Great hotel and facilities for a budget holiday. My grown up son and I spent 5 nights at this resort for a quick break. Apartment was clean. Indoor pool and gym were superb. Was a bit cold for outdoor swimming. Staff were exceptional from start to finish. Travel agent messed up our booking, which is not hotels fault. 100% for hotel.

We only stayed the one night in this beautiful little hotel. We wished now that we had based ourselves here instead of where we did in Denia. Our host was so helpful and so accommodating with our stay. We will diffently get back to Calpe and the Terrade Mar as soon as we can. It is a fabulous place to stay and location is perfect.

What a fabulous last minute overnight stay. We had the friendliest welcome we have ever received anywhere and the complimentary glass of wine on arrival was a lovely surprise. We visited in October and many things are closed for the offseason. However you would not expect the hotel to close the biggest pool without notice and have some smaller not heated pools open. A beautiful beach front location, quiet beach and beautiful views. Plenty to do and plenty of bar’s & restaurants to choose to eat and drink from. Offers different types of catering, only downside is that the bracelets you have to wear are a little uncomfortable. We will definitely be returning as we all love it here.

Apartment is clean and comfortable. On-site parking space is extremely good. Staff is friendly. But we have a hard time to drive to the place as it is situated inside the old town and all access have warning signs to deter non-authorized vehicles. We called the hotel and found out that the hotel would send our license number to the authority. Would be nice if there is such information given in advance

We had 5 nights end October in the penthouse with outdoor terrace. The weather was great so the outdoor space was a real bonus. Note that there were steep internal steps up to the terrace, which some may find tricky if they have limited mobility or small kids. The apartment is modern and has all the appliances you may need. The accommodation overall was very good but the hill up to it was so steep and we had great difficulty getting taxis to take us up and down, one of the staff was very kind and took us down one of the days, some days we felt we were stuck up there because we couldn’t get taxis down to the town.

My husband and I had the best summer holiday at Albir Hills Apartments & Spa. Due to a delayed flight we arrived in the middle of the night. Thankfully the reception team had already sent across a detailed map with clear instructions on how to access the apartment and we had no issues accessing at 2am! We loved our stay at the property. The view from our unit was breathtaking. The pool was perfect for us and enjoyed it a lot. The property is close to a really nice walk/hike. Nice place that is pet friendly. Nothing fancy but clean and affordable (especially for long term stays) with decent facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Though, as with many places in Spain, the water isn't good for drinking for people or pets so buy bottled water.

We arrived at 1am and was worried about the checking in times but to our surprise there is someone on the reception 24hr a day . Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed on the 18th floor the view was outstanding reading reviews before we left made me think what the hell had I booked but on arrival the staff was amazing we arrived at 2am and check in was fast the lovely man on the dest that night went into storage and got bucket and spades for my younger boys to play with on the beach the next morning.i normally have terrible sleep unless I'm in my own bed...

Loved it once we checked in It was excellent. Internet was almost always on except for 2 brief periods. The biggest problem was the inability to communicate with anyone the first night & being forced to check into another, more expensive hotel for the night. Bed was very good. View on the sea great! When you arrive and want coffee during your stay; buy them at the frontdesk. If you don't buy them right away and want them later on; the reception wasn't always open. I liked the apartment. I would give it a 9,5. Everything was there. Some things were old but the important things weren't. We really enjoyed our stay and the walks on the nearby coast.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Only gripe was that we were given only one set of keys for 4 adults! This meant that if one couple went back early then the other couple had to escort them before going back out. Not ideal. This needs to be rectified.

The 3 bedroom apartment was absolutely wonderful. We all had a good time. Views from windows of the walkway and beach. Room rates were very good, as accommodation was 4-5 star. I will book again next time.

Fantastic location. Tatty but comfortable, kitchen needs major updating, some things do not work and some do not look H&S compliant - iron cable broken in places and a gaffer tape repair in another. They appear to be updating the apartments in the block so worth asking for photos before booking

Property a bit dated, there were bugs on the sofa and had german but no UK TV. Breakfast was adequate, sauaages / scrambled egg, ham , cheese, bread, croissants and fruit (tea coffee and juice. However I am Vegetarian and also Gluten Free so I had scrambled egg and cheese. They did offer GF bread but it was a still frozen bread roll so couldnt be toasted. It was 10 euro so it eas OK for what I needed...

Room was clean but a little basic. Nowhere to really sit apart from the bed and a stiff upright chair. Nowhere to hang a wet pool towel or swimwear. I asked 3 different people on reception to replace a broken bulb and to check the safety deposit box that didnt work and nobody ever came so I gave up. Not very professional. Cheap, great space, only thing bad is those damn windows. Christ any bit of wind those bang together all night, I had to jam socks in the windows. Wasn’t just one room either, we heard it all through the apartments. 150 euro up front, will need to take your own bins out and clear your own bedding. However check in is 5pm but we got let in at 2pm when we arrived which is a bonus.

Just spent a week here and was pretty basic don’t expect cleaners coming to your door because it doesn’t happen , don’t know about pool etc cause I didn’t go there but had a fine time

Booked premium room, roomy, clean, everything you need, air con was switched off due to climate, still too hot for me, missing table and chairs outside at the pool, I find it hard to sit/lay on sunbeds too long, you pay 1.5 euros a day for your sunbed, at first I thought this was a negative, but it was great, pay your money put your towel on it and it’s yours all day, no pressure if you go for lunch...

Good apartments only downfall you have to clean to get deposit back and you have to pay a deposit on the day you arrive but the rooms are good the staff are lovely it is a shame it doesn’t have its own pool it has to share but is a good apartment

Nice and clean staff all very helpful and friendly room very good on the 6 floor. Had a problem staff went far and be on would stay again..10/10. 602.great service great service
