The beds where comfy. The staff where helpful, only thing I could complain about was there was no free access to drinking water anyway. The restaurant was good with a wide selection of choices. I would of thought they would of had a kids section with it being a very child friendly hotel, no children's plates or cutlery. The entertainment was good and drinks where reasonable. They had a free bus service from the hotel to the beach front which was nice. Would love to come back in summer
The pool area was nice, but the indoor spa was too cold.
Very good food - buffet considering, but not a very effektive system at the restaurant entrance.
Very good service: had a water damage from above, but they quickly fixed it and offered us a bottle of champagne as apology.
Sweet cleaning crew that left candy for my daughter.
