Our stay at Posada de Quijada was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable. The guest house itself is beautiful, cozy, and perfectly located to experience the charm of Granada.
What really made our stay exceptional was Tony. His customer service went above and beyond anything we could have expected. One day, my boyfriend and I were sick and stuck in our room, and Tony personally made us ginger, lemon, and honey tea to help us feel better. That level of kindness and care is rare and meant so much to us! It genuinely felt like being looked after by family.
A helpful tip for future guests: Granada has a lot of stairs and hills, which is part of its charm but can be challenging if you have mobility concerns or heavy luggage. If you’re unsure, make sure to call both before and after your stay to book a taxi—the hotel staff is extremely helpful with arranging this and making the process smooth.

Lovely and helpful staff, nice breakfast, generous room and bathroom, "french balcony", a nice garden/yard to rest in and excellent location to go on by foot in the city!

Very attentive staff, home-cooked meals, cozy rooms with spacious showers/bathrooms, meals by a fire, and a plethora of advice on places to eat, shop, and visit on your stay. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel, would/will definitely stay again in the future.

We had a ingeniously designed room perfectly suited to today's traveller with its super efficient use of space and availability of electric outlets. The shower is the best I have ever experienced while traveling, or perhaps anywhere. The staff are friendly, helpful, warm and kind. Simply a great place to stay in the old part of the city.

In the middle of everything, but still an oasis of calm. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and generous rooms. Comfortable beds. A patio to relax and survive the heat. A breakfast that leaves no whish open. This was clearly the best accommodation we had in Andalusia! I recommend this location without any restriction!

I got lucky to snag a room in the Posada. Located in the Albaicín neighborhood, it’s the perfect place to stay at if you want to live a real Granada experience. The rooms are super clean, Tony’s hospitality and food are excellent, and it’s affordable. Would come back here again without a doubt.

The great location is worth the effort it takes to drag your luggage here! We had a quiet room right off the entrance and it was cozy and perfect for one night. Tony was so helpful and breakfast was a treat.

We loved staying at the Posada de Quijada! The location was excellent and the rooms were very nice and homey. We contracted a stomach bug from a restaurant somewhere in Grenada and had to spend all day in our room but it wasnt that bad, because they rooms are so comfortable and have great terraces/balconies. I would highly recommend, I thought it was a great value and amazing hospitality.

Great little gem in Granada, outstanding service from the hosts, great private patio, fantastic breakfast and very quiet location. Perfect to enjoy Granada and rest away from the bustling at night.

This is a lovely property hosted by a lovely lady! The room, the courtyard, the breakfast all excellent. Ainhoa , the owner, assisted getting us a table at a close by restaurant and she packed us sandwiches for our hike at Camineto del Rey. I will say that the location is very hilly if that is a concern. I would stay there again for sure!
