Ok hostel - no safes in the rooms, no coat hangers, no clean towels. Tried to change the first room we were given, only to be given a key that when we went into the room - other people were still in there ? finally got another room - which smelled of sewage when it got hot ?......and also had a pair of men's boots under the bed ?

The hotel is in a side street in the center of the Old Town. It is very secure, with 24 hour reception and you have to be buzzed in. The room has the very minimum needed. No mirror in the bedroom :-( Food is good and plentiful to get you through the day. Would recommend for couples or singles

We didn't stay here but received excellent help in ordering two very late booked taxis that saved flight home. Very helpful and professional .

A member of staff let them self into our room and stole money from our suitcase it had a combination lock on it.there are no safes.they stole nine hundred pounds in cash and ruined our holiday. We still love benidorm.they also took my debit card number and used it to book another hotel.dont stay here they are not to be trusted dishonest and uncaring people

Regular visits to this beautiful hotel & just awesome staff & nothing is ever too much trouble. Brilliant atmosphere& nightly entertainment every night. Pool is excellent & pool. Rooms are modern, clean & comfortable. Meals have something for everyone’s taste.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and my mums engagement and wedding rings went missing from the room. Absolutely devastating and hotel staff completely uninterested. 3 days later and much chasing, still no call back from management. Would never recommend this hotel as a result.
