Right opposite to the Guggenheim - amazing stay

The hotel was stunning and new. The rooms were lovely and definitely pleasant. The gym despite the small size had everything we needed. The hotel staff were so helpful and approachable. Central location to attractions as well! Would love to be back if ever in Bilbao again!

Very nice hotel with a wonderful breakfast. The room was very well kept, with a nice balcony and all the necessary amenities. As said, the breakfast was full of good options, freshly squeezed orange juice, 5 fruit options, lots of different granolas, pancakes and eggs on a station. We also went to the spa and enjoyed the water circuit and it was worth it. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Amazing place in the city center. We were lucky to get an upgrade to the top floor so we had a great view from a very spacious room Stuff was extremely helpful in e.g. extending our stay (thanks, Roberto!) Not cheap, but definitely worth it. Great breakfast, too!

Wonderful and beautiful hotel. I had the pleasure of staying during Asta Naguisa. The service was excellent and even helped us get a last minute booking at a sister hotel. The location and the metro station beside the hotel allowed freedom to move around without an issue. I would highly recommend and look forward to visiting the beautiful city of Bilbao again.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. We were just passing through and arrived at midnight. The concierge went to the kitchen and made tapas for us even if the kitchen was closed because we mentioned we had not had anything to eat yet.

Really lovely. There is no bar or resturant at the moment which is a bind if you are on foot like I was, but hotels with both are around without having to go too far. Sea views from some rooms and pleasant garden views from others. Staff are friendly and happy to help. Great walk into town, a bit tougher on the way up but the route is serviced by 2 buses.

Perfect little hotel high on a hillside overlooking the sea. If you're a fan of modern design then it's not for you, but it's quiet, clean, comfortable and has really friendly staff. If you have a car and don't want to be right in San Sebastián city centre, I highly recommend this lovely independent hotel.

Well located property for the beach and town and was quiet. Rooms were clean and fresh. Beds were very comfortable and the en-suite shower immaculate. There was a fully equipped gym on site with sauna. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The room was very clean and comfortable enough. The walls however, are very thin so all sounds from other rooms and the corridor were very audible at all times.

Great value for money, and the decor is quite nice too. While it's a bit far from the old town, getting to the boulevard by bus is very convenient. San Sebastián doesn't have ride-sharing apps like Uber, so if you need a taxi, you'll have to ask the front desk to call one for you.

The hotel is located just a few minutes by bus from the bar area. The exterior looks old, but the interior is very nice and clean. The bed was fluffy and I slept well. There's a supermarket nearby, so you can easily stock up if you need something. The breakfast selection isn't that extensive, but it was more than adequate. And it was very delicious. The surrounding area didn't make us feel safe though. And the value for money wasn't great compared to many of our other stays in Spain.

Hotel in great location beside a train station which is wheelchair accessible from hotel (1 stop to centre if you don’t fancy walking), perfectly clean and lovely handwritten note & sweets in room on arrival. Centrally located, clean hotel, with courteous staff. Unfortunately, the taxi they called for us overcharged us (almost double the rate), which took us by surprise. The driver did not speak English, and we did not speak Spanish. He did not turn on the meter and demanded the "flat rate to the airport". Other than that, we did not have any other issues with the hotel.

Great location and cute hotel. But even though it says parking in site. There is none. Had to walk across the river to a public parking/carwash. Thankfully there was an attendant that helped park the car. The space was so small it would have been a nightmare. Aside from the parking everything was great.
