The staff was wonderful in helping us with our questions to find locations connected to our heritage. And we enjoyed the recommendations for local restaurants right there on the same street. We definitely would stay there again!

The staff were amazing! Kind and attentive and allowed an early check-in. The room itself was excellent- clean, comfortable and lots of amenities. I enjoyed a relaxing bath with bath salts provided, in addition to an exfoliating mat. Lastly, the location is perfect, across from the Guggenheim museum and 1 block from the tram station. Although the staff were very good the hotel was somewhat to be desired. Bathroom was weird - bathroom sink had opening through the wall into the bedroom part separated by a curtain. The breakfast was a total rip off - so over priced - 2 eggs, 1 small piece of toast, 4 spinach leaves and 2 cherry tomatoes with coffee was just over 20 Euros. Really close to the Guggenheim but generally overpriced...

The room, though on the small side, was themed and really nice. Clean, noise-less, are good points. Reception staff very helpful. I assumed I'd get body lotion as in all *4 but not in this one. We did not try the breakfast as we had committments with other people but overall the stay was +*4. Not excellent as body lotion is a given in a 4 starts.....soryy, that needs improving.

It was a very clean and comfortable stay! We took the bus from the center of San Sebastian, which was convenient as it was frequent and credit cards were accepted.

Lovely comfortable and clean room. Excellent breakfast and courteous staff. Adjoining bar did great food and wine. 15 min walk or short bus ride to the centre of San Sebastián. Will stay here again when we re-visit.

We had a great stay with our dog at a very reasonable price. There was a slight odd smell when we arrived, but it quickly went away after we opened the windows. The hotel is pet-friendly, though there was an extra charge of €12 for our dog and €18 for parking. Breakfast cost €9.50 per person and included fresh pastries, fruit, and yogurts. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We only stayed here for a night, but it was much better than we expected it to be! Rooms were nice and they really made good use of the space. Service seemed good to us for our limited time here. Would recommend

Really lovely welcome from staff. The room was massive - really comfy bed, clean and the bathroom was great. Nice tea making facilities too. I liked the fact it was just a 10 minute walk from the bus station, walking distance to the old town, and right next to a lovely coffee bar/ patisserie.

Having used Ibis budget previously, I booked this as It was the cheapest hotel option I could find for my stay. The room was clean with great shower facilities. I traveled by train, and the hotel was conveniently close to the station. The staff always greeted me with a smile, which I really appreciated. The cleaning staff also did a great job. I'll definitely stay here again.

A wonderful hotel with incredibly friendly staff. Even though we arrived well before check-in, we were able to shower and freshen up after our journey, and then immediately set off to explore the wonderful city of Bilbao! The Guggenheim Museum is just a short walk away. The breakfasts were delightful, and the coffee was delicious!

It was good, but for example, they had a full parking lot, so we had to leave our car on the street. Several times when we used the bathroom, it smelled like sewage. The staff was excellent, the mattresses were 10 points, the location was exceptional, and the neighborhood was very good.

This is a nice hotel and staff are friendly. The corner room I was in was a little pokey with dine idiosyncrasies - for example the TV was on an angle so you couldn’t watch it from the bed. It is exellenly located near to town though and I slept very well.

The staff were friendly and cheerful. It's close to La Concha Beach and about a 15-minute leisurely walk to the area with many bars. The bus terminal to Bilbao Airport is also within walking distance, making it very convenient. There was an odor in the room and bedding. The kettle seemed unused and was still covered in dust, which bothered me.

This hotel is in a perfect location in central Bilbao. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was a good size with a luxury bathroom. The icing on the cake was that the staff arranged for some Cava t be left in the room for my partner’s birthday which was a lovely surprise. Definitely recommend this hotel and will return when we next visit beautiful Bilbao!

I've stayed total of over a month in this hotel. Location is great. Some first floor rooms are noisy due to people walking behind your door all the time Doors don't block much noise and there is a gap under the door...

Room was clean and staff was helpful, street noise unbearable from room 109, not hotel’s fault revelers are very loud all hours of the night and well into the morning when noise from delivery trucks to the nearby grocery store takes over, be sure to ask for a room in a quieter section of the property!

Room was small but located in old Bilbao which is ideal. Elevators were kind of weird, probably because the building is so old. No closets, so not ideal for long stay.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights and were very pleased with everything. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, the room itself was in excellent condition, and the breakfasts were delicious. Highly recommended!

Well located and very clean hotel

Just out of town by a 10 minute walk. So nice and quiet. Number 16 bus is useful. Restaurant next door needs booking in advance. We couldn’t get in. We ate in town and it was fine. Easy access to the seafront. Breakfast excellent. Patio tables available if you want to be outside. Rooms excellent. Pleased with our choice.

The hotel is a bit off the attractions. While the staff is fantastic, the rooms are so basic! This would not be a problem, but they charge so much! We loved Bilbao but were not too keen on this hotel. Terrible view, decaying facilities and not a good location.

We stayed here for one night at the end of our Camino and it was perfect! This hotel is located right next to the old town and a five minute walk from a hop on hop off bus stop. We only had 24hrs in Bilbao and because of the hotel location we were able to do the hop on hop off city tour, visit the Guggenheim Museum and go to the old town in the evening for dinner and drinks. Great location and interior at first; what impaired the experience for us was what sounded like a high probability to either get parking in the hotel or nearby (which wasn’t the case, and turned out to cost us a lot of time [and nerves] on a trip where we barely any).

Short stay in San Sebastián As we were driving we picked this hotel as it was near the motorway for our next journey. It was a 20 minute walk into town which was ideal for us. Also on a bus route which ran every 5 minutes. Also had underground parking which we needed as we could leave baggage in car.

Loved the views over the rooftops out to the bay. It was amazing to watch the colors of the bay change right from the room. The bed and bath are very comfortable and the design of the room is very nice. The staff is very friendly. Nothing beat the short walk to the beach, promenade and old town. At night the neighborhood was quiet even though it was very central.

Hotel on the top floors of a very high building so there’s always a good view, either to the bay or to the city. Beach and promenade is 2 min away, old city 10 min… I would book it again

This hotel provides a lot of conveniences as it is located in the center. It offers parking as well but it was full when we were there. We found plenty of overnight street parking around there. The room is very clean and comfy. We enjoyed our stay.

Our room was clean, and we liked that we were able to open the window. Even though our room was on the street it was quiet. A few options to walk to for food/drinks but not too many and not too close. The staff was friendly and the breakfast options were good.

The room had everything except for an electric kettle. Hotel is nice and staff was great. Excellent water pressure in the shower! Close to old city and many attractions. The unfortunate part is that there are many pickpockets about and you must be constantly vigilant.
