Apartamentos la Era Park in Benidorm

I cannot wait to return here and I’ve still got 4 days left of my holiday! All The staff are really nice and friendly and happy to let me hack and stumble my way through my Spanglish attempts and cannot do enough for you. Breakfast is very good and nicely cooked and continental breakfast is lovely also. The bar is very reasonable and the pool area clean. The views from my enclosed and not overlooked balcony, were panoramic and stunning. The room is clean and tidy and well serviced. It is everything one needs while on holiday and with a good Co-op style supermarket not far round the corner (10 minutes walk) you can also cook and self cater with the functioning in apartment kitchen/dinnette. The beds are clean and comfortable as is the lounge sofa/bed and the loo and shower room clean and well appointed. This is a 90’s build hotel and personally I feel all the better for its charm and not being all fur coat and no pants like modern hotels that have soft closing kitchen doors and silly affectioned coffee pod machine nonsense and computer controlled toilets and tv’s. I drive a charming and stylish classic 2cv not a cold and trashy without substance Jaecoo, and that’s a pretty good analogy here. I also feel in my humble personal opinion that those who have left poor reviews, either haven’t stayed in the same hotel or are amateur fairy story writers, and are people that would find fault in an empty paper bag and could start and argument in an empty telephone box with no coins! Particular praise also to the lady & gent who make the breakfasts. My grateful thanks to all the staff here, and I will very much repeat and repeat and repeat stay here. You want for and need nothing more or better. X

Onyl stayed for two nights , but enjoyed it ,rooms are good decent size and the balcony are really good size to , in good location , staff on reception nice friendly

Myself, husband and 13 year old daughter stayed here for 3 nights over the New Yr period and was pleasantly surprised. I was worried after reading some comments on here but we had no problems at all. The lovely lady behind reception checked us in swiftly and we were given room 1802 right at the top of the apartments, the room was clean and tidy and looked freshly painted. You had everything you needed in the apartments for a self catering holiday with a separate bedroom off the main room. The balcony we had was massive and we had the most beautiful views of the Benidorm and the sea. I only give 4 ⭐ due to having no sheet on the pull out bed in the main room, we could have asked but we were only there 3 nights so it was not a massive deal. I just thought if they knew 3 guests were staying a sheet/bedding would have been supplied. I would just like to say thank you for making us feel welcome and we would definitely stay at the La Era Park again for a short break in Benidorm

Just returned from a week, booked through jet2. Arrived to a very warm welcome. Our apartment was ready, even though we arrived quite early. Check-in was quick and easy. The apartments are budget. Clean, comfortable, good shower with plenty of hot water. Comfortable beds, large sofa and TV with several English channels. Basic kitchen facilities, but everything you need. Huge balcony. I had emailed in advance asking for a higher floor. We were on floor 8, with amazing views across the town and sea. If you're looking for luxury, these apartments are not for you. If you're looking for budget, clean, comfortable in a fantastic location, with welcoming friendly staff you can't go wrong. We will definitely be booking here again.

Booked apartment in March whilst here staying in a hotel. Got a good rate and liked the fact it was central between the old and new town in Benidorm. On arriving we got checked in early and the apartment was spotless. We had room 1404 which had been renovated recently and had a sea view. For self catering the only thing we could recommend is that they supplied mugs instead of the small cups, some bowls for cereal and maybe a grater. The apartment for us was fantastic but for anyone not good with walking the apartment is up a slight hill. They do cater for hen and stag dos which there was a few when we were here and it did become noisy but it was people having fun and to be expected. Overall we had a great stay and would return.

It’s exactly as it is advertised low key and comfortable accommodation. Lots of hen and stag doos some quiet and relaxing some loud and attention seeking. Room clean and basic but that’s what you pay for . Staff friendly and helpful. Bar reasonably priced and big selection. Food better than expected. Not a lot of sun round the pool but that’s October for you . Would return in future

Absolutely fantastic. I heard it was 2 star. No way. It is a 5 star all day long. The apartments have everything you need. Beds, storage, kitchen with microwave, pots and pans and living room. It's better than my own place. The bar staff and reception was very helpful. Amstel beer is only 3 euro so cannot complain. I went for a stag do but would go again in the future. Highly recommended.

11 of us stayed for my 50th, male and females. We had the best time ever. Yes the rooms we stayed in were a little dated, but had everything you needed for the weekend. A mention for Leanne the barmaid, you done a great job looking after us all and no request was too much, she made sure that our time around the pool was one to remember. The breakfast was fresh and set you up for the day. It was never a dull moment with our friend Callum taking charge of the pool antics but making sure that everyone else around the pool joined in and had just as much fun as us. You never know, we all might be back 😉
