Apartamentos La Palma in Benidorm

Once landing in alicante, the lady who we was meeting at the apartment was really friendly and had no issues with being late due to our flight. Upon entering the apartment it was perfect! Especially for the location we wanted old town and that's what it gave us. The apartment looked really clean and tidy, however was not told that about the night club that was not in existence(pic4) to anyone except other people who stayed at the apartment which we also got woken to loud music at 1pm right through until 5am, above the club itself which we was not aware of. The apartment once closely inspected was found to be dirty, eg, fridge, cutlery drawer, worktop and bedrooms, and we had no hot water supply at all. We tried contacting the lady in which she said shes too busy to sort it, the whole 4 days we was there. The best part was the location in general was the perfect fit for us. :)
