Beautiful hotel over expansive grounds. There in February on a work conference so not really for pleasure, however the food quality was excellent, attentive and friendly staff and views over Benidorm to the sea were lovely. Great room size with a lounge and verandah. Would like to come back when its warmer.
We loved every minute of our stay at the Level. Great views, lovely rooms, good food, welcoming staff. Thank you!
All the staff are very friendly & helpful, the hotel and surroundings are beautiful, its spotlessly clean and our experience was even better than we imagined
I recently stayed at Meliá Villaitana in Alicante, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is breathtaking – designed in the style of a traditional Spanish village with charming architecture, cobbled-style streets, and colourful facades that make every corner picture-perfect. From my room, I had the most beautiful blue sea views, and with so many swimming pools scattered across...
We stayed last year with our family & this year with our friends at the Melia Villaitana Level. We came back, as all the staff are so friendly & the complex is so relaxing. It was lovely to see Ancuta again in the Level Lounge & she is still as happy, kind & helpful. Juan in the lounge worked so hard , but always had a smile. There was always a good selection of snacks & drink in the Lounge. The food...
Stunning buildings and great service combined made this a fantastic visit. We only visited for one night but wished we stayed longer and have already booked for 4 nights for next year. The views are spectacular, the service was incredible and the food was delicious. We stayed in a skyline view room which was beautiful and had the most comfortable bed! The pools are beautiful, the restaurants we ate...

The seaside hotel is quite large, the front desk staff are friendly, there is underground parking, the rooms are spacious with large balconies, and the facilities are good.
The hotel’s location is absolutely fantastic, situated right by the beach and within easy walking distance of the historic old town. Another major highlight is the breakfast—the spread is excellent and even includes Cava, which was a lovely touch. The staff throughout the hotel, including those at the lobby bar, are very kind, helpful, and welcoming. However, the property is showing significant signs...
We stayed here with family end of September. We booked three rooms: two execute suites and one family room. All the staff were great, rooms clean, breakfast buffet was delicious and the pop up ice cream stand was amazing. Just worth noting (and this might not bother everyone), the family room we got faced towards a beach club to the South of the hotel which was audible to us staying in the family room...
For me, this resort hotel is the most beautiful and best hotel in Valencia. The hotel is architecturally well-designed, stylishly furnished, and very spacious. I felt very welcome at this hotel and was always well looked after. The large room was always spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet was beautifully presented and truly delicious. I especially loved the freshly squeezed...
Catalin at reception and all of the other staff were fantastic. The personal touch is incredible, they really know what their guests need. When calling reception Catalin could literally recognise my voice and respond in my native language, without having to tell who it is. He ensured our stay is fantastic and that we are happy with the room. The other staff had amazing attention to detail too and unfortunately...
Room is reasonably spacious and somewhat updated but the bathroom is old. Do not expect to have nice relaxing shower. Whole hotel is feeling a little dated, with random desks set up in the lobby for concierge and guest services. The hallways to the rooms are musky. When I pulled up google to write a review, I was surprised to see it is a 5 star hotel. It does not feel like one at all. Service has been...

I can only share my experiences of the restaurant, which was absolutely phenomenal. Excellent food and the service was brilliant, with reasonably priced meals in a pristine and relaxed environment. The waitress Brook was very friendly and attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well catered for. Thank you very much 👍🏻 I highly recommend!
Very good hotel with excellent service, only breakfast is a bit poor.
The hotel is very comfortably furnished and located right in the center of Alicante. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel features an intimate pool and an excellent rooftop with a stunning view of the castle. The Fondillon restaurant offers tasty food at reasonable prices. The breakfasts are varied and enjoyable. Highly recommended.
Quite pricey for Alicante but lovely room and fab roof top pool (heated) overlooking Santa Barbara castle. Minibar / fridge, kettle and coffeemaker, UK etc TV channels. Very nice staff (a special shout out to Cristina). Only thing missing for me was a bar. Apparently there's one up top but closed when we went. The cosy library would be perfect spot for one. Parking in basement tight but great to have...
Welcomed with a fresh glass of Cava and Ivan was very helpful with an amazing sense of humour. Room and facilities were amazing. Can't wait to stay again.
The hotel was stylish. The staff was really attentive. The first day the shower faucet broke, but they fixed it quickly. The breakfast was good and varied enough. Of course we would have liked a little less fat yogurt and the coffee could have been better.

Fantastic experience from arrival to departure. All the team worked so hard to ensure I got the promised five star service. Excellent location in the heart of the old town but quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful nights sleep. I can recommend their restaurant as I dined there six times during my 10 night stay. This is not your usual Benidorm hotel but I don’t like usual!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely exceptional stay from start to finish. The hotel exudes elegance and comfort, with beautifully designed rooms, immaculate cleanliness, and attention to every detail. The staff were genuinely warm, professional, and always eager to help, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The amenities were outstanding, from the luxurious spa to the excellent dining...
Firstly I should mention that the staff working in all areas of the hotel are exceptionally friendly and professional. From the welcome to the hotel to leaving the hotel. The room I occupied was quite, spacious, very clean and remarkably well maintained. This is where I need to mention a glitch; on the first night my shower screen failed and seriously flooded my room. Maintenance attempted a fix but...

A touch of class in Benidorm. Beautiful location/views/staff & ambiance. Greeted with chilled Cava and treats upon arrival in our stunning room. Facilities, room, restaurant, service and staff were all excellent. A great place all together.
We arrived but no-one helped with the bags, parked our car showed us to our room etc. the room is ok but quite dated and this is not a 5 star hotel. The restaurant was ok the food too and restaurant staff were really lovely.
This hotel is wonderful. We are still here and it is coming to the end of the season so very quiet but in a way that makes it more special. The staff are fabulous. Fabulous hotel with easy free parking across the road for great access. Quiet location, but still close to the bigger towns by car. Wonderful staff, fabulous breakfast room/restaurant with incredible views. Lovely sea view room and wonderful pool side sunbathing by the cliffs.
Absolutely outstanding hotel, we’ve already booked to return next year. 5 Stars all the way.
We have been coming to this beautiful hotel for 18 years, it never fails to deliver in five star service. The greeting from all the staff is friendly welcoming but not too nuch. The accommodation is luxurious and clean, the cleaning staff are always so courteous. The breakfast is excellent and so too is the “restaurant on top” Highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

This is my second stay at this well-established 5-star hotel. The lobby is grand and luxurious, and the rooms are large and comfortable. The decor is a bit dated, but still quite nice. The breakfast is plentiful and meets 5-star standards. Overall, it offers good value for money.
It's barely a 5-star hotel. The rooms need updating, and the TV wasn't even a smart TV. The rooftop cocktails were quite weak. The pool was very small, and when we went, there were no towels. We had to ask for them. Mistakes a 5-star hotel shouldn't have. The facilities were adequate. The breakfast buffet was fine.
Great, centrally located, and with good service. I'll definitely come back when I return to Valencia.
Most attractions are within walking distance. The front desk service is professional and enthusiastic. They recommended many restaurants to us, all of which were delicious! The room service is considerate and clean every day! 💌I will come again next time!
From the moment we arrived at SH Valencia Palace, our experience was nothing short of fantastic. The room - nice, clean, modern. Walls are a bit thin though, I could hear the neighbor snoring at night. But it didn't bother me much. The bathroom products are great! Breakfast - very good! I initially made a mistake with the dates of my reservation and simply asked the hotel to change them – a request other hotels have easily handled for me before. Instead, the hotel refused to help, blamed the booking agency. Because of this, I lost my money. Totally unacceptable customer service.
This is my second stay in this hotel and it is just as I remembered. The staff are very friendly and go that little extra to make sure you are comfortable and to help as needed. Just returned from a fantastic 4 day trip to Alicante staying at the Eurostars. I’ve stayed in most of the hotels in Alicante and I can safely say this was a great experience- the team on the front desk couldn’t do enough for us, I was so delighted when they delivered up a special gift for my birthday to our suite. The room type was great, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was just average, but everything else was really good.
Just an amazing property, beautiful location is of the charts, staff could not be more helpful. Gorgeous and spacious rooms, the only thing is those carpets could be cleaned a little more often or a little more thorough
My recent stayed in Westin was very pleasant! The room was spacious but what made it different was the service. I had the most relaxing stay in Valencia at the Westin. As this was my fourth time here in Valencia I was much happier to be in the Westin hotel location (in the past I've stayed in hotels right in the center), it's more local, right near the park and has everything you need without the overwhelming tourist crowds. Awesome. We’ve been coming to this hotel since the 90s - yes, we’re THAT old - and it remains very special indeed. Great golfing. Superb location between Denia and Xabia (you need a car). Lovely staff. A quiet, peaceful retreat. We adore it.

On our last day I purposely went down for breakfast as soon as it opened but still the cooked breakfast wasn't warm enough to eat. That is a disappointment for a 5*hotel.
Very good hotel but disappointed in the food .. especially the ala carte
Great accommodation, excellent food, very good location!
I recently stayed at Barcelo La Nucia Hills for 5 nights in a suite, and while the price was very reasonable and the accommodation spacious and clean, I would rate this hotel as a solid 4-star, not a 5-star, especially when compared to my recent stays at Barcelo Tenerife and Barcelo Royal Hideaway Santa Catalina. Stayed here with wife in Feb. All I can say is this place is amazing. I have stayed all over the world and travel a lot. This may be best experience I have had from a customer service point of view. We just had lunch here and didn't stay in the hotel although it looks fabulous inside. We sat on the front patio beneath a parasol and food was nice, staff lovely.
