An excellent 4-star hotel. Great location, excellent service, a skyline terrace with a small pool and bar, a well-staffed lobby bar, and a generous breakfast buffet. A very spacious bed, a spacious bathroom (with a bathtub and a rain shower and a telephone), and meticulous cleaning and tidy amenities are essential for the price. A coffee maker and safe are also provided. Standard minibar prices. A very comfortable stay. We would repeat.

Enjoyable and pleasant stay at this hotel for 2 nights. Great location, near the train station and walkable to the city centre and tourist attractions. Check in and out were smooth and fast, service staff were excellent. Room is of acceptable size, clean and bed is comfortable. Quiet stay. Highly recommended.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Granada train station. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, and it's easy to get to the main attractions from here. There's a rooftop pool with city views. The staff are friendly and can communicate in English. The hotel also provides complimentary bottled water, and there's free lemon-infused water in the lobby. Overall, it offers good value for money. The shower facilities are also excellent.

Lovely, modern, 4 Star upmarket hotel centrally located only a 15 minute walk from the Cathedral and city centre. Very comfortable modern bedrooms en suite. Small reception and medium-sized bar, with a small cosy restaurant attached. Delicious breakfast. Evening meal is limited, but OK. Plenty of alternative restaurants within 15 minute walking distance of hotel. Very small lifts. Good, friendly service. One of the better hotels we stayed in. Recommended.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, within walking distance. There are also good restaurants nearby. Our room was spacious, but the lock was a bit faulty.

The location is pretty good, you can take bus 33 directly from the bus station. It's also not too far to walk to a few attractions. There's a Chinese-owned supermarket across the street which is convenient for shopping. However, there's one fatal flaw: the soundproofing is absolutely terrible. I didn't expect amazing soundproofing, but you can even hear people showering upstairs. Other than that, everything else was fine.

"I cannot believe this is a 4-star hotel. My 3-night stay was a nightmare. Housekeeping was a mess: on the second day, they just threw a pile of towels in the room, and on the third day, they actually gave me DAMP TOWELS.
The staff did absolutely nothing about the other guests screaming in the hallway, and the soundproofing (both walls and floors) was the worst I've ever encountered. Zero management, zero professionalism. I would never stay here again even if it were free."

We were a party of three, staying in a room with two single beds and a sofa bed. The cleanliness was acceptable. There's a large supermarket about a 5-minute walk away where we had dinner, and the prices were fair. Right next to the hotel, about a 3-minute walk, there's a bus stop for the bus to Granada Airport, which costs €3.1 per person. You can take bus route 32 to the Alhambra. Walking to the Cathedral takes about 15-20 minutes. Overall, the transportation is convenient. This was the cheapest hotel I stayed at in Spain and offered the best value for money. There's also a restaurant right next to the hotel with delicious food.

The room was much bigger than what you'd typically find in Barcelona. Right across the street, there's a Chinese supermarket. The hotel is really close to the city center, and Granada University is right next door. Plus, there's a bakery nearby that's way cheaper than the cafe attached to the hotel.
