Superb location, Spacious Room and Helpful Staff.

I arrived the hotel earlier than check-in time on the day, thinking to drop the luggage and come back later during the day but the staff Clara was very kind and helpful let me check in early because the room is ready. It is very kind gesture.

When I come into the room, the room is very spacious, bight and clean. Also, my room can see the Rock of Gibraltar which is a bonous. The bath room beyond my expectation, the jet shower head which is very powerful that relieve my tiredness for the day.

In the evening, i went to the bar on the first floor. The female staff on duty also friendly and helpful and I have relaxing time before go out for dinner.

The breakfast is very good and provides wide range of choice. The only thing I feel need to improve is the crowd control because there were few tour groups having breakfast at the same time causing little chaos. My table was occupied by another guest after I went out to counter to pick up the food.

Despite this little dynamics, I still have an enjoyable stay and I will back again when I visit Gibraltar.

Hotel with a good breakfast and ample parking. It is located directly in front of the marina, and we enjoyed a nice view of the sea and the Rock of Gibraltar. The location is very convenient, especially if you plan to visit Gibraltar, as it is within walking distance.

However, the room was quite dated, as is the hotel overall. It does not feel like a four-star property, and the price is high considering what is offered. There are likely better options available in the area for the same budget.

The room was so spacious and clean.
All the staff were kind.
This hotel located downtown , so we could walk to shops and restaurants .
There is no lights around a table.

I would like to recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, whatever age. Food is great, very plentiful buffet with all dietary requirements considered. Drinks were a fair price too. The hotel is very popular with visitors, and there are people from all over the world staying there, especially sports teams that are seated at the back of the dinning hall. Lifts always worked, spacious rooms and very convenient location, as its very quick to drive out to the motorways and if you want to walk to the city centre, its a very quick & easy walk. Hope to stay there again some time.

Hotel needs a fresh is getting old the location is perfect to walk to Gibraltar The size of the room is big. But beds are bit uncomfortable. The front desk is not super friendly but they are ok. The restaurant staff are super friendly the supervisor or manager she was super helpful and friendly. I would recommend if you are gonna spend the time in Gibraltar if you are looking to spend time in the hotel I will definitely not recommend even the pool is very small for the size of the hotel. Also you need to get parking (wasn't expensive like 12€/day)cuz there is not free parking around.

Recently spent two nights at this property. Very good value for money.
The check in process was super smooth.
The rooms were spacious and neat though the furnishings were basic. The attached bathroom was spacious with a bath tub and good lighting. The balcony overlooking the bau was spacious and had a good view of the city.
The property is located just under 5 minutes by walk from the bus station and is under a 10 min walk to the Gibraltar passport control making it a fine base for a day's trip to Gibraltar.
The in house restaurant had a very good selection of appetizers, starters, main course as well as desserts.
Service at the restaurant was very efficient considering that they had over a hundred guests.

The only downside that I experienced was the slow WiFi speed.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Granada!
We had a fantastic stay here. The location is perfect — right in the city center, close to everything. The hotel offers covered parking for €20 per night, which was super convenient.

The room was very clean, the bed extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Breakfast was varied and delicious — plenty of choices to suit everyone.

One of the best features is the rooftop — stunning views of the city, with a lovely bar and restaurant to enjoy in the evening.

Everything was excellent. If we return to Granada, we’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
