Old fashion hotel but old only when about quality of services what they offer, everything outstanding. Only regrets is that we not stay longer to enjoy more....

First visited these apartments 20 years ago and they were fab then. They still are now! The staff are so welcoming, friendly and good fun. Great hotel and facilities for a budget holiday. My grown up son and I spent 5 nights at this resort for a quick break. Apartment was clean. Indoor pool and gym were superb. Nice place that is pet friendly. Nothing fancy but clean and affordable (especially for long term stays) with decent facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Though, as with many places in Spain, the water isn't good for drinking for people or pets so buy bottled water.

A beautiful beach front location, quiet beach and beautiful views. Plenty to do and plenty of bar’s & restaurants to choose to eat and drink from. Offers different types of catering, only downside is that the bracelets you have to wear are a little uncomfortable. We will definitely be returning as we all love it here.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramirez Flats Valencia. The apartment has its own garage, which made parking very convenient. Staff were very kind and helpful. A great choice for families. Highly recommended!

it’s a nice hotel, the room wasn’t special but pretty big for the price. the pool is really nice and wasn’t full at all when we were there. you can get to the city center by bus and the beach is also really close! also i would recommend visiting the parc which is about a 10 minute walk and sooo nice

Good location in the old town, quite hilly but was no problem for our party. Apartments very dated in desperate need for upgrades to the rooms. My major problem was the work that was being down , they started before 8.30am and the drilling, sanding, shouting to each other, we are on holiday, we don’t want to be woken every morning with this, when I complained one morning near the end of my holiday...

No room cleaners had to clean my room when we left or we were charged €75 only changed bed linen if you stayed over 7 days. Same towel all week if you wanted a clean one you were charged.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Only gripe was that we were given only one set of keys for 4 adults! This meant that if one couple went back early then the other couple had to escort them before going back out. Not ideal. This needs to be rectified.

The 3 bedroom apartment was absolutely wonderful. We all had a good time. Views from windows of the walkway and beach. Room rates were very good, as accommodation was 4-5 star. I will book again next time.

Cheap, great space, only thing bad is those damn windows. Christ any bit of wind those bang together all night, I had to jam socks in the windows. Wasn’t just one room either, we heard it all through the apartments. 150 euro up front, will need to take your own bins out and clear your own bedding. However check in is 5pm but we got let in at 2pm when we arrived which is a bonus.

Just spent a week here and was pretty basic don’t expect cleaners coming to your door because it doesn’t happen , don’t know about pool etc cause I didn’t go there but had a fine time

Booked premium room, roomy, clean, everything you need, air con was switched off due to climate, still too hot for me, missing table and chairs outside at the pool, I find it hard to sit/lay on sunbeds too long, you pay 1.5 euros a day for your sunbed, at first I thought this was a negative, but it was great, pay your money put your towel on it and it’s yours all day, no pressure if you go for lunch...

Good apartments only downfall you have to clean to get deposit back and you have to pay a deposit on the day you arrive but the rooms are good the staff are lovely it is a shame it doesn’t have its own pool it has to share but is a good apartment

Currently staying here and cannot fault the room. We are staying in the premier junior suite and it's just beautiful with a marina view. However I have one complaint! The staff in the restaurant and bar are just miserable and so unorganised. We never get asked if we want coffee, never mind if we want anything off the menu! and as for getting. Just returned from a 7 day holiday at Suites Del Mar. We have visited this hotel many times and have always found the services facilities and the location excellent. However on our recent visit we were very disappointed with a few of the changes that have been made after the recent upgrade work completed at the first floor pool area. Lovely hotel right by the port. Our room was the junior suite and it had a magnificent view of the sea and the beach. Apartment is clean and comfortable. On-site parking space is extremely good. Staff is friendly. But we have a hard time to drive to the place as it is situated inside the old town and all access have warning signs to deter non-authorized vehicles. We had 5 nights end October in the penthouse with outdoor terrace. The weather was great so the outdoor space was a real bonus. Overall a very nice property in a great location. But because there are no carpets or rugs in the units, you can hear every single sound in the unit above you. Spent 2 nights and got very little sleep.

The apartment is good for those who seek nighttime divertion. Which is normal for this part of Valencia. It is right above a bar operating late hours, ending up a with quite noisy collection of empty bottles early in the morning. All the windows are about 4-meters vis-a-vis with another apartment across the street, and are without noise isolation. We appreciated the friendly and professional staff

We have just arrived, really clean, comfy and spacious, however thought we would have had a balcony or terrace :( as we like to sit out on the balcony in the sun. Other than that, we cannot fault it. Fresh cold water waiting for us in the fridge and the pool looks inviting.
