Lovely newly built hotel. Some rooms have bad smells! We had the bad ones and managed to change to a room without a smell! Then the hotel is ok to stay! Otherwise, wouldn’t recommended it.

To get to the cathedral, you need to take a bus. It takes about 30 minutes to walk. Went here for a couple of days and was absolutely amazing even compared to other universal hotels! Everything was super professional. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the location but a nice path around the shore for those who enjoy a morning run. The outside bar was great and the spa, pool and the 2 saunas were also top tier with an ice bath massage shower and even a water bucket drop! Recommend...

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here for a week. Our room was excellent with an amazing sea view that really couldn’t have been better, and all the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The restaurants at the hotel were also brilliant, and the pool area & communal areas were all spotless & very relaxing. We will absolutely be back!

Stunning Views, So-So Beds We spent a week here and loved the location – right by the sea with a beautiful pool area and a lovely spa to unwind. Breakfast was a highlight: delicious, varied, with à la carte options… though coffee always took its sweet time. The downsides? The rooms didn’t live up to the 5-star label – small, with uncomfortable twin mattresses pushed together, and a rather plasticky...

We visited in late October, just before the hotel closed for the season. The rates were significantly reduced, allowing us to experience a spectacular hotel for a more affordable budget. The view from our room was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to help with any queries we had and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely aim to visit again.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Beautiful property with some of the most amazing views I’ve ever seen. Our premium Mountain View room well exceeded my expectations as the rooms honestly look slightly underwhelming in photos, but are beautiful in person. The hotel is close to the airport and places to visit on the island. It has a high cost-effectiveness. It is also convenient to eat and drink outside the hotel. There are also Burger King snacks. The third picture was taken during an event and a restaurant was reserved instead of the hotel.

Ms. Mercedez at the front desk (you read that right, it's the last name, a local) was very enthusiastic and professional. At her suggestion, we upgraded the room to a sea view room, which was worth it. The room was very spacious and well-equipped. There was a water station next to the elevator on each floor, which provided free and unlimited iced drinking water. When you come back to the hotel exhausted...

The hotel service is very thoughtful. There are welcome drinks and snacks when you check in. The staff always greets you with a smile, making you feel at home. The room service is also very considerate. It is a very pleasant accommodation experience.

Very close to the beach, the room is large and clean, and parking is convenient nearby. Most of the surrounding shops are closed during the off-season. It is about a 15-minute drive to the town of Palma.

It was a happy 2 days!!! You can be satisfied even if you go there once in the winter!!! Be sure to request breakfast and try it~~
