Great stay - kids loved the pool area and the bedroom for 4 was fine for a young family. Buffet is as you would expect for an all-inclusive package, but the grill restaurant (extra cost) was delicious on the 1 night we had it. Location is fine, in between Porte Pollencia and Alcudia, but plenty of bus and taxi services available to get you where you want to go.

Good hotel for family with kids because there were nonstop events until post 10pm so it’s quite loud and noisy. The bed was not very comfortable-it’s too soft and squeaky and not giving much support for my back. I can't find any faults with this hotel given the price we paid for our stay. The cleanliness of our room was impressive, with fresh towels and bedding provided every day. The best of the Hotel is definetely the staff. Always friendly, helpful and guest-oriented. The apartments are very okay, mantained well and clean. The beds were also comfy. A few tiles were damaged in the room. The fridge or other things were very used. The breakfast and dinner buffet was okay, but very repetitive with some exceptions. Sometimes the paella rice was somewhat raw (not completely cooked...

We went as a family of 12 all of really really Enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. Food quality was excellent we had fussy eaters but they always found something to there liking. Staff always greeted you with a smile on there's faces. Cleanliness was spot on towels changed everyday. If you do holiday here the tap water and pools are salt water. This hotel is also suitable for the disabled.

Nice hotel, very clean. The people working there are very friendly and welcoming. The location is great, there is a nice beach with turquoise water 5min walking from the hotel. The food is fine. The swimming pool is very big and quiet.

Nice hotel, lovely helpful staff, food is great, with great selection. Every night entertainment, enough sun beds, and great stuff for kids. For us as a couple was not ideal because of the many kids, but we chose it, so not the hotels fault, as they done everything to entertain families and kids. So it is a good choice for families.

Nice hotel. Most of the place is new. Other things are a bit worn. Location is super good. The cleaning staff does their best. Same with the waiters. The food is ok and varied. Pool areas are fantastic. Especially with a child. However, it is a shame that you are not allowed to use inflatable swimming animals other than at the beach. The lifeguards are not super active. There are daytime activities...

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at this hotel. We really enjoyed it. Food was amazing a large selection there was always something we liked and lots of variety. Omelette lady was fantastic she made me an omelette every morning. The staff are brilliant always smiling constantly cleaning and the entertainment staff were busy all day trying to keep everyone entertained. Special mention to Marius...

Excellent hotel! Lovely people and hotel staff! Every day has activities for kids, and also in the evenings has shows and entertainment!! It is definitely a great hotel that left a long lasting experience in our hearts!! Every family should visit! Also the Food is Greaaat! And the beach WOW is super near by!

Fantastic holiday in Ciudad Blanca!! The staff were very friendly and attentive at all times. The food was delicious and there was plenty of variety. The entertainment for children throughout the day was ideal; my children didn't miss a single mini disco! The room was spacious and very clean every day! We'll be back soon, thank you for a very enjoyable week!!

The hotel is very old, and the "sea view apartment" doesn't actually have a sea view at all. The bed creaks, and the curtains don't block out light. The receptionist has a heavy English accent and is not very friendly. The all-inclusive drinks are watered down, which is a major drawback. The only redeeming quality is that the staff at the restaurant's grilling meat window are very friendly.

Andrei, Mario and Nikolai good perfect animation for our kids. It was amazing time. The food was good and everything worked for us like pools room etc.

The Animatiol Team is very good,and the Kahoot‘s every evening is very Funny! We Come Here every year since 15 years and Andrej is very Friendly! Martin is the Best service Boy he remember us every year since we were little children!

Good but not 4 star Perfectly adequate hotel in a good position for the main beach and harbour. Nice pool area and plenty of sunbeds; guests weren't reserving beds and not using them. We booked a pool view and asked for a top floor room but were given one on the 5th floor. We didn't complain about it. Breakfast was pretty good. Plenty of choice for all tastes. The cooked food let it down a little....

Easy to get to on the bus. Near shops and the beach. Friendly and polite staff.

The hotel is good value for money, but I booked it temporarily when I went to the wrong place. You get what you pay for, and don’t expect too much luxury or great service. Very close to the station, suitable for traveling to other cities.

The hotel is perfect for families with children. We had no complaints about the food, including breakfast and dinner, and it was very varied. Water war free for diner. WiFi was correct and free in the room also. The rooms are nice. The Club section is close to the beach, while the Garden section is across the street, where the main restaurant, children's pool, and miniclub are also located. The beach...

It’s near coffee shops, attractions, shops and everything else that you could possibly need. Lunch was a good selection of healthy breakfast. It’s about 3 km to Sagrada Familia

Half board is good value...all you can eat for breakfast and dinner. My room was 3rd floor sea view...very pleasant. Dining room gets very busy but once you've learned the ropes and sharpened your elbows...

Stayed 7 nights solo at half board. Absolutely amazing. Buffet for breakfast and dinner was wonderful. Breakfast was consistent with slight variations so you knew what to expect. Dinner has occasional themes but always has zones each night. Meats, fish, veg, salad, pizza, pasta. My room was great, had an issue with 2 power sockets and the toilet but I told reception and it was fixed within the hour...

Close access to the beach, clean rooms, and decent dining options nearby. The buffet was over crowded and to reserve the restaurant they tell you to do it 48 hours in advance but when we tried, it was already filled up and we ended up waiting a week to get into the restaurant. The buffet had a lot of options but had 100’s eating at one time.
