One of the better holidays I’ve been on! The entertainment was great and ran throughout the day, the buffet had plenty of choice, and the staff in both the buffet and bars were so friendly and welcoming. There are lots of places to relax, plenty of sun loungers, and the sea and beaches are right outside. Shops and bars are nearby too. The view of the sunrises and sunsets are amazing too.
The only small thing I’d mention that impacted the rating a little is that the beds could have be a bit more comfier, but aside from that I would happily come back.

Fantastic hotel. All inclusive for 10 days, the food was great and a huge variety, though after 7 days did become a little repetitive, but what place wouldn’t. The hotel was clean and the staff amazing. No issues what so ever. The hotel is a small bus ride into the Marina, the stop is right out side the hotel. Everyone has their own view but for a good standard family holiday you wouldn’t go wrong picking this place.

A very enjoyable stay here! Was very impressed with the selection of food and drink on the all inclusive, and the staff were always very friendly.
The only slight negative was that the beds weren’t overly comfortable due to a hard mattress.

Just returned 15th Oct after spending 10 days at this hotel. Food, always something to choose, Rooms, as advertised, clean, spacious and above average. Bathrooms, everything you need including a spacious shower.Staff really helpful. People with walking difficulties can take a taxi ride to the marina for approximately 15 euros or the bus from just along the hotel. Just one word of warning if you book a trip to Mijas its a long walk from the coach to the centre. Thank you to the hotel and staff for a perfect holiday.

We stayed at the hotel to attend a truly memorable event. The ocean views were absolutely breathtaking and simply one of the highlights of the hotel. You could see the ocean from a variety of spots within the property and it took my breath away!

The hotel is approximately a 25-minute walk to the Marina, which offers a variety of restaurants and shops. We felt safe enough to walk; even during the night. There were local attractions in the area as well. Fortunately, there are also several dining options, grocery stores, and a pharmacy within close proximity. Ubers are present in the area, and taxi services are readily available.

We chose the inclusive package, which allowed us to enjoy meals at the poolside, the casino, or the main dining area. There are lots of options for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. The dining staff eagerly welcomed everyone and were knowledgeable about ingredients which was helpful to our party who had allergy and food restrictions.

Personally, I preferred relaxing in the jacuzzi and baths rather than the pool itself, which allowed me to make the most of those amenities. There’s a spa area as well! But with that being said, there was pools for younger children and older kids and a separate one for the adults which was nice.

For guests seeking a quieter environment, there was a lovely outdoor patio area that was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The hotel also hosts events in the main lobby on certain days, which can be quite lively. During those times, I appreciated being able to unwind on the outdoor patio instead.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable; however, they are not soundproof, so sounds from upstairs and downstairs from can sometimes be heard. For those who prefer cooler temperatures, we found the room to be a bit warmer than ideal. Although the air conditioning was operational, it didn't seem to cool the room as much as we would have liked, and adjusting the thermostat did not help as such.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed my vacation at the hotel.

I really loved both pools they had! Plus the lunch bar next to the pool. All the bars were awesome! Very polite people! The buffet was tremendous! Lots of food everyday! For all three meals! All inclusive is the way to go!!

Sorry but this has to be the best Hotel Stay ever. From the moment you walk into reception you can tell the quality is already there. Staff really helpful and present them selves well. Room was superb..clean and well laid out. Food was amazing I couldn't see anyone not finding anything they didn't like. A good choice of drinks too. Staff are always on hand keeping the hotel spotless. A choice of pools from adult only too splash park for little ones. Definitely a return here.

Family of three ... beautiful room....very clean.. cleaners bar staff everyone works so hard. Food amazing ...I have gluten intolerance and all food labelled so I knew what I could eat . Also kitchen chefs made me gf pizza and fried chips and bread when I requested . Amazing friendly helpful . beautiful place .... A walk to the marina but lots of bars restaurant very near by . Drinks where fab . Food fab. Service fab . amenities fab. I would love to go again . One thing .... A gf toaster for breakfast would be amazing I missed toast . But the baguette was good when bread was made for me. All in all a fab hotel experience. Will miss this place.

A perfect stay, very quiet and excellent service throughout

Check in was smooth, we had an 11th floor Superior Double room with sea view. The room was big with plenty of storage space, spotlessly clean, big bathroom, coffee machine, safe and fridge. Great view from the balcony of the low cloud and rain 😢. All inclusive was fab, great selection of food, sweets and salad etc, live cooking station at all meal times. Staff are a great asset here that’s all staff. We knew before we went that the beach was none existent however, the huge well kept hotel grounds made up for it. Plenty of places to sit outside when it’s nice, poolside bar again very good and snacks great. No issues for us hotel wise, definitely would return. Thanks all staff we had a great holiday.
