Nice apartment, super central location. Everything was there. The reception staff were very nice, but they didn't refill toilet paper or clean the five days we were there

This is a full apartment, one bedroom, living room and full kitchen. Balconies overlooking the plaza in the heart of old town Valencia. Modern, clean and well appointed. No manager onsite. They will give you the access code to the building and to the apartment key. Apartment is in a pedestrian area. If driving, do not follow Google maps, it will send you into restricted pedestrian areas. Locate the nearest parking garage and walk from there, It will be about a 10 minute walk.

In summer 2012 I stayed in one of the Living valencia's apartments during my holidays, the apartment was located in the city centre right next to the Mercado Central in a quite square called Plaza de la Merced. The staff was overwhelming and helped us with all the needs and the requests we had, they provided helpful information and also arranged tickets for the City of Arts and Sciences and the Oceanographic. The apartment was totally refurbished with modern furniture, we had free access to WI-FI ,a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and an efficient cleaning service. I stayed for one week during which I could feel the warmness of the spanish hospitality. I definitely recommend this property.

Excellent location, middle of downtown. Lots of shops and restaurants just outside, short walk to just about anything. Rent a bike right outside and ride to city of sciences or bioparc (zoo). Apartment is clean, big and nice. Friendly staff.

Booked an apartment for some friends who were visiting Valencia, they were very happy with the flat, and I couldn't fault the service given by Sergio. Very helpful.

Room is good for solo or for a couple if you have no room centric activities to do. Just enough space. Provided with all basic amenities.
Cleanliness, was poor.
Fan requires repairing as it make lot of noise, change its electronic regulator.
Bathroom requires better lights.
Bathroom require small shelves to keep shampoo n soaps while taking shower.
Better communication among the your employees required. Many many issues with that. At least one good English speaking employee required.
Overall, nor very good experience.

The apartment is good for those who seek nighttime divertion. Which is normal for this part of Valencia.
It is right above a bar operating late hours, ending up a with quite noisy collection of empty bottles early in the morning.
All the windows are about 4-meters vis-a-vis with another apartment across the street, and are without noise isolation.
We appreciated the friendly and professional staff.

Absolute scam, the photos of the flat on the website when we did the booking were completely different from the actual flat when we arrived, it was literally a different flat. We made a complaint hoping to get a refund since that's illegal. Absolutely fuming, bunch of thieves, book with someone else.

On the ground floor you will find great tapas, while on the second floor there is a Basque restaurant with great food. I greatly recommend the txuleton (steak).

Very fun way to try tapas. You get a plate and take whatever tapa you want. You have the toothpicks and pay afterwards, €1.95 each. The tapas are on the counter, the Hot ones are taken around the Hall.

The quality of the service is very good, the food quality is medium, not bad but medium. The poor review comes from the price, it is extremely expensive for the quality of the food they provide. Avoid at all cost.

The food was good, but very very salty and expensive. We ordered beef and it came with no sauce. The weight of the beef also includes a large amount of bones. Would only recommend this place if you have lots of cash in your pocket, but with this amount of money, there are much better choices out there.

Tapas here are amazing. So many different ones to try from, I love having a variety of food to sample! It's a buffet style so you just pick what you want and they'll charge by toothpick.
I loved the crab salad with cheese on top. Creamy and flavorful. The artichoke tart was crunchy and I loved that you could actually taste the artichoke! Those were my favorites.
This is Europe, so you really can't say much for service at any restaurant. They don't work for tips here so never expect superb service anywhere.
Service here was friendly and that's all I expect!

Excellent food both in taste and in presentation. Good atmosphere. Friendly staff. Highly recommend if visiting Valencia (tip: try the spider crabmeat stuffed scallops). We will definitely go there again.

Great service, great seafood, great atmosphere. It all made us feel like at home. We visited the restaurant already few times and every time the food had excellent quality. We recommend it especially to all tourists who would like to try typical and quality Valencian seafood. This restaurant is light years ahead of the other restaurants in the city centre (in terms of quality, professionalism and service). Prices are absolutely normal.

A compulsory stop for breakfast here, if you would like to know how locals eat their breakfast.
Get in early and order one of the numerous stuffings to go with your bread roll. Order a coffee or a glass of wine - yes, for breakfast! Eat like a local :-)

Great experience as expected. Found this place through google maps last week in Valencia.
My partner and I both had the set menu and 1 drink each. The service was systematic, meaning there was hardly any waiting time for the next meal. I would recommend this place. Our waiter was originally Moroccan and he definitely made us feel at home.

The food here is hit and miss. On a Sunday, the food was awful. Always check to see if there are many other patrons. If not, you're in trouble.
