to please. We stayed at this hotel for eight nights and would be happy to return.

Hotel is nice and clean. Service is varied. Some waiters and bartenders and friendly but not all. Food is mediocre, quite bland but hygiene level is good. Music is too loud and poor quality. Unfortunately it's on most of the day (and part of the evening too).

We had a fantastic last minute 4 night break at the hotel this week. It is located about a 8-10 minute taxi ride from Palma airport. We booked through Expedia which turned out to be a very good price for half board. What a wonderful hotel! Our stay was made perfect by the excellent amenities. We especially loved having the choice between the indoor and outdoor pools – a real highlight of our trip. To top it all off, the breakfast buffet was simply amazing every morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Just returned from 9 night stay. Hotel was ok, don't expect a big selection in the dining room, basically the same food each day and selection is small. If you don't like Rap music then this is not the place for you. We had a wonderful stay at Playamar Hotel & Apartamentos in S’Illot, Mallorca! The hotel is cozy, clean, and perfectly located near the sea. Special thanks to Juanito, who treated us with great kindness and always with a smile. He’s such a lovely and very professional person! Had a great stay at the BJ Playamar. The facilities were good and all the staff was excellent. But especially Encarni and Elyass who both made my vacation better with kindness, efficiency and their professional behaviour.

Hotel is in quiet place, near to beaches. Room was not modern, but it was clean and cleaning service was qreat. Breakfasts and dinners were always full of great food and meals. Receptionists were aleays helpful and we made pur favorit Elyass. Thank sou for your help!

I would challenge anyone to find a hotel that could compare. For the price, you won't find anything which could compare to this place. We have stayed here twice now and will likely come back again. Hotel was a modest 4 star. Good buffet options. Churros were great. Reception staff unwelcoming, cold, not interested in assisting guests....a warm welcome and a heartfelt smile goes a long way but was absent here. The hotel has a fantastic location, right on the beach. The swimming pool is very clean, and there's free parking in front of the hotel. The buffet is delicious with a wide variety of dishes, and you can see the sea from your room's balcony.

We had a very lovely stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the room was cleaned every day, and the baby cot even came with a mattress included. Very good location, decent rooms with a nice shower, the restaurant was also good but lacked a bit of choice (always the same and not enough meat). The staff was outstanding and went above and beyond for us on more than one occasion. We have just come back from here, cannot recommend highly enough!! Absolutely spotless and kept lovely by the very respectful staff, no fighting for sunbeds as nobody rushes down with towels first thing. Water refill stations by every block, supporting their environment awareness. Just so quiet and in a great setting. Would absolutely return to this lovely accommodation, thank-you!

It’s all in the detail, but the staff here couldn’t do enough to ensure I had a good trip, from reception, to the room maids, to the restaurant. The whole place is immaculately clean clearly with high standards being demonstrated. The hotel feels like a throwback to a better time, yet still maintains a modern feel.

For a 5-star hotel, the service isn't as top-notch as I expected. The night shift staff are even quite irresponsible. However, considering the price, it is good for a 5-star hotel and convenient to stay at. The breakfast is also nice because there is a wide variety to choose from. The room facilities are very comprehensive and the balcony is very comfortable. The service of the hotel staff is very meticulous and attentive. The hotel is very close to the beach, basically a four-minute walk away.

Booked the junior suite for our anniversary and it was so nice and spacious! Love the in-room speaker and balcony overlooking the sunset 😍 there is sauna and indoor swimming pool and the breakfast selection was good. Only downside was that there’s only one small elevator.

We had half board plus which was more than enough for us. The food was varied every evening & a good selection breakfast for all tastes. We had a package holiday & stayed for 5 nights, good value for money. Only one criticism...

Had a lovely stay here with my granddaughter, very clean and tidy, very helpful staff, plenty of sunbeds available, lovely beach about 5 minutes walk, easy to get the bus down to the Harbour where there's lots of different things to enjoy 😉

Absolutely stunning hotel! All the staff were so friendly. Especially Toni (entertainer) & Sylvia (receptionist) who made us feel really welcoming. Rooms are lovely and clean and beach is only 5 minutes walk which is a bonus.

Had a fabulous time. The hotel and rooms were really clean and the bed was so comfy. The balcony with sunbeds over the pool had the sun all morning which was amazing. We had an amazing experience with the all inclusive package. It was stress free and the food selection for breakfast and dinner was delicious. The pool side relaxing was also quite lovely, although you don't really get any views of the beach so if you are looking for beachside resort it won't be for you. Very tastefully presented, the food was excellent. Not the largest variety but essentially it had everything we needed. The apartment room was very clean and tidy when we got there.My children loved the indoor pool and the hot tub and also enjoyed the kids club.Would definitely recommend!

Lovely hotel - great location. Friendly staff and excellent facilities. Very clean everywhere and well maintained complex. Rooms modern and bright with nice balcony. Buffet breakfast was great with excellent variety- similar each day but with some different options to keep it interesting. Spa and indoor pool a bonus.

It is a very nice looking hotel with very nice views of the ocean. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are very nice. The mini fridge in the rooms are a bit on the smaller side considering the size of the room, and it is a bit hard to fit a lot in it. The best hotel in Mallorca in my opinion. The food is simply a 10. Freshly prepared every day in the morning, fresh eggs or pancakes—you name it, they have it here. Three swimming pools with slightly saltwater, so no eye irritation. They also have a spa with a sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, and a spacious pool with water jets above, plus two luxurious showers. And the view of the sea is incredibly beautiful...

Very nice suite hotel. We got upgraded there. Breakfast is really nice and every weekday has themed dinner for some extra money. It is super close to the beach cala lliteras for snorkeling and also close to a sand beach in cala Ratjada. We even had an evening performance of Tina Turner Tribute. Really nice

Wonderful hotel - 5 nights with my partner on our first holiday together. 3 pools and a glorious breakfast buffet. Incredibly quiet and peaceful hotel, this is definitely a spot for solo travellers or couples. Really clean showers, spa area and gym. 2 minute walk to the snorkelling lagoon and 10 minutes to the nearest sandy beach. Would highly recommend.
