Staff was great. Pretty isolated from most things without a rental car. There were buses constantly running but it wasnt real easy to navigate the bus routes to get around.

Great stay - kids loved the pool area and the bedroom for 4 was fine for a young family. Buffet is as you would expect for an all-inclusive package, but the grill restaurant (extra cost) was delicious on the 1 night we had it. Location is fine, in between Porte Pollencia and Alcudia, but plenty of bus and taxi services available to get you where you want to go.

I can't find any faults with this hotel given the price we paid for our stay. The cleanliness of our room was impressive, with fresh towels and bedding provided every day. The bar staff were also friendly and very efficient. The only downside is that the rooms could be a bit bigger, but aside from that, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff are all lovely and friendly, the food was great loads of choice and always hot, the room where cleaned everyday. My son loved the slides and hes 13. Good hotel for family with kids because there were nonstop events until post 10pm so it’s quite loud and noisy. The bed was not very comfortable-it’s too soft and squeaky and not giving much support for my back. The breakfast was great, very delicious and healthy and all the fruits were super fresh and sweet and juicy.

Our room was great my sons room was on the second floor after requesting a ground floor room by email and normal things in the room for a 11 month old baby which was confirmed, on arrival there was nothing though they did sort this out not a great start. Having always stayed in 5 star hotels this is not one it is only just a 4 star, the staff are very good but in the Star cafe if you can find someone...

Wonderful venue right on the beautiful playa de muro beach. The perfect size of hotel, not too big, yet everything you could want or need. All the staff were brilliant, so helpful and friendly. Stayed 7 nights solo at half board. Absolutely amazing. Buffet for breakfast and dinner was wonderful. Breakfast was consistent with slight variations so you knew what to expect. Dinner has occasional themes but always has zones each night. Meats, fish, veg, salad, pizza, pasta. My room was great, had an issue with 2 power sockets and the toilet but I told reception and it was fixed within the hour...

Close access to the beach, clean rooms, and decent dining options nearby. The buffet was over crowded and to reserve the restaurant they tell you to do it 48 hours in advance but when we tried, it was already filled up and we ended up waiting a week to get into the restaurant. The buffet had a lot of options but had 100’s eating at one time.

I had a really enjoyable stay at BLUESEA Club Marthas! The hotel room was immaculately clean and all of the staff were so friendly and kind and really made my stay so much more enjoyable. Stayed for 4 days with family to celebrate our granddaughter’s 18th birthday. Smooth check in and found our rooms which were in the same corridor. Our room, 121 , was a superior one. Diner/Lounge with patio door to a large balcony. The bedroom was ok with patio doors onto the same balcony. Fantastic hotel. The staff are so friendly...the all smile and say Hola! The rooms may need a little refurb, but the were clean and spacious. We even had our own little garden in front of the pool. Great place for families and couples alike. Although it's in the quieter part of Cala d'Or, it's not too far from the main centre...20 mins walk or 5 mins on the bus. Highly recommended!

It was my first time experiencing this hotel and I have to say it was all up to standard , the cleaners came every day offering new towels and bed sheets the rooms very nice and comfy, the food was good and with enough variety to please everyone , the staff of the bar were always friendly and quick with service. We stayed one week at this hotel in October 2025. The room was very small, we had a 3 person room and with the extra bed there was not enough room for the suitcases and with cases on the floor barely enough to walk from the bed to the bathroom. I was this week-end with my two babys, it was TOP. We ate at the restaurant and was BRILLIANT. I want to thank Salua, management of the hotel, she was really helpful with my allergic daughter. One of the best hotels in Mallorca and very family friendly. Thank you Blau Team for this holiday.

This is a lovely hotel, very spacious and pretty grounds. Pools were beautiful and seemed to have plenty of sun beds although if you get there in the afternoon on a sunny day they are all occupied. Staff are very helpful and pleasant, with most speaking either very good or pretty good English, although German seems to be the most used language as most of the clientele are German. Overall the hotel was set in lovely grounds but first impressions were poor as the man at reception who greeted us was lacking in any communication skills. He asked us immediately if we wanted spa access, then a coffee machine then finally access to a workable safe (all at further expense) which made check in disappointing. Halfway through our stay and enjoying it so far. Lovely grounds, nicely spread out with lots of space and green/quiet, nice pools and good facilities for adults and kids (loved the pirate ship pool and evening entertainment though some toys etc in play areas starting to look a bit tired). The resort layout feels quite spread out, which can make some walking routes a bit inconvenient. For example, on the way out of the resort or to the evening restaurant, you may need to pass through warm, non-air-conditioned conference rooms or take longer routes than expected. Several staircases from the ground floor to the restaurant were randomly closed during our stay, which added to the detours...
