Staff was great. Pretty isolated from most things without a rental car. There were buses constantly running but it wasnt real easy to navigate the bus routes to get around.

Everything in the hotel is fine. Lot of facilities. Not a place where you can lay on the beach. Too small and next to a busy road. Mosquitos in the park deliver discomfort.

Great stay - kids loved the pool area and the bedroom for 4 was fine for a young family. Buffet is as you would expect for an all-inclusive package, but the grill restaurant (extra cost) was delicious on the 1 night we had it. Location is fine, in between Porte Pollencia and Alcudia, but plenty of bus and taxi services available to get you where you want to go.

Hotel is quite nice and the location is excellent, close to everything. The pool is also very nice. The food is really good. However, the rooms are too small and there is no kettle to drink coffee. But I would go back there again.

I can't find any faults with this hotel given the price we paid for our stay. The cleanliness of our room was impressive, with fresh towels and bedding provided every day. The bar staff were also friendly and very efficient. The only downside is that the rooms could be a bit bigger, but aside from that, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Good hotel for family with kids because there were nonstop events until post 10pm so it’s quite loud and noisy. The bed was not very comfortable-it’s too soft and squeaky and not giving much support for my back. We really enjoyed our time at Rio Bravo! The staff were friendly and kind, and even taught us a bit of Spanish. The buffet offers a good selection of food, and we didn’t mind the 3 drink per person cap (it’s designed to stop people misbehaving), and the staff were lenient. The resort is excellent! One thing i noticed. There is no music playing and the one they have is for a funeral home. They need an activity person to make people have a good time other than eat and tan. The show at 9 pm is not good. Singers cant engage with customers because they are bad. I read a lot of previous reviews and people give 3 stars of 5,because the man have to wear trousers at dinner and it’s not allowed smoking,what do they expect from 5 stars hotel? We were here 8 days,the service was very good,the food - fantastic,congratulations to the chefs and the dessert buffet! Good location,they clean the rooms everyday and always smiling. For sure we’ll visit again👌🏻

Beautiful beach. It is a public beach though. Highly recommend getting the bed and breakfast option as a minimum or the full all-inclusive.

Great hotel with everything you need. The staff, food, and service are quality. We never usually go the same place twice, but I would definitely return to AluaSoul!

We really enjoyed our stay at the AluaSoul. We did half board. The buffet options for breakfast and dinner were good. We ended up venturing out for lunch and there are good options nearby. The only thing which was a little disappointing was our experience the onsite restaurant Marea, we had our one "A la Carte"dinner in there and the food was very average, would not recommend. We enjoyed the adult only/my favourite club option which was perfect for our requirements. The staff were very friendly and helpful, in the restaurants, bar areas and reception desks. The views from our balcony were stunning and swimming in the sea was really enjoyable. There was a lot of sand transferred into the Scorpios building and I felt that a foot shower near the steps leading up from the beach...

Stayed here for a week. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and happy to help, and the many dining options in the hotel were delicious. The hotel put on activities throughout the day and the 3 pools and easy access to the beach was a bonus. Please note that some of the restaurants were not open every day, and it would have been helpful to get access to the app used for making dinner reservations...

Great location and loved having the beach right on our doorstep. Very close to the local town but not much to do in the town and could offer more activities within the hotel but still a very enjoyable stay.

Absolutley stunning hotel with wonderful staff. Alba makes the best cocktails in star prestige, she is very attentive and makes guests feel extra special. Totally recommended for your next luxury mini break!

Last minute booking, really good service. Star Prestige terrace is well looked after by Alba and nice and peaceful. Rooms all clean and modern. Such friendly staff everywhere.

Our second stay here within the last year and we have loved every minute of it. The buffet restaurants are brilliant, so much choice for kids and vegetarians. Sergio from the restaurant was so welcoming and a fantastic friend to our six year old son. The pools are all amazing and lots to do around the resort with our son. We went here for the October Half term with Jet 2. Palma airport was very slow going through passport control and the. New checks were not in place. The airport staff were not organised as far as the transfers were concerned. Eventually we found out that we had to book in one desk to be directed to another where we were then told what bus to get on. Alas, no driver at the coach he had to be chased...

Excellent location, 5 min from the beach and shops/restaurants/bars . We were there with our 2 year old, and extended family and the staff couldn’t do enough for you the whole trip. Rooms were spacious and kept very clean. Great value for money. Great atmosphere with the kids entertainment too each day. Would highly recommend

We had a great week staying at the Zafiro Tropic, especially as we got a great deal on the price . The hotel is well located , not too far from the beach and port area. We stayed in a penthouse room with a hot tub on the roof terrace . Room was clean and a great size with all the necessary facilities.
