We stayed here 5 nights and everything was really good. Food is ok, we always found something to eat and rooms were cleaned regularly. The entertainment during the day was sooo good, water polo, billiard, darts, kids club. Evening mini disco was a blast for our 3 year old daughter, Marcelo and Julieta are fantastic and do everything from heart. Definitely we will go back.

A good hotel at a reasonable price. All rooms have beautiful views of the pool and sea. The food is good; you won't go hungry. There are always several types of meat and fish. The bar offers beer and other drinks, including cocktails. The staff is friendly and eager to please. We stayed at this hotel for eight nights and would be happy to return.

Hotel is nice and clean. Service is varied. Some waiters and bartenders and friendly but not all. Food is mediocre, quite bland but hygiene level is good. Music is too loud and poor quality. Unfortunately it's on most of the day (and part of the evening too).

We didn't actually stay here, but the very kind and helpful lady at reception booked us a taxi as my friend took not well in the heat back to our hotel in Callar Millor. So Thank you from the 3 of us you were a life saver.

We had a fantastic last minute 4 night break at the hotel this week. It is located about a 8-10 minute taxi ride from Palma airport. We booked through Expedia which turned out to be a very good price for half board. What a wonderful hotel! Our stay was made perfect by the excellent amenities. We especially loved having the choice between the indoor and outdoor pools – a real highlight of our trip. To top it all off, the breakfast buffet was simply amazing every morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent value for money! The rooms are huge, making it a great choice for families or couples. I've rarely stayed in such a spacious hotel in Europe. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Playamar Hotel & Apartamentos in S’Illot, Mallorca! The hotel is cozy, clean, and perfectly located near the sea. Special thanks to Juanito, who treated us with great kindness and always with a smile. He’s such a lovely and very professional person! We 100 % recommend coming here and being welcomed by this super friendly guy.

Had a great stay at the BJ Playamar. The facilities were good and all the staff was excellent. But especially Encarni and Elyass who both made my vacation better with kindness, efficiency and their professional behaviour.

Hotel is in quiet place, near to beaches. Room was not modern, but it was clean and cleaning service was qreat. Breakfasts and dinners were always full of great food and meals. Receptionists were aleays helpful and we made pur favorit Elyass. Thank sou for your help!

Overall good, for a few days the beds were a bit uncomfortable but okay, the price was good when we went.

It’s all in the detail, but the staff here couldn’t do enough to ensure I had a good trip, from reception, to the room maids, to the restaurant. The whole place is immaculately clean clearly with high standards being demonstrated. The hotel feels like a throwback to a better time, yet still maintains a modern feel.

I would challenge anyone to find a hotel that could compare. For the price, you won't find anything which could compare to this place. We have stayed here twice now and will likely come back again. The hotel has a fantastic location, right on the beach. The swimming pool is very clean, and there's free parking in front of the hotel. The buffet is delicious with a wide variety of dishes, and you can see the sea from your room's balcony.

We had a very lovely stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the room was cleaned every day, and the baby cot even came with a mattress included. It is a very nice looking hotel with very nice views of the ocean. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are very nice. The mini fridge in the rooms are a bit on the smaller side considering the size of the room, and it is a bit hard to fit a lot in it. The best hotel in Mallorca in my opinion. The food is simply a 10. Freshly prepared every day in the morning, fresh eggs or pancakes—you name it, they have it here. Three swimming pools with slightly saltwater, so no eye irritation. They also have a spa with a sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, and a spacious pool with water jets above, plus two luxurious showers. Very nice suite hotel. We got upgraded there. Breakfast is really nice and every weekday has themed dinner for some extra money. Wonderful hotel - 5 nights with my partner on our first holiday together. 3 pools and a glorious breakfast buffet. Incredibly quiet and peaceful hotel, this is definitely a spot for solo travellers or couples. Really clean showers, spa area and gym. 2 minute walk to the snorkelling lagoon and 10 minutes to the nearest sandy beach. Would highly recommend.

My favourite place to stay in Mallorca. Ponent Mar is so peaceful. Rooms are immaculate and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I couldn’t recommend anywhere better in Palmanova.

For a 5-star hotel, the service isn't as top-notch as I expected. The night shift staff are even quite irresponsible. However, considering the price, it is good for a 5-star hotel and convenient to stay at. The breakfast is also nice because there is a wide variety to choose from. The gym is small, but it is good that it is open 24 hours.

The facilities and location are good. However, the manual explanations are lacking. It would be helpful if they at least provided written guidance on simple matters.

The room facilities are very comprehensive and the balcony is very comfortable. The service of the hotel staff is very meticulous and attentive. The hotel is very close to the beach, basically a four-minute walk away.

Booked the junior suite for our anniversary and it was so nice and spacious! Love the in-room speaker and balcony overlooking the sunset 😍 there is sauna and indoor swimming pool and the breakfast selection was good. Only downside was that there’s only one small elevator.

Beware that the local area closes completely at the end of October. The location is beautiful, easy access to buses and taxis when in season. Just stayed there for a week with my wife and 3 kids, absolutely beautiful hotel. Our room was very spacious and clean. Everything worked as it should. Pool area was kept clean an tidy. Nice apartment with a little kitchen - so perfect for low budget travellers that aim to cook at home. It’s a bit of a walk but totally fine (15 min).  All in all really recommendable.

Stayed here in August with my mum and little girl (3). From arrival to departure all the staff we met were excellent, on occasion going above and beyond for our needs. Ideal location close enough to everything while being slightly out of the way. Rooms were basic but suited our needs and had no issue with the cleanliness. My only BIG complaint is that they make it look like the property is very close to the Portals Nous Marina and the beach; when in fact it is around 3/4 of a mile from them. To reach the marina and the bars, restaurants, and the beach, you have to walk down a road that spirals around...

The hotel is a bit old, but the service staff is quite enthusiastic. They told us not to park at the hotel because it would charge a fee, and asked us to park directly next to the hotel. The room is a bit old, but it is still very comfortable to lie by the pool during the day. The pool seems to be closed at 6 pm. I don't understand why. There are very few Asian faces.

I recommend this quiet establishment, not far from the beach and shops, comfortable room with good bedding, spacious, modern, good breakfast, plentiful and varied, dinner with average quality dishes but for an affordable price overall. 2 nice swimming pools.

The hotel is in a good location and is easy to find by driving. However, there is no free parking space at the hotel. There is a public parking lot nearby where you can park at night. The hotel is quite large, with many rooms and good hygiene. I will stay here again next time.

Good location, clean rooms, great selection of delicious food!

Wide comfortable rooms with good housekeeping, nice swimming pool and a short walk to the beach. Breakfast and dinner buffets of poor quality and service. Poor WiFi connection available only in the lobby.

Clean and functional, really well located for cycling and running

Staff was very friendly. Clean, well designed rooms. Only problem was that there was no hot water in the morning on 3 occasions.

Excellent hotel This hotel is brilliant for and well used by cyclists with secure bike storage. You can check in no matter the arrival time as there is a night reception. Take towels for the pool or it is €10 deposit which is returned at the end. The apartment hotels have a a kitchen hob, microwave fridge etc so you can chill your drinks and do some simple meals. A lovely stay in a well equiped, clean aparhotel. The whole complex was very clean. The staff friendly and helpful. The two outdoor pools were not very busy so it was easy to get a sunbed. The food could have been a bit more varied, but was generally very good. The air-conditioned gym was excellent and free to access for residents. Our room did back on to a busy road which was far enough away...

Hotel room of satisfactory standard but bathrooms required updating

Welcoming staff, great location and good entertainment. Only downside was the area around the main pool was only partially non slip - walking through the bar from the pool could be quite slippery! Excellent tennis, padel and gym facilities. Restaurant Girovolta was really nice! Rooms spotless, food was good and the overall experience was brilliant.
