Staff was great. Pretty isolated from most things without a rental car. There were buses constantly running but it wasnt real easy to navigate the bus routes to get around.

Great stay - kids loved the pool area and the bedroom for 4 was fine for a young family. Buffet is as you would expect for an all-inclusive package, but the grill restaurant (extra cost) was delicious on the 1 night we had it. Location is fine, in between Porte Pollencia and Alcudia, but plenty of bus and taxi services available to get you where you want to go.

Good hotel for family with kids because there were nonstop events until post 10pm so it’s quite loud and noisy. The bed was not very comfortable-it’s too soft and squeaky and not giving much support for my back. The breakfast was great, very delicious and healthy and all the fruits were super fresh and sweet and juicy.

I can't find any faults with this hotel given the price we paid for our stay. The cleanliness of our room was impressive, with fresh towels and bedding provided every day. The bar staff were also friendly and very efficient. The only downside is that the rooms could be a bit bigger, but aside from that, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We really enjoyed our time at Rio Bravo! The staff were friendly and kind, and even taught us a bit of Spanish. They need an activity person to make people have a good time other than eat and tan. The show at 9 pm is not good. Singers cant engage with customers because they are bad. Just returned from this hotel. For what you pay for it is OK value for money. The entertainment staff work hard and are friendly. If want a drink or biscuit from the bar don't expect all the staff to crack a smile as some are a little rude and you wonder why they are in that job. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was really good, lots of different options. I opted in for a dinner buffet too and that didn’t disappoint. Really nice hotel. Staff are excellent. Breakfast is lovely with plenty of selection. Beds are comfy. And got a good nights sleep. Location is at the top of a small hill. Also this is a complex, so there are several different hotel blocks. You may have a small walk to your block/room. The room was clean, a musty scent when I first arrived, but that was all. The pools were nice and the staff were attentive and friendly. Meals were virtually the same every day, with an array of choices. The area itself was delightful, and even at the end of the season, the weather was lovely. All in all, a lovely time had.

Hotel rooms are nice but require up grading. The room was clean I understand the island has rules regarding alcohol,at hotel you can only have alcohol drinks during meals and only so many per person per day ,I get this, but you can't take your drink outside!! But you can go to bar outside and pay, where has the all inclusive gone ? Fumming

Because of the heavy rain, the ceiling of bathroom leaked in the midnight. Check-in progress was smooth and welcoming.

Everything was perfect, the food was great. The only downside was that the rooms were a bit noisy due to thin walls, and you could hear everything from the hallways in the rooms. The staff were super nice and attentive.

I stayed 3 nights very comfortably~ It was a resort type, so it seemed like it was full of excitement day and night, and breakfast was included, and it was so delicious that I paid for dinner and ate it, and I was very satisfied👍🏻 It was a little disappointing that I couldn't see the ocean, but it was a very satisfactory accommodation for the price~
