Hotel Zenit in Bilbao

This hotel provides a lot of conveniences as it is located in the center. It offers parking as well but it was full when we were there. We found plenty of overnight street parking around there. The room is very clean and comfy. We enjoyed our stay.

Our room was clean, and we liked that we were able to open the window. Even though our room was on the street it was quiet. A few options to walk to for food/drinks but not too many and not too close. The staff was friendly and the breakfast options were good.

This is an amazing beautiful, modern hotel in a good area at a very reasonable price. It appears to be new with beautiful amenities & kind, competent staff. It’s impeccably clean and we had a nice little balcony to sit out and enjoy the view. Would recommend staying here.

Quite good hotel in Bilbao old town

Very good hotel 20/30 minutes from the historic center. Very kind staff.

Choose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city.

What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage.

The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers.

We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom.

The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

The Hotel Zenit Bilbao was a great choice for us, within walking distance from the Intermodal bus station.

The rooms are spacious, well-equipped and very clean.

The best aspect for us was the service we received. I'd lost my luggage enroute to Spain for 10+ days. Noemi at the hotel reception desk helped me when calling Iberia to provide additional information to the call centre. She also provided us with detailed suggestions for where to go and what to see in the two days we spent in Bilbao. The frinedliness and professsionalism were truly appreciated. I'd recommend this hotel and would come back because of this high quality service.

I would give 5 star because of super friendly stuff and extremely clean rooms and common areas. otherwise, the breakfast selection is very small and a 15 minutes walk to the city center.
